Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electrical connector according to the preamble of
Such plugs are known (see DE-PS 38 07 717); they are used to connect an electrical device to a mains socket and thus to the power supply system of the power plant. The corresponding connection cable, i.e. the consumer line is coupled to the mains socket via a contact plug and to the device itself via a generic device plug.
These device plugs are now largely automated. The conductors of the supply line, ie the connecting cable, are each inserted into a contact spring and firmly connected by means of a crimp / crimp connection. The contact springs themselves are inserted piece by piece into a complementary opening of a holding plate or holder, so that a preassembled unit is created which is attached to the inelastic molded part or connected to it to form a plug base body. This base body is then - partially overlapping - encapsulated with plastic, so that a manageable, ie insertable and extractable plug head is created.
When overmolding the connector body mentioned, it may happen that the loose inserted contact springs are displaced when the plastic material strikes. In addition, due to the loosely inserted contact springs, there is a risk that when the device plug is pulled out of the socket under unfavorable conditions the base body will be pulled apart again, namely when the plastic sheathing does not guarantee the required bond due to manufacturing deficiencies.
Also with regard to the automatic production itself, the known "plug-in technology" of the contact springs has proven to be not entirely unproblematic, namely because a contact spring may be lost on the way from inserting the contact springs to overmolding, without being noticed. This then naturally leads to a reject plug.
The object on which the present invention is based is to eliminate the aforementioned problem points.
This object is achieved in that the one-piece contact elements consisting of the contact springs and the connecting sockets are injected into the holder.
This ensures a priori that the contact springs are correctly and completely integrated in the connector.
Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Further training is the subject of the subclaims.
A special embodiment of the device connector according to the invention is to assign a further molded part to the holder, via which insertion funnels for the conductors of the supply line are formed, in order to reliably prevent individual wires from kinking and sticking out laterally.

According to the basic configuration, the inelastic molded
As can be seen from the dotted lines of the
In order to facilitate the insertion of the conductor ends of the
The details of the
Fig. 2 shows the
Diese Kontaktfedern 64 können gegebenenfalls stirnseitig einen - nicht dargestellten - konisch erweiterten Trichter aufweisen.FIG. 3 shows the holder 6 of the inelastic molded part (2 according to FIG. 1) as an attachment or attachment for the
A special embodiment of the holder 6 consists in that on the side of the
In principle, the unit pre-assembled from the
Fig. 4 shows another molded
The elements of the connector described with reference to FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 are put together; the part formed from the holder 6 and the molded
