Claims (16)
1. Kompositmembran med et skilleaktivt membranlag og en bæremembran, som har et eller flere skilleaktive membranlag, kendetegnet ved, at der fremstilles i det mindste et skilleaktivt membranlag ved hjælp af hærdning af sidestillet modificerede siliconeacrylater med den almene formel I
Formel I idet: a = 25 - 500, b = 1 - 25, c = 0 - 2 0, R1 = uafhængigt af hinanden ens eller forskellige alkyl- eller arylgrupper med 1 til 30 C-atomer, som i givet fald bærer ether- og/eller ester- og/eller epoxy- og/eller alkoholfunktioner, R2 = uafhængigt af hinanden ens eller forskellige grupper af gruppen: R1, R3 og R4, R3 = uafhængigt af hinanden ens eller forskellige organiske grupper, som bærer en eller flere acrylatgrupper, R4 = ens eller forskellige polyethergrupper.
2. Kompositmembran ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der som substituent R3 fortrinsvis anvendes grupper med den almene formel II eller III,

Formel III d = 0 til 12, e = 0 eller 1, f = 0 - 12, g = 0 - 2, h = 1 - 3, idet: g + h = 3, R6 = uafhængigt af hinanden ens eller forskellige alkyl- eller arylgrupper med 1 til 30 C-atomer eller H, η t R = ens eller forskellige dobbeltbrndende carbonhydridgrupper, fortrinsvis -CR62-, navnlig -CH2-.
3. Kompositmembran ifølge et af kravene 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at der som gruppe R4 i formel I anvendes ens eller forskellige polyethergrupper med den almene formel IV - (CH2)±-0-(CH2CH20) j-(CH2CH(CH3)0)k-(CH2CHR80)i-R9 Formel IV i = 0 - 12, fortrinsvis 3-7, navnlig 3, j = 0 - 50, k = 0 - 50, 1=0- 50, R8 = ens eller forskellige alkyl eller arylgrupper med 2-30 carbonatomer, fortrinsvis ethyl og phenyl, R9 = ens eller forskellige alkyl- eller arylgrupper med 2-30 carbonatomer eller H eller alkanoylgrupper, fortrinsvis methyl, H eller acetyl.
4. Kompositmembran ifølge i det mindste et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at denne er opbygget af flere lag forskellige siliconeacrylater.
5. Kompositmembran ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at denne er opbygget af blandinger af forskellige siliconeacrylater
6. Kompositmembran ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at der anvendes to forskellige siliconeacrylater, idet der som bestanddel a) anvendes endestillet a,ω-modificerede siliconeacrylater og som bestanddel b) anvendes sidestillet modificerede siliconeacrylater ifølge formel I.
7. Kompositmembran ifølge krav 4 eller 6, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste en af de følgende bestanddele indeholder: a) et eller flere siliconeacrylater med et siliciumindhold på gennemsnitligt > 29 vægt-% med den almene formel I
Formel I idet det for bestanddel a gælder: a = 25 - 500, b = 0 - 15, c = 0 - 20, på den betingelse, at b = 0 R2 = R3. b) et eller flere siliconeacrylater med et siliciumindhold på < 27,5 vægt-% med den almene formel I, idet det for bestanddel b gælder: a = 1 - 24, b = 0 - 25, c = 0 - 20, på den betingelse at b = 0 R2 = R3.
8. Komposit-siliconemembraner ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at bestanddelene a) og b) i blandingen foreligger i et masseforhold på 10 til 1 til 1 til 10.
9. Kompositmembran ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at hærdningen af siliconeacrylaterne opnås med en fotoinitiator ved hjælp af elektromagnetisk stråling med en bølgelængde, der er mindre end 800 nm, og/eller ved hjælp af elektronstråler.
10. Kompositmembran ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at bæremembranen er en opløsningsmiddelbestandig porøs tredimensionel bærestruktur udvalgt af gruppen af vævsfleece eller mikrofiltrationsmembraner eller ultrafiltrationsmembraner eller separatorer.
11. Kompositmembran ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at det porøse bæremateriale er fremstillet fra gruppen af følgende materialer: polyacrylnitril (PAN), polyimid (PI), polyetheretherketon (PEEK), polyvinylidenfluorid (PVDF), polyamid (PA), polyamidimid (PAI), polyethersulfon (PES), polybenzimidazol (PBI), sulfoneret polyetherketon (SPEEK) polyethylen (PE), polypropylen (PP) eller uorganiske porøse materialer og/eller keramiske membraner eller polymerkeramiske membraner under anvendelse af aluminiumoxid, titandioxid, zirkondioxid, siliciumoxid og/eller titannitrit, samt af blandinger, modifikationer eller kompositter af de foran nævnte forskellige bæremembranmaterialer.
12. Anvendelse af kompositmembranen ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11 til tilbageholdelse af opløste molekyler med en molekylvægt på mindre 2.000 g/mol med en tilbageholdelseskvote på i det mindste 90 vægt-%.
13. Anvendelse ifølge krav 12 til fraskillelse af homogenkatalysatorsystemer fra reaktionsblandinger, til udskillelse af triglycerider fra opløsningsmidler med en molekylvægt på mindre end 200 g/mol, til fraskillelse af oligomerer fra monomeropløsninger eller til fraskillelse af (pharma-) aktivstoffer eller forprodukter heraf fra reaktionsblandinger eller opløsninger.
