Description
Die Erfindung betrifft herbizide Mischungen enthaltend konzentrierte
Lösungen von Phenoxycarbonsäureoximestern in Mischung mit Cyanphenylcarbonaten, Cyanphenoxyacetonitrilen, Diurethanen
oder Carbamatharnstoffen und deren Verwendung zur Bekämpfung
von Unkräutern, insbesondere in Getreidekulturen.
Herbizide Mischungen mit verschiedenen Wirkstoffen werden häufiger
verwendet. Sie dienen z. B. dem Zweck, eine größere Zahl von Pflanzenarten mit einer einzigen Behandlung vollkommener zu
vernichten als dies bei Verwendung der Einzelkomponenten möglich ist. Die meisten Herbizide entfalten in Mischungen jedoch lediglich
die Wirkung, die sie bei ihrer alleinigen Anwendung aufweisen wurden. Eine über die Wirkung der Einzelkomponenten hinaus- ,
gehende oder andersartige Wirkung solcher Mischungen ist demgegenüber recht selten und wegen der heute noch fehlenden Kenntnis
der einer solchen Wirkung zugrunde liegenden Wirkungsmechanismen nicht vorhersehbar.

kämpfungsmittel vorgeschlagen worden. Es hat sich jedoch gezeigt,
daß deren herbizide Wirkung die in der Praxis gestellten Forderungen nicht immer ausreichend erfüllt. Als nachteilig
hat sich weiterhin ihre relative Schwerlöslichkeit erwiesen, welche die Herstellung der von der Praxis meist bevorzugten
Konzentrate mit hoher Wirkstoffkonzentration erschwert oder verhindert.
Der Erfindung lag daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Nachteile der bekannten Herbizide zu überwinden und ein in hoher Konzentration
formulierbares Unkrautbekämpfungsmittel zu schaffen, welches eine gesteigerte herbizide Wirkung entfaltet.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch herbizide Mischungen gelöst, welche (A) 10 bis 75 Gewichtsteile, vorzugsweise 50 Gewichtsteile,

einer herbizid wirksamen Verbindung aus der Klasse der Cyanphenylcarbonate (C), Cyanphenoxyacetonitrile (D), Diurethane (E)
oder Carbamatharnstoffe (F) enthalten.
Die erfindungsgemäß zu verwendenden Mischungen weisen überraschenderweise
eine herbizide Wirkung auf, welche bei gleichen Aufwandmengen größer ist als die Wirkung der Einzelkomponenten,
was allein schon einen bedeutenden technischen Fortschritt darstellt. Wie weiter gefunden wurde, können diese Mischungen jedoch
außerdem noch in Form hochkonzentrierter, emulgierbarer

Lösungen mit einem Y/irkstoffgehalt bis zu etwa 80 Gewichtsprozente
hergestellt werden, der bisher nicht erreichbar war und für die Formulierung dieser Herbizide von überragender Bedeutung
ist.
Gegenüber vergleichbaren Mischungen mit in Isophoron gelösten substituierten Phenoxycarbonsäureestern von bekannten Konstitution
weisen sie außerdem den nicht vorhersehbaren Vorteil auf, daß die erfindungsgemäßen Mischungen keinen Dampfdruck
entwickeln. Dadurch wird die Verunreinigung der Luft und die Gefahr der Gefährdung von empfindlichen Kulturen, die in Nachbarschaft
geprüfter Flächen stehen, vermieden.
Als besonders geeignete Komponenten zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäß
zu verwendenden Mischungen werden beispielsweise folgende genannt:
A Phenoxycarbonsäureoximester der allgemeinen Formel £j)
In dieser Formel kommen infrage für R, und R? als aromatische
Kohlenwasserstoffreste ζ. B. der Phenyl- oder der Naphthylrest, als aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffreste ζ.
B. solche mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methyl, Äthyl, Propyl, Isopropyl, Butyl und andere, als cycloaliphatische
Kohlenwasserstoffreste solche mit 5 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen,
wie Cyclohexyl und andere, und als araliphatisch^ Kohlenwasserstoffreste

