Definitions

  • the invention relates to a rail-bound transport wagon with a machine frame supported on rail bogies and a floor conveyor belt running in the longitudinal direction of the wagon, arranged above the machine frame and inclined with respect to the track plane with the formation of a lower receiving end and a higher ejecting end, which parallel to one another for lateral limitation and formation of a storage space running sidewalls are assigned.
  • Such a trolley is already known from EP-A-0 368 046.
  • the higher end and in the conveying direction front or discharge area of the floor conveyor belt is designed to protrude beyond the end of the machine frame, so that the discharge-side end of the floor conveyor belt comes to lie above a lower end or reception area of another transport carriage.
  • the height difference of the floor conveyor belt between the receiving end and the discharge end is essentially equal to the inside wall height of the side walls.
  • the object of the present invention is to create a transport carriage of the type described in the introduction, with which it is also possible to transfer bulk goods to a further transport carriage arranged upstream in the direction of transport, even in track bends.
  • the floor conveyor is at least in one of its two ends with respect to the rail path located in this end by a transverse shift drive transverse to the longitudinal direction of the carriage.
  • the transverse displacement also eliminates the problems occurring in the curve of the track due to the transverse inclination of the track, according to which the bulk material dropped in the middle from the higher end of the drop hits the center of the vertical drop line on the lower receiving end.
  • corrective action can now be taken until the discharged bulk material strikes the center of the reception end despite the transverse inclination.
  • the embodiment according to claim 2 has the advantage that the discharge area located higher up and due to its projecting arrangement in track arches is located particularly strongly outside the track center and can be centered exactly above the rear receiving area of the floor conveyor belt, which is unchanged on the track center.
  • the variant characterized in claim 5 results in a structurally particularly simple and stable solution for a problem-free transverse displacement of the higher discharge area of the floor conveyor belt.
  • the development according to claim 6 enables a problem-free transmission of the thrust forces effective due to the inclination of the floor conveyor belt in its longitudinal direction onto the machine frame without impairing the displaceability.
  • a further development according to claim 7 enables a transverse displacement of the floor conveyor belt together with the machine frame relative to the track either in connection with the previously mentioned transverse displacement of the floor conveyor belt relative to the machine frame or without this solution.
  • a centering of the projecting discharge area of the floor conveyor belt, which is independent of track arches, is thus also possible for an unimpeded transfer of the bulk material to a further floor conveyor belt following in the transport direction.
  • the embodiment according to claim 10 enables an optimal height adjustment of the floor conveyor belt depending on the desired dumping height. If, for example, floor conveyor belts arranged in series are used only for the transport of bulk material, a lowering of the floor conveyor belts with respect to the machine frame is possible in each case. Only when the bulk material is stored, only the rear floor conveyor in the transport direction has to be raised to form a desired bulk height in the transfer area.
  • the embodiment according to claim 11 enables an advantageous height adjustment of the floor conveyor belt in its higher end region, so that it can be quickly adjusted from a working position that exceeds the clearance profile without conversion work into a transfer position located within the clearance profile.
  • the combination of a vertical and transverse displacement drive according to claim 12, the advantages mentioned can be achieved with respect to a proper transfer of the bulk material, which is also secured in track bends, and a positioning of the floor conveyor belt outside of the clearance profile, which is restricted to work.
  • the support of the rear, lower receiving area characterized by claim 15 ensures on the one hand a stable mounting of the floor conveyor belt on the machine frame and on the other hand also enables unimpeded height and transverse adjustment of the higher discharging area.
  • 1 and 2 consists essentially of a machine frame 3 supported on rail carriages 2 and a floor conveyor belt 4 running in the longitudinal direction of the carriage. This is supported in a support frame 5 which is connected to two side walls 6 running parallel to one another and in the longitudinal direction of the carriage is.
  • the floor conveyor belt 4, which has a drive 7 with a variable rotational speed, is arranged inclined with respect to the machine frame 3, forming a lower receiving end 8 and a higher-lying discharge end 9.
  • the transport direction of the floor conveyor belt 4 is indicated by an arrow 10.
  • the higher discharge end 9 of the floor conveyor belt 4 protrudes beyond the front end of the machine frame 3 in such a way that the dropped bulk material falls onto the receiving end 8 of a further coupled transport carriage 1.
  • rails 11, which are fastened to the machine frame 3 and extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the carriage, are arranged to support a support frame 12 connected to the support frame 5 or floor conveyor belt 4.
  • the support frame is connected both to a transverse displacement drive 13 and to a height adjustment drive 14.
