Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の主題は下記成分を含有することを特徴とする、金属部材用の防食用被覆組成物である:−少なくとも1種の粒子状金属、−有機溶媒、−増粘剤、−好ましくはエポキシ官能基を有する、シラン系バインダ、−酸化モリブデン(MoO3)、−場合により、ナトリウム、カリウムもしくはリチウムのケイ酸塩、並びに−水。

Description
有利には、酸化モリブデンMoO3 は、1〜200 μm の大きさの粒子形態で防食用組成物中に使用されよう。

第2の層を同じ手順を用いて塗布した。
一方はGEOMETTM組成物、他方は6価クロム系のDACROMETTM組成物という2種類の比較実験を行った。
本実施例では、被膜表面に半透明の粘着性の紙を貼付け、それを素早く引き剥がすことにより被膜凝集性を評価する。凝集性は、0 (被膜が完全に引き剥がれる) から5 (被膜は全く引き剥がれない) までの評点により評価する。
Claims (23)
- 下記成分:
−亜鉛または亜鉛合金を含む少なくとも1種の粒子状金属、
−有機溶媒、
−増粘剤、
−シラン系バインダ、
−酸化モリブデン(MoO3)、および
−水、
を含有する金属部材用の防食用被覆組成物であって、
前記粒子状金属は当該組成物の主成分の一つであること
を特徴とする、水系の金属部材用の防食用被覆組成物。 - シランがエポキシ官能基を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- さらに、ナトリウム、カリウムまたはリチウムのケイ酸塩を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 酸化モリブデン(MoO3)を0.5〜7重量%含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種の粒子状金属を10〜40重量%含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- アルミニウム、クロム、マンガン、ニッケル、チタン、それらの合金および金属間化合物、ならびにそれらの混合物から選ばれる他の粒子状金属をさらに含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 前記粒子状金属がラメラ亜鉛を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 前記他の粒子状金属がラメラアルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 前記有機溶媒が組成物全体に対して1〜30重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 前記有機溶媒がグリコールエーテルである、請求項9記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 前記有機溶媒がジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコールまたはジプロピレングリコールである、請求項10記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 前記増粘剤を 0.005〜2重量%含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 前記増粘剤が、セルロース誘導体、キサンタンガム、ならびにポリウレタン系およびアクリル系の結合性(associative)増粘剤からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 前記シランを3〜20重量%の量で含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 前記シランがγ−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 前記有機溶媒がさらに10重量%までのホワイトスピリットを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 水を30〜60重量%の量で含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から16のいずれかに記載の金属部材の防食用被覆組成物。
- 請求項1から17のいずれかに記載の防食用被覆組成物から噴霧、浸漬、または浸漬回転 (ディップスピン) 法により得られたものであって、被覆層が硬化処理を受けていることを特徴とする、金属部材の防食用被覆。
- 前記硬化処理が70〜350 ℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項18記載の金属部材の防食用被覆。
- 前記硬化処理が約30分間行われることを特徴とする、請求項18または19記載の金属部材の防食用被覆。
- 前記硬化処理の前に、被覆した金属部材に70℃の温度で20分間の乾燥処理を受けさせることを特徴とする、請求項18記載の金属部材の防食用被覆。
- 保護すべき金属部材に、3〜15μmの厚みで塗布されていることを特徴とする、請求項18から21のいずれかに記載の金属部材の防食用被覆。
- 請求項18から22のいずれかに記載の防食用被覆を設けた被覆金属基体。
