Claims (16)
- Anordnung zum Führen einer zu trocknenden Faserstoff-Bahn zusammen mit einem porösen Stützband (15) durch eine Trockenvorrichtung, mit den folgenden Merkmalen:a) die Anordnung dient zum Führen der Bahn und des Stützbandes (15) auf einem im wesentlichen geraden Laufweg von einem heizbaren Trockenzylinder (11), der auf einem Teil seines Umfanges von der Bahn und dem Stützband umschlungen wird und dabei die Bahn berührt, zu einer Umlenkwalze (10), die auf einem Teil ihres Umfanges vom Stützband und von der Bahn umschlungen wird und dabei das Stützband berührt;b) der Walzenmantel (10a) der Umlenkwalze (10) hat Ausnehmungen, vorzugsweise Perforationen (13), die an eine Unterdruckquelle anschließbar sind mittels eines externen Saugkastens (14), der an dem vom Stützband (15) und der Bahn freien Teil des Umfanges der Umlenkwalze angeordnet ist;c) der Saugkasten (14) hat eine erste Außenwand (17), die sich entlang dem genannten Laufweg erstreckt und im Bereich der Ablaufstelle (A) vom Zylinder (11) eine Umlenkeinrichtung (16) hat, die sich quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung über die Länge des Saugkastens erstreckt und zum Umlenken der vom Stützband (15) mitgeführten Luftgrenzschicht dient;d) der Saugkasten (14) hat gegenüber dem freien Umfangsteil der Umlenkwalze (10) wenigstens eine Saugöffnung mit Dichtleisten, die mit dem Walzenmantel (10a) zusammenwirken, darunter wenigstens eine quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung durch den "Ablaufzwickel" (24) verlaufende Längsdichtleiste (28 und/oder 29);e) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Längsdichtleiste (28 und/oder 29) nach Art einer Schaberklinge ausgebildet und federnd nachgiebig am Saugkasten (14) befestigt ist, wobei sie wenigstens angenähert tangential am Walzenmantel (10a) anliegt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl im "Auflaufzwickel" (23) als auch im "Ablaufzwickel" (24) je eine nach Art einer Schaberklinge ausgebildete Längsdichtleiste (28, 29) vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede nach Art einer Schaberklinge ausgebildete Längsdichtleiste (28 und/oder 29) derart federnd nachgiebig am Saugkasten (14) befestigt ist, daß sie nur sanft, d. h. mit einer wenigstens angenähert Null betragenden Anpreßkraft am Walzenmantel (10a) anliegt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der beiden Längsdichtleisten (28, 29) mittels eines (im Querschnitt gesehen) bogenförmigen, federnd nachgiebigen Halters (37a) am Saugkasten (14) befestigt ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der beiden Längsdichtleisten (28, 29) mittels eines (im Querschnitt gesehen) flachen Halters (37) am Saugkasten befestigt ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flache Halter (37) mit der anschließenden Außenwand (17, 26) eine wenigstens angenähert glatte Fläche bildet.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flache Halter (37) federnd nachgiebig ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die glatte Fläche wenigstens angenähert parallel zu dem im wesentlichen geraden Laufweg des Stützbandes (15) ist oder mit diesem einen kleinen Winkel einschließt.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugkasten, im Querschnitt gesehen, um eine Drehachse (P) schwenkbar ist, die sich quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung erstreckt und in der Nähe der im Ablaufzwickel (24) befindlichen Längsdichtleiste (29) liegt.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkeinrichtung (16) als Abstreifleiste ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifleiste (16) von dem durch den Trockenzylinder (11) geführten Stützband (15) ein Stück weit entfernbar ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifleiste (16) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Papierbahn und Stützband (15) von der Umlenkwalze (10) zu einem zweiten Trockenzylinder (12) laufen, und daß der Saugkasten (14) im Bereich der Auflaufstelle (auf den zweiten Trockenzylinder) wenigstens eine Luftblasöffnung (35) aufweist, deren Blasrichtung wenigstens angenähert tangential zum Mantel des zweiten Trockenzylinders (12) ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Luftblasöffnung (35) und der Umlenkeineinrichtung (16) eine Blasluft-Leitwand (36) vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 4, 5 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugkasten (14) als tragendes Element ein als Luft-Absaugkanal ausgebildetes Tragrohr (18) aufweist, in welchem eine Trennwand (33) zur Bildung von zwei Saugkanälen angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand (33) rohrförmig ist.
