Claims (10)

  1. 납함량이 비스무트의 유효량으로 치환된 것이 특징인 분말 야금 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비스무트의 비율이 대체하는 납 비율의 35-65중량%이내인 것이 특징인 조성물.
  3. 전항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 조성물이 청동 분말조성물이고 비스무트가 5중량%까지의 양으로 존재하는 것이 특징인 조성물
  4. 전항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 비스무트가 원소 분말로서 존재하는 것이 특징인 조성물.
  5. 제1내지 3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 비스무트가 분말 조성물의 다른 구성물과 함께 전합금으로서 존재하는 것이 특징인 조성물.
  6. 전항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 조성물이 청동 분말이고 비스무트를 분말형 비스무트 주석 합금으로서 주석과 함께 또는 분말형의 구리 비스무트 합금으로서 구리와 함께 전합금시키는 것이 특징인 분말 조성물.
  7. 전항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 얻어진 합금의 기계가공성을 더욱 증가시키는데 일정 비율의 윤활제를 포함한 것이 특징인 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 윤활제가 흑연, 저밀도 폴리알킬렌, 스테아린산 및 스테아릴산 아연중에서 한가지 또는 그이상으로 선택되는 것이 특징인 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 윤활제가 흑연이고 0.1-0.9중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것이 특징인 조성물.
  10. 전항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 비스무트가 대체하는 납중량의 45-55중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것이 특징인 조성물.
