Definitions

  • the invention relates to a winding machine for winding a material web like in particular a paper or cardboard web on one Drum, in which the material web fed via an infeed roller comes together with a perforated support band over a suction drum out and between the drum and the drum Winding gap is formed, the support band following the support drum is guided over an outlet roller in the area of a reject resolver is arranged, in which a performer of the material web or the entire material web before a later performance on the Drum is discharged.
  • Such a winding machine is, for example, from EP-B1-0 658 504 known.
  • a suction drum with internal suction is provided.
  • a corresponding winding machine is, for example, at the end of a the manufacture or refinement of a machine that serves as a material web used. However, it can also serve, for example, to already have one to wind the finished wound reel.
  • On the machine in question can be, for example, a paper machine. In practice can now especially when the material web is initially listed or one of the performers also referred to as the top of the performance Material web problems occur on the winding device.
  • FIG. 1 shows such a device using a conventional winding machine 10 unwanted self-performance deviating from the desired web run A.
  • the path B is the case that the for example, strip-like performers guided over the carrying drum 12 the material web 14 or the entire material web 14 directly following that between the support drum 12 and an empty drum 16 'formed nip 18 by itself in an uncontrolled manner is wound onto the empty drum 16 '.
  • With C is the case of an uncontrolled Performing yourself on a drum that has already been wound on 16 shown.
  • the desired path A that would Performing or the material web 14 only by a scraper 20 from the support drum 12 released and derived in the committee resolver 22 become.
  • the suction of the carrier drum is the guide of the usually strip-like Performing or the material web to the drain area on Scraper 20 affects, so that in this case a self-performance on the empty drum 16 '(case B) can be avoided. Because of the negative pressure in the carrier drum, however, is the web acceptance on the scraper difficult, and it can not be excluded that the material web performed uncontrollably on a wound drum (case C).
  • the aim of the invention is to provide a winding machine of the type mentioned to create, in which the performer or the material web independently from the respective position of an empty reel in question to the Committee resolver reliably managed and independent of the respective Condition of the carrying drum surface is always reliable Web acceptance is guaranteed.
  • the support band lies on the infeed roller wrapped by the material web, the Support belt takes over the material web in the area of this infeed roller.
  • the support belt can wrap around the infeed roller in the takeover area.
  • the carrying drum can be used to improve the winding properties and / or the support band have a structured surface.

  • the carrying drum and the suction box have appropriate partitions on the driver's side, for example.
  • the winding roller is adjustable. advantageously, this discharge roller can be adjustable so that the Support drum running out of the drum or the drum formed on it Wraps around the winding roll. Through a corresponding partial looping of the drum through the support band, there is an additional one Winding tool. Except for the support of the railway handover a new empty drum or a wound drum results due to the resulting long gap with low specific contact pressure in cooperation with the other winding tools such as in particular the support drum pressure, the web tension, the center drive and / or the like also an optimal winding structure.

  • the Movement of the base slide is preferably path-controlled.
  • a movable carrier drum is a special web and Band guidance makes sense. So it is particularly advantageous if the infeed roller and the outlet roller are positioned or positionable so that those exerted on the carrying drum by the support band and the material web Forces acting at an angle of approximately 90 ° to the force who carries the drum to the drum or the winding roller formed on it is pressed. This means that achieved that the sensitive The support drum is practically not pressed against the drum by any means Web or belt forces is affected.
  • the inlet roller and the outlet roller are expediently on the base slide stored. This is despite the relatively large stroke of the base slide ensures that the force directions do not change.
