Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Handhabung von Zuschnitten (10). insbesondere Banderolen für Zigarettenpackungen (11). nämlich zum Bevorraten und zum Zuführen derselben zu einem Verarbeitungsaggregat oder zu einer Zigarettenpackung, mit einem im Wesentlichen aufrechten Schacht oder Magazin, in dem die Zuschnitte (10) übereinander gestapelt sind und an dessen Unterseite die Zuschnitte (10) einzeln durch ein Entnahmeorgan entnehmbar und abförderbar sind, wobei der Schacht oder das Magazin aus wenigstens zwei übereinander angeordneten Teilschächten besteht, nämlich aus einem unteren Sockelschacht (38) und einem oberen Sammelschacht (37), der nach Entleerung vom Sockelschacht abnehmbar und nach Füllung mit Zuschnitten auf dem Sockelschacht aufsetzbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Entnahme der Zuschnitte (10) aus dem Vorratsschacht (21) bzw. dem Sockelschacht (38) ein Endlosförderer vorgesehen ist, der sich bis in den Bereich des Vorratsschachts (21) bzw. des Sockelschachts (38) derart erstreckt, dass die Zuschnitte (10) teilweise auf diesem aufliegen, wobei der Endlosförderer zur Entnahme der Zuschnitte einen erhöhten Reibungsbeiwert aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere obere Teilschächte, nämlich Sammelschächte (37) an einem Förderer angebracht sind, insbesondere an einem drehbaren Karussell (22) und dass mit Zuschnitten (10) gefüllte Teilschächte bzw. Sammelschächte (37) dem feststehenden Sockelschacht (38) zuführbar und mit diesem verbindbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilschächte bzw. Sammelschächte (37) mit einer seitlichen Halterung abnehmbar an dem bewegbaren Förderer, insbesondere an dem drehbaren Karussell (22), angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Sammelschacht (37) durch eine Vertikalführung gehalten ist mit einer unteren, bewegbaren Abstützung, insbesondere einer Stützrolle (33) und dass im Bereich des Sockelschachts (38) der jeweilige Sammelschacht (37) absenkbar ist, insbesondere durch Abwärtsbewegung der Stützrolle auf eine entsprechend tiefer liegende Stützebene.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sammelschacht (37) ein unteres Verschlussorgan aufweist, insbesondere eine bewegbare Schieberplatte (39), die nach dem Absetzen des Sammelschachts (37) auf dem Sockelschacht (38) zurückziehbar ist, derart, dass der Sammelschacht (37) nach unten zum Sockelschacht frei ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Sammelschacht (37) bildende Schachtwände am unteren Rand Vorsprünge (41) und Vertiefungen (42) aufweisen, die mit korrespondierenden Vorsprüngen (41) und Vertiefungen (42) von Schachtwänden des Sockelschachts (38) korrespondieren, derart, dass beim Aufsetzen des Sammelschachts (37) auf den Sockelschacht (38) die beiderseitigen Vorsprünge (41) und Vertiefungen (42) unter Verzahnung ineinander greifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorratsschächte (21), insbesondere in Verbindung mit einem Karussell (22), eine Vorratseinheit (20) bilden, die im Bereich einer Verpackungsmaschine mit Abstand von einer Verarbeitungsstation der Zuschnitte (10) positioniert ist und dass die Zuschnitte (10) durch einen Zuschnittförderer (18) von der Vorratseinheit (20) der Verarbeitungsstation zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich einer Entnahmestation für die Zuführung der Etiketten (10) zu Packungen (11) ein vorzugsweise aufrechter Übergabeschacht (50) zur Aufnahme eines Vorrats an Zuschnitten (10) gebildet ist und dass die Zuschnitte (10) durch den Zuschnittförderer (18) dem Übergabeschacht (50) zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuschnitte (10) dem Vorratsschacht (21) bzw. dem Sockelschacht (38) insbesondere unmittelbar durch den aus einem Gurtförderer (43) bestehenden Zuschnittförderer (18) entnehmbar sind, wobei die Zuschnitte (10) in quergerichteter Stellung auf dem Fördertrum (45) des Gurtförderers (43) aufliegen und vorzugsweise in schuppenartiger Teilüberdeckung aufeinander folgender Zuschnitte (10) aus dem Vorratsschacht (21) bzw. dem Sockelschacht (38) entnehmbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Gurtförderer (43) des Zuschnittförderers (18) ein oberer Gurtförderer (44) als Gegenhalter zugeordnet ist, derart, dass die Zuschnitte (10) zwischen zwei vorzugsweise elastisch aneinanderliegenden Gurtförderern (43, 44) transportierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuschnitte (10) im Bereich der Entnahmestation (23) einem Schacht, nämlich Übergabeschacht (50), durch einen an dessen Unterseite hin- und herbewegbaren Schieber (60) entnehmbar sind, der seitliche, streifenförmige Halteflächen (69, 70) für Randbereiche des Zuschnitts (10) aufweist, wobei im Bereich der Halteflächen (69, 70) Saugbohrungen (71, 78) angeordnet sind, und zwar verteilt über die volle Länge der Halteflächen (69, 70) bzw. über die volle Länge der Anlage des Zuschnitts (10).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (60) für die Entnahme der Zuschnitte (10) aus dem Übergabeschacht (50) im Bereich von seitlichen, abgeschrägten Halteflächen (69. 70) für den Zuschnitt (10) Mitnehmer (75, 76) aufweist, die an einer rückwärtigen Querkante des Zuschnitts (10) anliegen, wobei die Mitnehmer (75, 76) so bemessen und/oder angeordnet sind, dass sie während der Ausschubbewegung eines Zuschnitts (10) unterhalb der Ebene eines nachfolgenden, darüber liegenden Zuschnitts (10) sich erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einem Schacht, insbesondere Übergabeschacht (50), entnommenen Zuschnitte (10) im Anschluss an den Schacht von einem Förderer erfassbar sind, der den Zuschnitt (10) in eine vertikale Förderebene umlenkt, vorzugsweise durch ein erstes Paar von Abzugwalzen (72, 73) und eine anschließende Abzugwalze (74), die mit der die Umlenkung bildenden Abzugwalze (73) zusammenwirkt.
