Claims (13)
1. Humaniseret monoklonalt antistof, der er specifikt for humant aPTCR/CD3-kompleks, som omfatter en variabel tungkæderegion med en aminosyresekvens valgt fra gruppen bestående af sekvenserne anført som SEQ ID NO: 7, 12, 13, 15 og 16, og en variabel letkæderegion, der omfatter aminosyresekvensen anført som SEQ ID NO: 14.
2. Humaniseret monoklonalt antistof ifølge krav 1, hvor den variable tungkæderegion er valgt fra gruppen bestående af aminosyresekvenserne anført som SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 12 og SEQ ID NO: 13.
3. Humaniseret monoklonalt antistof ifølge krav 1, hvor den variable tungkæderegion er valgt fra gruppen bestående af aminosyresekvenserne anført som SEQ ID NO: 15 og SEQ ID NO: 16.
4. Humaniseret monoklonalt antistof ifølge krav 1, hvor den variable tungkæderegion har aminosyresekvensen anført som SEQ ID NO: 15.
5. Humaniseret monoklonalt antistof ifølge krav 1, hvor den variable tungkæderegion har aminosyresekvensen anført som SEQ ID NO: 16.
6. Humaniseret antistof ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der endvidere omfatter en konstant region af human oprindelse.
7. Humaniseret antistof ifølge krav 6, der endvidere omfatter en Fc-modifikation, som reducerer Fcy-receptorbindingen.
