Abstract
一种纯化通用型人类CAR‑T细胞的方法,包括:(i)通过基因编辑技术破坏所述人类CAR‑T细胞中:14号染色体第23016448位至第23016490位的TRAC基因区域;和15号染色体第45003745位至第45003788位的B2M基因区域;(ii)然后将靶向TCRα/β的mRNA导入经基因编辑后的CAR‑T细胞;(iii)再将经过上述处理的CAR‑T细胞群体进行体外培养。
