Claims (3)
- Papier- oder Streichmaschine mit innerhalb dieser Maschine angeordnetem Kalander (1) mit übereinander angeordneten Walzen (2 bis 9), die in Walzenlagern gelagert sind und von denen wenigstens 40% einen elastischen Bezug aufweisen, mit folgenden Merkmalen:a) der Kalander (1) besteht aus mehr als vier übereinander angeordneten Walzen (2 bis 9),b) jede der Walzen (2 bis 9) des Kalanders (1) besitzt einen eigenen Antrieb (12),c) der Kalander besitzt wenigstens zwei beheizbare Walzen,d) die Bezüge der elastischen Walzen (3, 5, 6, 8) bestehen aus einem markierungsunempfindlichen Kunststoff, der das Ansetzen einer Schaberklinge (14) gestattet,
gekennzeichnet durch folgendes Merkmal:e) der Kalander (1) besitzt eine Vorrichtung zum Einziehen eines Papiereinführstreifens (21), die zwei den Papiereinführstreifen (21) zwischen sich klemmende, mitlaufende Seile (15, 16) und perforierte, annähernd mit Papiermaschinen- oder Streichmaschinen geschwindigkeit laufende, im Kalander (1) angeordnete Tragbänder (18), unter denen sich ein Saugkasten (20) befindet, aufweist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens die mittleren Walzenlager (23') über Hebel (24) mit dem Kalandergestell (26) verbunden sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beheizbaren Walzen (4, 7) dampfbeheizt sind.