wobei diese Reste z. B. gleich oder verschieden substituiert sein können durch niedere Alkylreste, wie Methyl oder
Äthyl, Halogenatome, wie Chlor oder Brom, niedere Alkoxyreste, wie Methoxy oder Ä'thoxy und andere. Als niedere Alkylreste
für R-, und die anderen Substituenten kommen solche mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen infrage. R1 und Rp können auch
einen cycloaliphatischen 5- bis 8-gliedrigen Ring bilden, wie z. B. Cyelohexyliden, Cyclooctyliden und andere, der gegebenenfalls
durch niedere Alkylreste, z. B. Methyl, oder andere Gruppen ein- oder mehrfach substituiert und außerdem
durch N- und/oder O-Atome unterbrochen sein kann.

Zu diesem Zweck werden die Komponenten zusammengegeben und durch geeignete Rühr- bzw. Mischverfahren intensiv miteinander vermischt. Hierbei entstehen die gewünschten hochkonzentrierten .
Wirkstofflösungen, welche auch bei niederen Temperaturen nicht
zur Kristallisation neigen und außerordentlich lagerstabil sind.
Diese Lösungen ergeben beim Verdünnen mit Wasser wäßrige Emulsionen
von ausgezeichneter Qualität.
Insbesondere eignen sich solche Mischungen, in denen die Komponenten
C, D, E oder F in Mengen von 5 bis 25 Gewichtsteilen,

vorzugsweise 5 oder 10 Gewichtsteilen, enthalten sind.
Die Verwendung der Mischungen erfolgt in der Regel im Nachauflauf
verfahr en, wobei die Aufwandmengen je nach Verbindungen
0,5 bis 2 kg Wirkstoff/ha betragen.
Bei gleichem Wirkungsgrad können die Aufwandmengen hierbei gegenüber
den Einzelkomponenten uberraschendervieise erheblich verringert werden.
Die Ausbringung der Mischungen erfolgt in üblicher Weise, z. B. mit Wasser als Träger in Spritzbrühmengen von 100 bis
1000 Litern/ha. Für die totale Unkrautbekämpfung können auch ohne weiteres die teilweise üblichen Spritzbrühmengen von mehr
als 1000 Litern/ha appliziert werden. Auch eine Anwendung der Mittel im sogenannten ti Ultra-low -Volume -Verfahren" ist möglich.

Im Gewächshaus wurden Matricaria chamomilla, Lamium amplexicaule,
Galium aparine und Echinochloa crus galli mit den in
der Tabelle aufgeführten Mitteln und Aufwandmengen im Nachauflauf verfahren behandelt. Die Mittel wurden als wäßrige Emulsionen
mit 500 Liter Wasser/ha gleichmäßig auf die Pflanzen
gespritzt»

14 Tage nach der Spritzung wurde das Behandlungsergebnis nach einem linearen Boniturschema ermittelt, wobei 0 = total vernichtet
und 100 = nicht geschädigt bedeuten.
Zur Bestimmung der synergistischen Wirkung wurde die von S.R. COLBY
beschriebene Methode verwendet (S.R. COLBY »Calculating Synergistic
and Antagonistic Responses of Herbicide Combinations" Weeds 15, 1, 1967).
Die Berechnung erfolgte nach folgender Formel:
E= (lOO-x) + (100-y) - (l00-x)(l00-y) = _xv_
χ = Wachstum zur Kontrolle bei Behandlung mit Herbizid A bei ρ kg Aufwandmenge/ha. Kontrolle gleich 100 gesetzt.

aparine, Solanura ssp. und Setaria italica gespritzt. Behandlung
und Auswertung erfolgten wie im Beispiel 4.
Auch in diesem Versuch sind die ermittelten Werte kleiner als die errechneten Werte nach der Formel von COLBY.
Die synergistische Wirkung der erfindungsgemäß zu verwendenden
Mischungen wird damit ebenfalls bewiesen.

Wasser/ha gleichmäßig behandelt.
Die 14 Tage nach der Behandlung ermittelten Werte dieses Versuches
waren kleiner als die nach der Formel von COLBY errechneten Vierte. Somit wurde auch mit diesen Mischungen eine
synergistische Wirkung erzielt.

- Patentansprüche1.
