Claims (9)

1. Fermeture à glissière composée de rangées d'éléments associés formées chacune d'un brin de plastique continu, où
- le brin de plastique prend la forme d'un profil en zigzags,
- le profil en zigzag est relié de part et d'autre de son axe longitudinal médian à deux structures plates en forme de bande, et
- le profil en zigzag, pour former les éléments associés, est plié sur son axe longitudinal médian de telle manière que les structures plates en forme de bande se superposent en s'alignant sur le bord antérieur, caractérisée
- en ce que les structures plates en forme de bande sont des bandes de textile tricoté (2, 2a),
- en ce que les bandes de textile tricoté (2, 2a) constituent les rubans porteurs,
- en ce que les bandes de textile tricoté (2, 2a) présentent deux colonnes marginales de mailles étroitement rapprochées, dont l'écartement est moindre que celui des autres colonnes de mailles du ruban,
- et en ce que le profil en zigzag est intégré comme un fil de trame dans les mailles (3) des colonnes marginales des bandes de textile tricoté (2, 2a).
2. Fermeture à glissière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le profil en zigzag est inséré à la manière d'un fil de trame dans une maille (3) sur deux des colonnes de mailles marginales.
3. Fermeture à glissière selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux bandes de textile tricoté (2, 2a) sont de largeurs différentes.
4. Fermeture à glissière selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que les deux bandes de textile tricoté (2, 2a) sont reliées ensemble par couture, collage ou soudage aux ultrasons.
5. Procédé de fabrication d'une fermeture à glissière avec rangées d'éléments associés constituées d'un profil en zigzag fabriqué à partir d'un monofil en plastique continu en forme de S relié à des structures plates en forme de bande et replié sur son axe longitudinal, caractérisé en ce que, sur une machine à crochets pour galons, un métier à tricot ou un métier Rachel,
- sont fabriquées parallèlement et séparément deux bandes de textile tricoté présentant chacune deux colonnes marginales de mailles étroitement rapprochées, dont l'écartement est inférieur à celui des autres colonnes de mailles du tricot,
- et en ce que, simultanément, le monofil de plastique continu est inséré en forme de S comme fil de trame dans les mailles ouvertes des colonnes marginales de mailles,
et en ce que, finalement, pour former le ruban porteur,
- les deux bandes de textile tricoté sont superposées en repliant le brin de plastique en forme de S suivant un axe longitudinal médian passant entre les deux bandes de textile tricoté.
6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le monofil plastique continu est inséré dans une maille sur deux des colonnes de mailles marginales.
7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le monofil plastique est inséré sur chacune des deux bandes de textile tricoté dans plusieurs mailles ouvertes juxtaposées.
8. Procédé selon la revendication 5, 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux bandes de textile tricoté avec le monofil plastique en forme de S sont traitées sur une installation de teinture en continu avant le repliage.
9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les deux bandes de textile tricoté superposées sont reliées ensemble par couture, collage ou soudage aux ultrasons.
