Claims (5)

1. Installation de fabrication de bandes de feutre aiguilleté velouté structurées à partir d'une nappe de fibres coupées pré-aiguilletée, constituée d'une machine de pose de nappe fonctionnant mécaniquement ou aérodynamiquement, d'une machine à pré-aiguilleter et d'une machine à aiguilleter veloutée, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins la machine à aiguilleter veloutée (15) est équipée d'une bande à brosse sans fin (21) portant la nappe à aiguilleter (14) et servant de support de piqûres qui est composée d'un grand nombre de plaques à brosse (24) portant les touffes de poils (25) et dont les bords extérieurs (26) sont en forme de zigzag de façon telle que les bords (26) des plaques à brosse (24) voisines s'emboîtent de façon que les touffes de poils (25) situées le long des bords extérieurs (26) aient les mêmes distances entre elles que celles situées dans la zone intérieure de la plaque à brosse (24), en ce que les poils des touffes (25) sont affilés coniquement ou en forme de coin à leur extrémité libre, en ce que la plaque de maintien repose sur la bande de nappe de fibres (14) et est serrée contre celle-ci, et en ce que pour la structuration tridimensionnelle de la nappe de fibres pré-aiguilletée sont utilisées des aiguilles à corolle (23).
. 2. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au dos des plaques à brosse (24) sont placées des barrettes de fixation (27) dans les rainures (28) desquelles s'engagent les branches (29) dirigées l'une vers l'autre de barres de fixation (30) placées sur des chaînes ou bandes sans fin ou sur des éléments semblables.
3. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que la machine à pré-aiguilleter (13) est elle aussi équipée d'une bande à brosse (21) composée de plaques à brosse (24).
4. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la machine à aiguilleter veloutée (15) et éventuellement aussi la machine à pré-aiguilleter (13) sont équipées d'au moins deux barres à aiguilles (22) placées parallèlement.
5. Installation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'entre la machine à pré-aiguilleter (13) et la machine à aiguilleter veloutée (15) est placé un banc d'étirage de nappe de fibres (16).
