Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Übergabe von quaderförmigen Zigaretten - Packungen, von einem ersten Verpackungsorgan, insbesondere einem Trockenrevolver, an einen Abforderer (57), mit einem umlaufenden Förderrad (61) zum Transportieren der zugeführten Packungen (10, 11) längs einer kreisbogenförmigen Bahn, wobei der Abförderer (57) ein unteres Förderband mit einem Obertrum (59) aufweist, auf dem die Packungen (10, 11) mit je einer ersten Seite (13) zu stehen kommen, sowie ein oberes Förderband mit einem Untertrum (58), an dem die Packungen (10, 11) mit je einer zweiten, der ersten Seite (13) gegenüberliegenden Seite (12) zur Anlage kommen, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) Förderrad (61) und Abförderer (57) sind kontinuierlich bewegbar,b) die Packungen (10, 11) sind mit Abstand voneinander dem Förderrad (61) zuführbar,c) das abstehenden Mitnehmerarme (62) für je eine Packung (10, 11) aufweisende Förderrad (61) nimmt die Packungen (10, 11) in einer Stellung derselben auf, bei der die Mitnehmerarme (62) jeweils an großflächiger Vorderwand oder Rückwand der Packung (10, 11) anliegen,d) das umlaufende Förderrad (61) erstreckt sich bis in den Bereich des Abförderers (57), derart, daß durch die Mitnehmerarme (62) des Förderrades (61) jeweils einzelne Packungen (10, 11) in den Bereich zwischen Obertrum (59) und Untertrum (58) des Abförderers (57) förderbar und absetzbar sind,e) die Förderbänder des Abförderers (57) bestehen jeweils aus zwei Fördergurten, zwischen denen das Förderrad (61) drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine große Vorderwand und Rückwand sowie schmale Seitenwände (12, 13) und Stirnwände aufweisenden Packungen (10, 11) dem Zwischenförderer in einer flachen Position, das heißt mit Vorderwand oder Rückwand in förderebene, zuführbar und an den Abförderer (57) in einer für diesen aufrechten Position übergebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Förderrad (61) am Umfang je mitzunehmender Packung (10, 11) zwei mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Mitnehmerarme (62) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Packungen (10, 11) während des Transports durch den Zwischenförderer (60) an der radialen Außenseite desselben geführt sind, insbesondere durch eine Außenführung (85) mit kreisbogenförmiger Führungskante als Teil eines gegen Federbelastung (Zugfeder 89) bewegbaren Schwenkarms (79).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenführung (85) bzw. an dem Schwenkarm (79) derselben eine Seitenführung (86) angebracht ist zur Führung der Packungen (10, 11) während des Transports durch den Zwischenförderer (60) im Bereich der Stirnseiten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein neben dem Trockenrevolver (14) angeordneter Zwischenträger vorgesehen ist, insbesondere mit einer sich in Radialrichtung des Trockenrevolvers (14) erstreckenden, feststehenden Plattform (63), wobei die aus den Taschen (15, 16) des Trockenrevolvers (14) ausgeschobenen Packungen (10, 11) auf dem Zwischenträger absetzbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radial außenliegende Packung (10) nach dem Ausschub aus der Tasche (15) in einem Bereich auf der Plattform (63) absetzbar ist, der im Bewegungsbereich des Zwischenförderers (60) liegt, derart, daß die Packung (10) durch den Zwischenförderer (60), insbesondere durch die Mitnehmerarme (62) unmittelbar von der Plattform (63) abhebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweite, radial innen liegende Packung (11) nach dem Ausschub aus der Tasche (16) auf der Plattform (63) absetzbar und durch ein in Radialrichtung wirkendes Schieberorgan (65) dem Zwischenförderer (60) zuführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schieberorgan (65) unterhalb der Plattform (63) bewegbar ist, wobei Mitnehmer, insbesondere zu beiden Seiten der Plattform (63) sich erstreckende aufrechte Mitnehmerstifte (67, 68), die Packung (11) erfassen und auf der Plattform (63) bis in die Position zur Aufnahme durch den Zwischenförderer (60) mitnehmen und daß die Mitnehmerstifte (67, 68) außerhalb der Bewegungsbahn der Verpackung (11) in die Ausgangsstellung zurückförderbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Plattform (63) Führungs- und Leitorgane für die Packungen (12, 11), insbesondere für die nach dem Ausschub aus der Tasche (16) vom Zwischenförderer (60) entferntliegende Packung (11), zugeordnet sind, insbesondere eine Unterführung (75) und Seitenführungen (76).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nach dem Ausschub aus der Tasche (16) vom Zwischenförderer (60) entferntliegenden Packung (11) auf der Plattform (63) eine bewegbare, insbesondere längs einer radialen Achse schwenkbare Oberführung (77) zugeordnet ist, die im wesentlichen unter Eigengewicht auf der Packung (11) aufliegt und die insbesondere am Schwenkarm (79) angebracht ist.