  • the energy required for the various drives is supplied by an internal combustion engine 15.
  • the lower receiving end 8 of the floor conveyor belt 4 is mounted on a turntable or a support 17 which can be rotated about a vertical axis 16.
  • the one with the floor conveyor 4 connected support frame 5 is additionally attached to said support 17 so as to be pivotable about an axis 18 extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the carriage.
  • a section of each side wall 6 located in the lower receiving end 8 of the floor conveyor belt 4 is formed by a sliding wall 19 which can be displaced parallel to the side wall plane in the longitudinal direction of the carriage.
  • the floor conveyor belt 4 shown in FIG. 2 is in a position for transfer travel which is lowered by appropriately loading the height adjustment drive 14, in which in particular the upper edges of the side walls are arranged in the region of the discharge end 9 within the prescribed clearance profile.
  • the two sliding walls 19 are in an advanced position, so that the discharge end 9 of the downstream floor conveyor belt 4 can perform an unimpeded deflection movement in track curves.
  • the support frame 12 shown enlarged in FIG. 3 has two support beams 20 which run parallel to one another in the longitudinal direction of the carriage and are inclined to the plane of the machine frame 3, the lower ends of which are articulatedly connected to the support frame 12 and the higher ends of which are connected to flange rollers 21. These are slidably mounted in the plane of the floor conveyor belt 4 in the support frame 5.
  • a horizontal support frame 22, which is connected to the height adjustment and transverse displacement drive 13, 14 and to the two support supports 20, can be supported by four flanged rollers 23 on the two rails 11 running transversely to the longitudinal direction of the carriage.
  • the supporting frame was displaced transversely with respect to the center of the machine frame 3 by acting on the transverse displacement drive 13 connected to the machine frame 3 together with the height adjustment drives 14, the support frame 5 and the conveyor belt 4 and the side walls 6.
  • this transverse displacement can be carried out independently of the height adjustment of the floor conveyor belt 4 by the two height adjustment drives 14 and also independently of the transport of the bulk material.
  • the sliding wall 19 shown enlarged in FIG. 5 is mounted on rollers 24 and can be moved by means of a shift drive 25 from a rear working position shown with solid lines to a front transfer position shown with dash-dotted lines.
  • the mode of operation of the trolley according to the invention is described in more detail below.
  • the floor conveyor belts 4 of a loading train formed from a plurality of coupled transport carriages 1 are in the lowered transfer position shown in FIG. 2 during the transfer journey to the construction site.
  • the sliding walls 19 are each in their front end position, so that the projecting throwing ends 9 can be moved freely in track arches.
  • overburden is thrown onto the rearmost floor conveyor belt 4, for example by a cleaning machine (see FIG. 1).
  • the various drives 7 for the individual floor conveyor belts 4 are put into operation, the bulk material is transported from the rear to the front transport carriage 1 to the foremost carriage of the loading train at the respective handover.
  • the floor conveyor belt 4 of the car located immediately behind the foremost transport car 1 is raised by acting on the height adjustment drives 14, so that the storage space formed by the side walls 6 of the foremost transport car 1 is filled to form a corresponding dumping height. Simultaneously with the lifting, the two sliding walls 19 of the foremost transport carriage 1 storing the bulk material are shifted into the rear end position (see FIGS. 1 and 5).
  • each transport carriage 1 As soon as the loading train enters a track curve as part of the continuous work priority while storing, the higher and protruding discharge end 9 of each transport carriage 1 is shifted until the respective discharge end 9 is positioned exactly in the middle above the upstream reception end 8 des upstream transport carriage 1.
  • This control can also be carried out automatically, for example, by corresponding limit switches mounted on the sliding walls 19 and contacting the discharge end 9.
  • the loading is carried out in such a way that no bulk material is stored in the area of the sliding walls 19.
  • the floor conveyor belt 4 of the first carriage can be lowered, while the downstream floor conveyor belt 4 is raised to achieve a corresponding dumping height. In this way - starting with the first, foremost transport carriage - all transport carriages 1 are successively filled up.
  • a transport carriage shown in FIG. 7 with a continuous floor conveyor belt 27, with side walls 28 and a machine frame 29 has a rail carriage 30 which can be displaced transversely with respect thereto. This is mounted in a transverse guide 31 fastened to the underside of the machine frame 29 and connected to a transverse displacement drive 32.
  • a transport trolley of this type in order to ensure an orderly transfer of material from the projecting drop to the upstream receiving end in track bends - the drop end together with the machine frame 29 can be shifted with respect to the middle of the track.
