Abstract

Le procédé de fabrication comprend une étape de réalisation d'une nappe (20) de fibres, allongée dans une direction longitudinale (X), par nappage avec entrecroisement des fibres (15), une étape (120) de passage de la nappe (20) de fibres, le long de la direction longitudinale (X), à travers un dispositif de bouclage (28) comprenant un ensemble de disques tournants (30) et d'éléments fixes de bouclage (32), de manière à générer des ondulations et, suite à l'étape de passage (120), une étape (130) d'amenée de la nappe (20) de fibres sur un convoyeur (34) équipé de brosses, et d'accumulation des ondulations dans les brosses de manière à atteindre une densité prédéterminée.
