Definitions

  • the invention relates to a loading wagon for transporting, storing and dropping bulk goods, having a wagon frame supported on rail bogies and a wagon body connected to the latter, in the bottom region of which a floor conveyor belt having a drive with a projecting end projecting over the end of the wagon frame and having an increased end of the wagon with respect to the wagon frame.
  • a drive transfer conveyor belt with a storage or transport direction running from the floor conveyor belt to the transfer conveyor belt, and with an outlet opening for the discharge of the bulk material onto the track.
  • the known loading wagon can also be used for ballasting a track and for this purpose is equipped with a chute-like discharge opening.
  • This is arranged at the front end of the loading wagon with respect to the transport direction and, in one embodiment, is designed as a self-propelled own vehicle or as an unloading wagon, which is coupled to the bulk goods loading wagon as required and whose unloading chutes are fed with ballast via the conveying device.
  • the dropping device is fastened directly in front of the car body directly to the car frame, with outlet openings on both sides of the conveyor.
  • a height-adjustable and V-shaped deflection element via a hydraulic drive is directly above in this area the conveying device is provided in order to divert the ballast transported on the conveying device to the left and right into the outlet openings or unloading chutes in its lowered position and to drop it into the track bed.
  • this known design is disadvantageous, in particular in track arches, since the transfer conveyor belt is displaced with respect to said outlet openings.
  • the invention is based on the object of improving the loading wagon of the type mentioned in such a way that a precisely metered and controllable bulk material discharge onto the track is made possible with a structurally simplified design of the wagon.
  • This object on which the invention is based is achieved with a generic loading wagon in that the outlet opening is provided below the floor conveyor belt and the drive for the floor conveyor belt or the transfer conveyor belt is designed for optional loading in said first and an opposite second transport direction.
  • Such an arrangement of the outlet opening permits the loading wagon to be able to be used at any time and without special measures, such as lowering a deflection device, for the targeted dropping of the stored bulk material onto the track; it is only necessary to apply the drive of the floor or transfer conveyor belt instead of in the first transport direction in an opposite second transport direction.
  • the functionality of the loading vehicle for the transport and storage of bulk goods in particular the advantageous automatic loading and unloading due to a higher and a lower end of the transfer conveyor belt, is not in the least restricted, since the outlet opening is bridged by the conveyor.
  • the loading wagon can therefore remain in the train set without any problems and can be used for the targeted discharge of bulk material, such as ballast, in certain track areas.
  • the four unloading openings of the unloading chute arranged next to each other in the transverse direction of the track, in conjunction with the width of the outlet opening adapted to the width of the conveying device, ensure an exact distribution of the quantity of bulk goods to the right or left of each rail track that corresponds to the requirements, the metering can be regulated very easily on the basis of the speed of the conveying device and the pivotable control flap arranged in the center of the unloading chute.
  • the swiveling unloading flaps provided in addition to the chutes make it possible to let larger amounts of ballast flow to the side of the track.
  • the design according to the invention is also particularly advantageously suitable for use with loading wagons already in use, since the special placement of the outlet opening on the end of the wagon frame does not require any constructive changes to the conveying device or complex conversions of the loading wagon.
  • the invention further comprises, according to claim 11, a method for conveying and delivering bulk material onto a track. If there is an increased need for ballast, for example when a longer track section is re-ballasted, the flow of ballast through the subsequent loading cars over the continuous conveyor belt can be maintained after emptying the entire storage volume of the car body of the foremost loading wagon of a transport train in the transport direction.
  • the drive of the conveying device of this foremost loading wagon is continuously acted upon in a second transport direction opposite to the said first transport direction of the transport train, while the transport train continues to move on the track.
  • a loading wagon 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a wagon frame 2 which is supported on rail bogies 3 and can be moved on a track 4.
  • a carriage body 5 is attached to the carriage frame 2 and a conveyor 6 is assigned to it for the purpose of transporting, storing and dropping bulk material.
  • This consists of a floor conveyor belt 7 running in the floor area of the car body 5 and extending over its entire length, and a transfer conveyor belt 8 adjoining it at the end, which is mounted on the car frame 2 so as to be pivotable about a vertical axis.
