Es ist bekannt, Thiophosphorsäureester mit insektizider Wirkung durch Umsetzen von Oxalkylalkylsulfonen
mit o, o-Dialkylthiophosphorsäuremonochloriden bei erhöhter Temperatur in Gegenwart
eines säurebindenden Mittels herzustellen.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß sich Carbonsäure-/j-oxäthylamide
mit den Monochloriden der o, o-Dialkylthiophosphorsäuren zu den entsprechenden Thiophosphorsäureestern umsetzen lassen.
Diese Umsetzung verläuft in der üblichen Weise bei erhöhter Temperatur in Gegenwart eines Säurebindemittels.
Als solche haben sich bewährt Pyridin, Triäthylamin, wasserfreies Kaliumcarbonat, calcinierte
Soda u. a. m. Erforderlichenfalls wird die Umsetzung unter Zugabe indifferenter Lösungsmittel
durchgeführt.
Diese neuen Thiophosphorsäureester zeichnen sich bei geringer toxischer Wirkung gegenüber
Warmblütern durch gute insektizide Wirkungen aus. Die toxische Wirkung der erfmdungsgemäß
hergestellten Substanzen ist um 1 bis 2 Zehnerpotenzen geringer als die der bekannten Thiophosphorsäure
- o, 0 - dialkyl - ο - alkylsulf onylalkylester, wie sie in der Patentschrift 876 692 beschrieben
sind. Die verfahrensgemäß erhältlichen Ester entfalten auch eine starke ovizide Wirkung.
382 g /5-Oxäthyl-phthalimid (Journal of the
American Chemical Society, Bd. 59, S.422; F. 1250)
werden in 600 ecm Pyridin gelöst. Unter Rühren gibt man bei 45 bis 500 364 g o, O-Diäthylthiophosphorsäuremonochlorid
in 1 Stunde hinzu. Das Reaktionsprodukt wird noch 1 Stunde auf 550 erwärmt.
Dann verdünnt man das Reaktionsprodukt mit 2 1 Wasser, trennt das sich absetzende Öl im
Scheidetrichter und rührt das abgetrennte öl nochmals
mit ι 1 Wasser, dem so viel Salzsäure zugesetzt wird, daß die wäßrige Phase eben kongosaure
Reaktion zeigt. Das wieder abgetrennte Öl wird in 300 ecm Chloroform aufgenommen und
dann mit Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach dem Filtrieren wird das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum abdestilliert.
Man erhält 514 g des Thiophosphorsäureesters der Formel

als dickes, braungelbes, nicht destillierbares und nicht kristallisierendes öl, entsprechend einer Ausbeute
von 75 °/o der Theorie. Die neue Verbindung zeigt neben sonstigen guten Insektiziden Eigenschäften
eine starke abtötende Wirkung auf Insekteneier (ovizide Wirkung).
48 g /5-Oxäthyl-phthalimid werden in 300 ecm
Methyläthylketon gelöst. Zu der Lösung gibt man 37 g getrocknetes Kaliumcarbonat und 1 g gepulvertes,
metallisches Kupfer. Dann läßt man unter Rühren 48 g o, o-Diäthylthiophosphorsäurechlorid
bei 70'0' zulaufen. Man erwärmt nun 12 Stunden auf 700, dann wird die Lösung nitriert.
Beim Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels im Vakuum bleiben 70 g des neuen Thiophosphorsäureesters des
Beispiels 1 als viskoses Öl zurück. Ausbeute 82% der Theorie.
34 g des o-Benzoesäure-jS-oxäthylsulfinids, erhalten
aus Saccharinnatrium und Glykolbromhydrin (F. io6°, Berichte der deutschen chemischen Gesellschaft,
Bd. 30, S. 1266) werden in 50 ecm Pyridin
gelöst. Unter Rühren gibt man zu der Lösung bei 50° 29 g o, o-Diäthylthiophosphorsäuremonochlorid.
Nachdem das Reaktionsprodukt noch 1 Stunde bei 50'01 gehalten wurde, verfährt man zur Aufarbeitung
wie in Beispiel 1 angegeben. Es werden 43 g des neuen Thiophosphorsäureesters der Formel

als beim längeren Stehen kristallin erstarrendes öl
vom F. 270 erhalten. Ausbeute 79 °/o der Theorie.
51g Methansulfonsäure-/?-oxäthylamid (Öl, nicht
destillierbar) werden in 70 ecm Pyridin gelöst. Bei 400 gibt man unter Rühren 69 g o, o-Diäthylthiophosphorsäurechlorid
hinzu. Man hält das Reaktionsprodukt noch 1 Stunde bei 400 und
arbeitet dann wie in Beispiel 1 angegeben auf. Man I erhält 57 g des neuen Thiophosphorsäureesters der
Formel

als wasserunlösliches, helles Öl, das auch im Hochvakuum nicht destillierbar ist, entsprechend einer
Ausbeute von 56% der Theorie. Der Ester zeigt
gute Insektizide Eigenschaften.
52 g Benzolsulfonsäure-^-oxäthylamid (F. 66°;
wasserunlösliches öl vom Kp4 2200) werden in
50 ecm Pyridin gelöst. In die Lösung gibt man bei 45'0' unter Rühren 49 g 0, o-Diäthylthiophosphorsäurechlorid.
Nach dem üblichen Aufarbeiten erhält man 51 g des neuen Thiophosphorsäureesters der

als wasserunlösliches, auch im Hochvakuum nicht destillierbares öl. Ausbeute 57% der Theorie.
Neben guten Insektiziden Eigenschaften zeigt die neue Verbindung eine ausgesprochene fungizide
Wirkung.
Beispiel 6 g5
35 g Oxalsäuredi-(bis-ß-oxäthyl)-amid (F. 1670)
werden in 150 ecm Pyridin gelöst. Unter Rühren gibt man zu der Lösung 78 g o, o-Diäthylthiophosphorsäurechlorid.
Nach dem üblichen Aufarbeiten werden 41 g des neuen Thiophosphorsäureesters
der Formel

als viskoses, nicht erstarrendes und nicht destillierbares
öl erhalten. Ausbeute 42 °/o der Theorie. Die Verbindung zeigt gegenüber Blattläusen und
Mückenlarven starke insektizide Eigenschaften.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPBUCH:Verfahren zur Herstellung von Thiophosphorsäureestern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Carbonsäure-/?-oxäthylamide mit o, o-Dialkylthiophosphorsäurechloriden bei höheren Temperaturen in Gegenwart eines Säurebindemittels, erforderlichenfalls unter Zugabe indifferenter Lösungsmittel, umgesetzt werden.Angezogene Druckschriften: Deutsche Patentschrift Nr. 876 692.© 9620 4.
