Abstract

Installation pour l'égouttage par pressage d'une natte de matière solide à presser imprégnée d'eau, dans le but de fabriquer des panneaux de matière solide, particulièrement des panneaux de fibres. Fondamentalement, l'installation consiste en une presse d'égouttage avec partie supérieure et partie inférieure, une bande de tamisage sans fin recevant la natte, actionnée par la presse d'égouttage et conduite par l'intermédiaire de poulies de renvoi fixes, une bande de caillebotis sans fin amenée en rotation autour de la partie inférieure de la presse par l'intermédiaire de déflecteurs et une bande d'étanchéité sans fin amenée en rotation autour de la partie inférieure de la presse par l'intermédiaire de déflecteurs. Les déflecteurs pour la bande de caillebotis, ainsi que les déflecteurs pour la bande d'étanchéité sont logés dans des bâtis de machine fixes situés devant et derrière la presse d'égouttage. Au moins la bande de caillebotis passe par un bassin de nettoyage situé au-dessous des rails de roulement de la presse d'égouttage.
