Abstract
Verwendung
von MoO3 als ein Mittel zur Verbesserung
der Antikorrosionseigenschaften einer Antikorrosionsbeschichtungszusammensetzung
auf der Basis von einem teilchenförmigen Metall, welches Zink oder
eine Zinklegierung in wässriger
Phase enthält.
Claims (7)
- Verwendung von MoO3 als ein Mittel zur Verbesserung der Antikorrosionseigenschaften einer Antikorrosionsbeschichtungszusammensetzung auf der Basis von einem teilchenförmigen Metall, welches Zink oder eine Zinklegierung in wässriger Phase enthält.
- Verwendung gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Verbesserung der Wirksamkeit des Opferschutzes (sacrificial protection) durch das teilchenförmige Metall, welches vorzugsweise lamellenförmig verwendet wird.
- Verwendung gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antikorrosionsbeschichtungszusammensetzung 30 bis 60 Gew.-% Wasser enthält.
- Verwendung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antikorrosionsbeschichtungszusammensetzung ein Bindemittel auf Silanbasis, welches vorzugsweise Epoxy-funktionelle Reste trägt, enthält.
- Verwendung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Molybdänoxid MoO3 in einer im Wesentlichen reinen orthorhombischen kristallinen Form mit einem Molybdängehalt von mehr als etwa 60 Massenprozent vorliegt.
- Verwendung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Molybdänoxid MoO3 in Teilchenform mit Abmessungen zwischen 1 bis 200 μm vorliegt.
- Verwendung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antikorrosionsbeschichtungszusammensetzung ein Natrium-, Kalium- oder Lithiumsilikat, vorzugsweise in einer Menge, welche zwischen 0,05 und 0,5 Gew.-% liegt, enthält.
