Claims (17)

  1. Elévateur pour baignoire
    avec un châssis de fond (4),
    avec un siège (6) pouvant être soulevé et abaissé et muni d'un dossier (18),
    avec une tringlerie reliant de manière articulée le châssis de fond (4) et le siège (6), qui est formée par deux entretoises antérieures et deux entretoises postérieures (10, 12) reliées à pivotement au châssis de fond (4) et au siège (6), les entretoises antérieures (10) étant disposées, dans la position de levage supérieure du siège (6), verticales ou inclinées vers l'arrière et la distance entre les points de pivotement supérieurs (10', 12') des entretoises antérieures et postérieures (10, 12) étant supérieure à la distance entre les points de pivotement inférieurs (10'', 12'') des entretoises antérieures et postérieures (10, 12),
    caractérisé en ce
    que le dispositif de levage (14) peut être actionné par de l'eau sous pression,
    que l'extrémité du dispositif de levage (14) écartée du châssis de fond (4) est reliée au siège (6) et
    que les entretoises postérieures (12) sont plus longues que les entretoises antérieures (10).
  2. Elévateur pour baignoire selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le siège (6) est réalisé pivotant et/ou coulissant longitudinalement.
  3. Elévateur pour baignoire selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que le siège (6) présente un châssis auxiliaire (28) sur lequel est guidée à coulissement longitudinal une plaque intermédiaire (26) qui présente un axe de pivotement (24) autour duquel est pivotante une sellette pivotante (22) sur laquelle sont disposés une coque de siège (54) et le dossier (18).
  4. Elévateur pour baignoire selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que le dossier (18) est guidé latéralement sur des cames d'inclinaison (36) disposées sur la sellette pivotante (22) pour le réglage de divers angles d'inclinaison ainsi que pour le repliage vers l'avant ou vers l'arrière du dossier.
  5. Elévateur pour baignoire selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le dossier (18) est muni latéralement d'éléments d'appui (34) réalisés démontables.
  6. Elévateur pour baignoire selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que des ventouses (20) sont disposées sous le châssis de fond (4), qui sont reliées les unes aux autres par une barre-poignée (62) pour détacher simultanément les ventouses du fond de la baignoire.
  7. Elévateur pour baignoire selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est formé par une armature élévatrice (70) à réalisation à voies parallèles qui est commutée entre une armature de baignoire et le dispositif de levage (14) formé par un tuyau fermé.
  8. Elévateur pour baignoire selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que l'armature de levage (70) présente un carter (72) avec plusieurs raccords pouvant être reliés entre eux par un corps de commande (86) actionnable manuellement, un premier raccord (80) étant prévu pour le raccordement d'une conduite d'alimentation d'élévateur (16), un deuxième raccord (78) pour le raccordement d'une conduite de liaison à l'armature de baignoire et un troisième raccord (76) pour le raccordement d'une conduite d'évacuation pour le vidage du dispositif de levage (14).
  9. Elévateur pour baignoire selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un quatrième raccord (74) pour le raccordement d'une douche.
  10. Elévateur pour baignoire selon la revendication 8 ou 9,
    caractérisé en ce que sont prévues, dans le carter (72), quatre chambres (82, 84, 86, 88) adjointes aux raccords (74, 76, 78, 80), qui sont en liaison, par l'intermédiaire de vannes (92, 94, 96, 98) précontraintes en position de fermeture, avec une chambre de répartition (120) commune et qu'un élément de commande (128) pour l'ouverture simultanée de deux vannes et, de ce fait, pour la liaison de deux raccords adjoints aux vannes, est monté dans le carter.
  11. Elévateur pour baignoire selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que les vannes sont réalisées sous forme de vannes de surpression de telle manière que, lors du dépassement d'une pression prédéterminable dans la chambre de répartition, les vannes respectives non ouvertes par l'élément de commande s'ouvrent vers la détente de surpression.
  12. Elévateur pour baignoire selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que le carter (72) présente une ventouse (88) pour l'application de l'armature à une paroi en carrelage ou de la baignoire.
  13. Elévateur pour baignoire selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le siège (6) présente des pièces latérales (60) montées repliables latéralement au moyen de charnières à double articulation (58), lesquelles pièces sont réalisées pour venir en appui sur le bord de la baignoire dans la position repliée vers l'extérieur.
  14. Elévateur pour baignoire selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le siège (6) présente centralement à l'avant une découpure d'hygiène (56).
  15. Elévateur de baignoire selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que le siège (6) peut être arrêté dans la position de rotation et/ou de coulissement respective.
  16. Elévateur pour baignoire selon la revendication 15,
    caractérisé en ce que, pour l'arrêt des positions, sont prévus un coulisseau (32) rappelé par ressort, pouvant être commandé depuis la découpure d'hygiène, qui s'enclenche dans des évidements du rail de guidage et/ou une cheville d'arrêt (108) rappelée par ressort, actionnable par un câble Bowden (106, 108), qui s'encliquette dans des alésages de verrouillage (104) du galet tournant (24).
  17. Elévateur pour baignoire selon la revendication 16,
    caractérisé en ce que les câbles Bowden (106, 108) sont actionnables, contre la précontrainte, par l'intermédiaire de billes (110, 112) montées latéralement sur le siège (6) dans des évidements plats (114).
