Description
100重量部のエポキシ樹脂と、
4~8重量部の潜在性硬化剤と、
4~10重量部の潜在性促進剤と、
を、含有する、熱活性化可能な接着剤組成物、及び板金コンポーネントを互いに接着して金属板スタックを製造する方法でのそれらの使用によって、達成される。
塗布される接着剤は、保管庫内で室温にて数ヶ月間安定であり、後に100℃超の温度、例えば150℃または180℃まで加熱することにより、非常に短時間の間で硬化することができる。
板厚0.3mmの電気鋼板への接着剤の塗布
乾燥プロセス後の層厚み:5~6μm
サンプル形状:25mmx100mm
DIN EN1465に基づく重ねせん断力試験
重なり合った長さ:12.5mm
ホットプレス中でのサンプルの接合:200℃、1秒(実施例1参照)
または、NIR放射線によるサンプルの接合(0.3秒)(実施例2参照)
Claims (16)
- 100重量部のエポキシ樹脂と、
4~8重量部の潜在性硬化剤と、
4~10重量部の潜在性促進剤と、
を含む水性分散体を、含有する、板金コンポーネントを互いに接着して積層されたコアを製造する方法に使用するための、熱活性化可能な接着剤組成物。 - モリブデン酸リン酸亜鉛アルミニウム及びポリリン酸ストロンチウムアルミニウムからなる群から選択される、2~12重量部の1つ以上の腐食防止添加剤を更に含有する、請求項1に記載の熱活性化可能な接着剤組成物。
- カオリン及び雲母からなる群から選択される、5~15重量部の1つ以上の絶縁添加剤を更に含有する、請求項1または2に記載の接着剤組成物。
- カーボンブラック及び酸化鉄からなる群から選択される、0.2~8重量部の吸収添加剤を更に含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 充填剤、分散剤、及びフィルム形成剤からなる群から選択される、1つ以上の添加剤を更に含有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂が、ビスフェノールAエポキシ樹脂の水性分散液であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記潜在性硬化剤が、ジシアンジアミド、イミダゾール、BF3アミン錯体、またはこれらの組み合わせを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記潜在性促進剤が、尿素誘導体及び/またはイミダゾールを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 板金コンポーネントを互いに接着して積層されたコアを製造する方法での、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物の使用。
- 板金コンポーネントを互いに接着して積層されたコアを製造する方法であって、少なくとも2つの板金コンポーネントが、間の接着剤層を介して接合されて複合体(composite body)を形成し、接合の前または最中に熱活性化された、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物を接着剤として使用することを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記熱活性化が、赤外線によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記板金コンポーネントの部品のうちの1つが、前記複合体(compound body)を形成するための前記接合が行われる前に、前記接着剤組成物でコーティングされ、前記接着剤組成物は、前記複合体を形成するための前記接合が行われる前に硬化するが、前記接着剤層の自由表面が接着性を有しないようには硬化されないことを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の前記板金コンポーネントを含み、
前記1つ以上の板金コンポーネントが、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物で互いに接着される、ステータコア。 - 前記板金コンポーネントが鋼板であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のステータコア。
- 1つ以上の前記板金コンポーネントを含み、
前記1つ以上の板金コンポーネントが、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物で互いに接着される、ロータコア。 - 前記板金コンポーネントが鋼板であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のロータコア。
