Description
Claims (1)
- Drehmomentmeßgerät mit einer magnetischen Sensoreinrichtung, bestehend aus zwei Trommeln (303, 303′), von denen jeweils eine antriebs- und lastseitig auf einer Drehwelle (301) befestigt ist und die eine magnetisierbare Oberfläche (304, 304′) aufweisen und denen gegenüber magnetoresistive Elemente (R) auf einem Träger (305) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest eine der Trommeln (303, 303′) becherförmig ausgebildet ist,
der Befestigungsabstand (Ld) der Trommeln auf der Drehwelle (301) größer ist als der Abstand (Ls) zwischen den magnetisierbaren Oberflächen (304, 304′),
die Anordnung der magnetoresistiven Elemente (R) durch Dampfniederschlag (im Vakuum) auf ein einziges Substrat (305) bzw. durch Ätzen desselben gebildet ist, so daß die magnetoresistiven Elemente (R) sich auf einem einzigen Chip befinden, und
die magnetoresistiven Elemente (R) ein Signal liefern, dessen Größe der Größe des magnetischen Feldes während des Stillstandes des Drehmomentmeßgeräts entspricht.
