Claims (13)

  1. Massageapparat, der zur Anwendung auf der Haut vorgesehen ist und auf einer seiner Seiten wenigstens zwei, jeweils um eine zugeordnete Achse drehbar montierte Teile (410,415,425,430) aufweist, wobei jedes Drehteil im wesentlichen die Form eines Drehkörpers um seine zugehörige Ache besitzt, wobei jede Achse mit einem Halter verbunden ist und die Richtungen der beiden Achsen zwischen sich einen Scherwinkel beta einschließen, der zwischen 60° und 170° beträgt, wobei die Drehteile (410,415,425,430) aus einem nachgiebigen Material, insbesondere Elastomer oder thermoplastischem Elastomer bestehen,
    - wobei der Halter bei einem Massageapparat mit zwei Drehteilen ein Anschlagmittel aufweist, das in wenigstens einem Berührpunkt auf einer Bezugsebene (P) aufliegen kann, wenn diese Ebene ebenfalls jedes der Drehteile berührt,
    - wobei eine zu den Achsen der beiden Drehteile parallele Ebene (S) in einem Winkel alpha zur Bezugsebene (P) geneigt ist, wenn der Apparat auf dieser Bezugsebene (P) aufliegt,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Neigungswinkel alpha zwischen 3° und 20° beträgt, und daß die Drehteile (410,415,425,430) Erhöhungen (412,417,427,432) aufweisen, deren zur Auflage auf der Haut bestimmten Kontaktenden (413,418,428,433) in axialer Richtung und in Umfangsrichtung des Drehteils voneinander beabstandet sind.
  2. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Neigungswinkel alpha zwischen 5° und 7° beträgt.
  3. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlagmittel (1) von einem Vorsprung (201,301) der Seite des Halters gebildet wird, die der Haut gegenüberliegen soll.
  4. Apparat gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daS die Kontaktenden (418,433) zweier in axialer Richtung aufeinanderfolgender Erhöhungen (417,432) in Umfangsrichtung verschoben sind.
  5. Apparat gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel beta zwischen 115° und 125° beträgt.
  6. Apparat gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Winkel beta im wesentlichen den gleichen Wert besitzt.
  7. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Drehteil (410,415,425,430) eine Längsausdehnung entlang seiner jeweiligen Achse besitzt, die wenigstens so groß wie seine größte Querabmessung ist.
  8. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Drehteile wenigstens doppelreihig angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehteile wechselständig angeordnet sind.
  9. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Drehteile wenigstens doppelreihig angeordnet sind, wobei die Achsen der zugehörigen Elemente koplanar zu den Ebenen (S) sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ebenen (S) derselben Doppelreihe der Drehteile (419) zueinander parallel sind.
  10. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ebenen (S) derselben Doppelreihe sich in eine erste und eine zweite Gruppe unterteilen, die insbesondere gleich sind, wobei alle Ebenen derselben Gruppe zueinander parallel sind, wobei zwei Ebenen (S), die jede zu einer unterschiedlichen Gruppe gehören, bezüglich einer zur Bezugsebene (P) senkrechten Ebene (R) zueinander symmetrisch sind.
  11. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ebenen (S) der beiden Gruppen so angeordnet sind, daß eine Ebene (S) der ersten Gruppe einer Ebene (S) der zweiten Gruppe abwechselnd folgt.
  12. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittpunkte der Achsen von vier benachbarten Teilen, von denen zwei sich in einer Reihe und die beiden anderen in der anderen Reihe befinden, in einem einzigen Schnittpunkt (703) zusammenlaufen.
  13. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er außerdem ein Einstellmittel (910,911) für den Scherwinkel beta der Achsen der Drehteile aufweist.
