- the inelastic molded part 2 With the inelastic molded part 2, the device plug 1 is inserted into a mating device of an electrical device to be connected; the plug part 3 comprises an end region of a two-wire supply line 4, the second end of which is generally connected to a contact plug which can be inserted into a mains socket.
- the inelastic molded part 2 consists of a - outlined by dotted lines - Head part 5 (see FIG. 2), which ultimately serves as a handle part for handling the device plug 1, and a holder 6 (see FIG. 3) outlined by dashed lines, via which the elastic plug part 3 is sprayed on or molded on is.
- the head part 5 and the holder 6 are offset against one another by a circumferential bead 7 molded onto the holder 6.
- the head part 5 and holder 6 penetrate to a substantial extent, the two parts being matched in terms of contours and dimensions so that a shape and non-positive assembly unit is created.
- this preassembled unit can be encapsulated in the circumference of the plug part 3, so that a functional electrical device plug 1 is produced.
- the stripped conductor ends of the supply line 4 must be inserted beforehand and connected using a crimp / crimp connection.
- connection sockets 60 of the holder 6 In order to facilitate the insertion of the conductor ends of the supply line 4 into the corresponding connection sockets 60 of the holder 6 and to prevent that, for example, bent or kinked individual wires of the stranded conductors protrude laterally and thus become a possibly fatal danger when handled, is according to the invention Further development of the device connector 1 described above is provided to assign a (further) molded part 9 to the holder 6. This molded part 9 has a so-called insertion funnel 90 for each connection socket 60 of the holder 6, which ensures safe insertion of the stranded conductors into the connection sockets 60 of the holder 6.
- the molding 9, the bracket 6 and the The head part 5 is assembled in a modular manner and - as shown in the drawing - molded in the circumference of the plug part 3 with plastic.
- the end product - shown in FIG. 1 - is in particular a two-pin connector 1, which is particularly small in size, electrically safe and mechanically strong in itself, ie it is resistant to pulling and turning.
- Fig. 2 shows the head part 5 of the inelastic molded part (2 according to Fig. 1).
- the basic shape is a flat cuboid 50, which has a type of recessed grip 52 on each of the two side surfaces 51.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- einen kompletten zweipoligen Gerätestecker;
- Fig. 2
- ein Kopfteil des inelastischen Formteils des Gerätesteckers nach Fig. 1 in drei Ansichten;
- Fig. 3
- eine zum Kopfteil nach Fig.1 komplementäre Halterung des Gerätesteckers nach Fig. 1 in zwei Ansichten;
