Claims (32)
- Wickelmaschine (10) zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn (14) wie insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn auf einen Tambour (16), bei der die über eine Einlaufwalze (24) zugeführte Materialbahn (14) zusammen mit einem perforierten Stützband (40) über eine besaugbare Tragtrommel (12) geführt und zwischen der Tragtrommel (12) und dem Tambour (16) ein Wickelspalt (18) gebildet wird, wobei das Stützband (40) im Anschluß an die Tragtrommel (12) über eine Auslaufwalze (42) geführt ist, die im Bereich eines Ausschußauflösers (22) angeordnet ist, in den ein Aufführende der Materialbahn (14) oder die gesamte Materialbahn (14) vor einem späteren Aufführen auf den Tambour (16) abgeführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einen gelochten Mantel aufweisende und/oder mit Umfangsrillen versehene Tragtrommel (12) in ihrem nicht von dem perforierten Stützband (40) und der Materialbahn (14) umschlungenen Umfangsbereich von außen besaugt ist. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufführende bzw. die Materialbahn (14) vor dem späteren Aufführen auf den Tambour (16) von der Einlaufwalze (24) bis zur Auslaufwalze (42) sowohl durch das Stützband (40) gestützt als auch durch Besaugen der Innenseite des Stützbandes (40) an diesem fixiert ist. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützband (40) an der von der Materialbahn (14) umschlungenen Einlaufwalze (24) anliegt und die Materialbahn (14) im Bereich dieser Einlaufwalze (24) übernimmt. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützband (40) die Einlaufwalze (24) im Übernahmebereich umschlingt. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragtrommel (12) und/oder das Stützband (40) eine strukturierte Oberfläche besitzt. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die strukturierte Oberfläche durch Pfeilnuten und/oder dergleichen gebildet ist. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein sich an die Strukturen der Tragtrommel (12) anpassendes dünnes, flexibles Stützband (40) vorgesehen ist. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragtrommel (12) über wenigstens einen äußeren Saugkasten (46) besaugbar ist, der mit wenigstens einer Saugöffnung (48) dem nicht von dem Stützband (40) und der Materialbahn (14) umschlungenen Umfangsbereich der Tragtrommel (12) gegenüberliegt und im Bereich dieser Saugöffnung über mit der Tragtrommel (12) zusammenwirkende Dichtelemente (50, 52) abgedichtet ist. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Saugöffnung (48) sich quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (L) erstreckende Dichtelemente (50, 52) vorgesehen sind, die in der Art von Schaberklingen ausgeführt sind und vorzugsweise flach an der Tragtrommel (12) anliegen. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Saugkasten (46) quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (L) zumindest im wesentlichen über die gesamte Maschinenbreite erstreckt. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugkasten (46) über ein an eine Vakuumquelle (44) anschließbares, mit Saugöffnungen (56) versehenes innen liegendes Rohr (58) mit Vakuum beaufschlagbar ist. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß sich das innen liegende Rohr (58) zumindest im wesentlichen über die gesamte Maschinenbreite erstreckt. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die im Mantel des innen liegenden Rohres (58) vorgesehenen Saugöffnungen (56) auf der der Tragtrommel (12) zugewandten Seite des Rohres (58) angeordnet sind. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützband (40) in dem Bereich zwischen der Einlaufwalze (24) und der Tragtrommel (12) über einen Saugkanal (60) besaugbar ist, der zwischen der Innenseite des Stützbandes (40) und einer benachbarten Seitenwand (62) des Saugkastens (46) gebildet und an seinem in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) betrachtet hinteren Ende im Bereich zwischen dem Saugkasten (46) und dem auf die Tragtrommel (12) auflaufenden Stützband (40) über die Tragtrommel (12) mit Vakuum beaufschlagbar ist. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugkanal (60) an seinem in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) betrachtet vorderen Ende durch eine flexible Dichtung (64) begrenzt ist. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützband (40) in dem Bereich zwischen der Tragtrommel (12) und der Auslaufwalze (42) über einen Saugkanal (66) besaugbar ist, der zwischen der Innenseite des Stützbandes (40) und einer benachbarten Seitenwand (68) des Saugkastens (46) gebildet und an seinem in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) betrachtet vorderen Ende im Bereich zwischen dem Saugkasten (46) und dem von der Tragtrommel (12) ablaufenden Stützband (40) über die Tragtrommel (12) mit Vakuum beaufschlagbar ist. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Auslaufwalze (42) eine das Lösen der Materialbahn (14) von dem Stützband (40) unterstützende Blaseinrichtung (70) vorgesehen ist. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Tragtrommel (12) und der Saugkasten (46) zur Bildung einer im Bereich einer der beiden Trommelenden vorgesehenen Randsaugzone entsprechend unterteilt sind. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vorzugsweise über das innen liegende Rohr (58) wahlweise entweder nur die Randsaugzone oder die sich zumindest im wesentlichen über die gesamte Maschinenbreite erstreckende gesamte Saugzone mit Vakuum beaufschlagbar ist. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaufwalze (42) verstellbar ist. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaufwalze (42) wahlweise so verstellbar ist, daß das von der Tragtrommel (12) ablaufende Stützband (40) den Tambour (16') bzw. die auf diesem gebildete Wickelrolle (30) umschlingt. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragtrommel (12) verfahrbar und an den Tambour (16') bzw. die auf diesem gebildete Wickelrolle (30) anpreßbar ist. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragtrommel (12) an einem Tragtrommelschlitten (72) gelagert ist, der relativ zu einem verfahrbaren Basisschlitten (74) verstellbar ist. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragtrommel (12) über den relativ zum Basisschlitten (72) verstellbaren Tragtrommelschlitten (72) an den Tambour (16, 16') bzw. die auf diesem gebildete Wickelrolle (30) anpreßbar ist. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung des Tragtrommelschlittens (72) relativ zum Basisschlitten (74) kraftgesteuert ist. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunahme des Wickeldurchmesser zumindest teilweise durch eine entsprechende Verlagerung des Basisschlittens (74) kompensierbar ist. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Bewegung des Basisschlittens (74) weggesteuert ist. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlaufwalze (24) und die Auslaufwalze (42) so positioniert bzw. positionierbar sind, daß die durch das Stützband (40) und die Materialbahn (14) auf die Tragtrommel (12) ausgeübten Kräfte unter einem Winkel von etwa 90° zu der Kraft wirken, mit der die Tragtrommel (12) an den Tambour (16, 16') bzw. die auf diesem gebildete Wickelrolle (30) angepreßt wird. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlaufwalze (24) und die Auslaufwalze (42) am Basisschlitten (74) gelagert sind. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugkasten (46) um die Achse (80) der Tragtrommel (12) schwenkbar gelagert und an seinem von der Tragtrommel (12) abgewandten Ende über eine Anlenkung (82) mit dem Basisschlitten (74) verbunden ist. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlenkpunkte (84, 86) der Anlenkung (82) so gewählt sind, daß auch bei einem jeweiligen Verstellen der Tragtrommel (12) relativ zum Basisschlitten (74) die insbesondere über die Dichtelemente (50, 52) und gegebenenfalls die flexible Dichtung (64) erhaltende Abdichtung des Saugkastens (46) bzw. des einlaufseitigen Saugkanals (60) aufrechterhalten bleibt. - Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Tragtrommel (12) mit zonengesteuerter Inner abstützung vorgesehen ist.
