Claims (9)

1. Næringsmiddelsammensætning omfattende et korn og en Bacillus coagulans vegetativ celle eller spore, hvor sammensætningen omfatter pasta og hvor Bacillus coagulans er GBI-30-stammen (ATCC Designation Number PTA-6086).
2. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 1, hvor pastaen er valgt fra gruppen bestående af spaghetti, lasagne, ægpasta, spåtzle, penne rigate, rotini, rigatoni, og gnocchi.
3. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 1, hvor Bacillus coagulans omfatter mellem 0,01 og 10 vægtprocent af denne sammensætning.
4. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 1, hvor næringsmiddelsammensætningen er en kogt sammensætning.
5. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 1, hvor Bacillus coagulans er i form af en spore.