  • a free, pivotable end 9 of this transfer conveyor belt 8 protrudes beyond the end of the carriage frame and is arranged elevated with respect to the carriage frame 2, while the opposite end 10 of the conveyor device 6 (or the floor conveyor belt 7), which is distant therefrom in the longitudinal direction of the carriage, is arranged lower in comparison to this.
  • Both conveyor belts 7, 8 are each equipped with their own drive 11 or 12, which are supplied with energy via a power source 13.
  • the loading of the conveyor 6 for storing and transporting the bulk material by means of the drives 11 and 12 takes place in a first transport direction 31, indicated by small arrows, which runs from the lower end 10 to the higher end 9.
  • the drive 11 of the floor conveyor belt 7 can also optionally be acted upon in a second transport direction 32 opposite the first transport direction 31 (see dashed arrows) in order to convey the bulk material to an outlet opening 14 located directly below the lower end 10 of the conveyor device 6.
  • the outlet opening 14 is designed for the discharge of the bulk material onto the track 4 and corresponds in its width running perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the wagon approximately to the width of the conveyor 6 or the floor conveyor belt 7.
  • the outlet opening 14 is in relation to the longitudinal direction of the wagon arranged within the car body 5 between the lower end 10 of the conveyor 6 and a coupling and / or buffer device 15 provided on the end of the car frame 2.
  • An unloading chute 16 is assigned to the outlet opening 14 and has four unloading openings 17 lying next to one another in the transverse direction of the wagon. These are designed to be adjustable and each can be rotated by means of a swivel drive 18 (FIG.
  • a control flap 21 arranged centrally with respect to the transverse direction of the carriage can be pivoted by means of a drive 22 about an axis 23 running in the longitudinal direction of the carriage and regulates the proportional distribution of the bulk material flow coming from the floor conveyor belt 7 towards one or the other rail 20.
  • the unloading chute 16 is delimited on both longitudinal sides of the wagon by vertical side walls 24 oriented parallel to the longitudinal direction of the wagon.
  • the lower section of these side walls 24, which is adjacent to the unloading openings 17 with respect to the transverse direction of the track, is designed as an unloading flap 25 which can be pivoted about an axis 26 running in the longitudinal direction of the wagon and, in its open position, bulk material can be thrown off to the track flank areas.
  • the loading wagon 1 - due to its design with a projecting higher end 9 and lower end 10 of the conveyor 6 - can be coupled with other similar loading wagons to form a transport train 27, in which the conveyor 6 of the individual The end of the loading wagons overlap and form a continuous transport line.
  • the outlet opening 14 of each loading wagon is distanced from the higher end 9 of the transfer conveyor belt 8 of the conveying device 6 of the loading wagon following with respect to the first transport direction 31 and connected in the normal coupling position in the longitudinal direction of the wagon and is bridged by this conveying device (see also the position of the conveying shown in broken lines) device 6, right in Fig. 1).
  • the loading carriage 1 of the transport train 27 following in the first transport direction 31 is then emptied into the foremost loading carriage 1 via the respective conveyor device (s) 6 and is thrown off again in the second transport direction 32 via the outlet opening 14.
  • the loading wagons 1 connected to the transport train 27 are moved continuously along the track 4 with the aid of a tractor (not shown in more detail).
  • FIG. 4 for the sake of a better overview, only part of a further variant of a loading wagon 1 according to the invention is shown. 1, for the sake of simplicity, the same components also have the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1.
  • the receiving end 30 of the conveyor belt 28 is located below the end of the transfer conveyor belt 8 that is lower or lower in the first transport direction 31.
  • the conveyor belt 28 runs below the car body 5 and ends above the outlet opening 14 designed as an unloading chute 16. This is between the two rail carriages 3, arranged immediately behind the front rail trolley 3 in the transport direction 31.
  • the ballast is transported in the first transport direction 31 via the floor conveyor belt 7. From this, the ballast is thrown onto the transfer conveyor belt 8 running opposite to the transport direction 31 and passed on to the receiving end 30 of the conveyor belt 28.
  • ballast is dropped from the conveyor belt 28 into the outlet opening 14 and from this into the track area.
