Description
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von 3-Ketocarbonsäuren Nach dem Patent 888 rot erhält man 3-Ketocarbonsäuren, wenn man aliphatische oder cycloaliphatische 3-Nitrocarbonsäuren, die an dem die Nitrogruppe tragenden Kohlenstoffatom mindestens ein Wasserstoffatom enthalten, oder ihre Ester, Amide oder Nitrile in wäßrigen Alkalien löst und die alkalische Lösung dann mit einer Mineralsäure behandelt.
- Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man an Stelle von wäßrigen Alkalien mit dem gleichen Erfolg auch wäßrige Erdalkalihydroxydlösungen verwenden kann.
- Die im folgenden Beispiel genannten Teile sind Gewichtsteile.
- Beispiel Ein Gemisch aus q.o Teilen 3-Nitropimelinsäuredimethylester, q.oo Teilen Wasser und roo Teilen Calciumhydroxyd wird 24 Stunden bei 8o bis 9o° gerührt. Nach der im Hauptpatent angegebenen Aufarbeitung erhält man 25 Teile reine 3-Ketopimelinsäure, entsprechend etwa 8o °/o der berechneten Menge.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Weitere Ausbildung des Verfahrens nach Patent 888 rot zur Herstellung von 3-Ketocarbonsäuren durch Lösen von aliphatischen oder cycloaliphatischen 3-Nitrocarbonsäuren, die an dem die Nitrogruppe tragenden Kohlenstoffatom mindestens ein Wasserstoffatom enthalten, oder ihrer Ester, Amide oder Nitrile in wäßrigen Alkalihydroxyden und Behandeln der alkalischen Lösung mit einer Mineralsäure, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man an Stelle von wäßrigen Alkalihydroxyden wäßrige Erdalkalihydroxydlösungen verwendet.
