Claims (12)
1. Vandig ophthalmisk opløsning omfattende diquafosol eller et salt deraf med en koncentration på 0,1 til 10% (w/v) og et cheleringsmiddel med en koncentration på 0,0001 til 1% (w/v), til anvendelse ved en fremgangsmåde til reduktion af øjenirritation forårsaget af en vandig ophthalmisk opløsning omfattende diquafosol eller et salt deraf, som anvendes på en patient med tørre øjne.
2. Ophthalmisk opløsning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor cheleringsmidlet er i det mindste én type valgt fra gruppen bestående af edetinsyre, citronsyre, metaphosphor-syre, pyrophosphorsyre, polyphosphorsyre, æblesyre, vinsyre, phytinsyre og salte deraf.
3. Ophthalmisk opløsning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor cheleringsmidlet er i det mindste én type valgt fra gruppen bestående af edetinsyre, citronsyre, metaphosphor-syre, polyphosphorsyre og salte deraf.
4. Ophthalmisk opløsning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor cheleringsmidlet er et salt af edetinsyre.
5. Ophthalmisk opløsning til anvendelse ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, hvor cheleringsmidlet foreligger i en koncentration på 0,0005 til 0,5% (w/v) i den ophthalmiske opløsning.
6. Ophthalmisk opløsning til anvendelse ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, hvor cheleringsmidlet foreligger med en koncentration på 0,001 til 0,1% (w/v), i den ophthalmiske opløsning.
7. Ophthalmisk opløsning til anvendelse ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, hvor diquafosol eller et salt deraf foreligger med en koncentration på 1 til 10% (w/v) i den ophthalmiske opløsning.
8. Ophthalmisk opløsning til anvendelse ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, hvor diquafosol eller et salt deraf foreligger med en koncentration på 3% (w/v) i den ophthalmiske opløsning.
9. Ophthalmisk opløsning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor cheleringsmidlet er et salt af edetinsyre, cheleringsmidlet foreligger med en koncentration på 0,001 til 0,1% (wfa) i den ophthalmiske opløsning og diquafosol eller et salt deraf foreligger med en koncentration på 3% (w/v) i den ophthalmiske opløsning.
10. Ophthalmisk opløsning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, som yderligere omfatter et konserveringsmiddel.
11. Vandig ophthalmisk opløsning omfattende diquafosol eller et salt deraf med en koncentration på 0,1 til 10% (w/v) og et cheleringsmiddel med en koncentration på 0,0001 til 1% (w/v), til brug ved anvendelse på hornhindeepithel-lidelse fundet hos en patient med tørre øjne.
12. Vandig ophthalmisk opløsning omfattende diquafosol eller et salt deraf med en koncentration på 0,1 til 10% (w/v) og et cheleringsmiddel med en koncentration på 0,0001 til 1% (w/v), til brug ved anvendelse på en patient med tørre øjne.
