Claims (10)

    PATENTANSPRÜCHE
    . Magnetisches Material mit einem Gehalt an Fe, B und R, wobei R mindestens ein Seltenerdelement einschließlich Y ist, worin eine Hauptphase aus mindestens einer intermetallischen Verbindung des Typs Fe-B-R mit einer im wesentlichen dem tetragonalen System zuzuordnenden Kristallstruktur gebildet ist.
  2. 2. Gesintertes magnetisches Material mit einer Hauptphase, die aus mindestens einer intermetallischen Verbindung gebildet ist, die im wesentlichen aus 8 bis 30 % R, wobei R mindestens ein Seltenerdelement einschließlich Y ist, 2 bis 28 % B, jeweils in Atom-% angegeben, und Rest Fe mit Verunreinigungen besteht.
  3. 3. Gesintertes magnetisches Material mit einer Hauptphase, die aus mindestens einer intermetallischen Verbindung gebildet ist, die im wesentlichen dem tetragonalen System zugehört und hauptsächlich aus 8 bis 30 % R, wobei R mindestens ein Seltenerdelement einschließlich Y ist, 2 bis 28 % B, jeweils in Atom-% angegeben, und Rest Fe mit Verunreinigungen besteht.

  4. 4. Gesinterter anisotroper Permanentmagnet, bestehend im wesentlichen aus 8 bis 30 % R, wobei R mindestens ein Seltenerdelement einschließlich Y ist, 2 bis 28 % B, jeweils in Atom-% angegeben, und Rest Fe mit Verunreinigungen.
  5. 5. Gesinterter anisotroper Permanentmagnet mit einer Hauptphase, die aus mindestens einer intermetallischen Verbindung des Typs Fe-B-R mit einer im wesentlichen dem tetragonalen System zuzuordnenden Kristallstruktur gebildet ist und hauptsächlich aus 8 bis 30 % R, wobei R mindestens ein Seltenerdelement einschließlich Y ist, 2 bis 28 % B, jeweils in Atom-% angegeben, und Rest Fe mit Verunreinigungen besteht.
  6. 6. Magnetisches Material nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, bei dem das im wesentlichen tetragonale System mit einem Anteil von nicht weniger als 50 Vol-% vorliegt.
  7. 7. Permanentmagnet nach Anspruch 5, bei dem das im wesentlichen tetragonale System mit einem Anteil von nicht weniger als 50 Vol-% vorliegt.
  8. 8. Permanentmagnet nach Anspruch 7, der nicht weniger als 1 Vol-% an nichtmagnetischen Phasen einer intermetallischen Verbindung enthält.
  9. 9. Permanentmagnet nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei dem die mittlere Kristallkorngröße 1 bis 80 &mgr;&pgr;&igr; beträgt.
  10. 10. Permanentmagnet nach Anspruch 9, bei dem die mitt-5 lere Kristallkorngröße 2 bis 40 &mgr;&pgr;&igr; beträgt.
