Claims (21)
1. Термически активируемый клеевой состав для применения в способе получения пакета металлических листов из склеенных вместе компонентов из листового металла, содержащий
100 массовых частей эпоксидной смолы;
от 4 до 8 массовых частей скрытого отверждающего агента; и
от 4 до 10 массовых частей скрытого ускорителя.
2. Термически активируемый клеевой состав по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий
от 2 до 12 массовых частей одной или более антикоррозионных добавок, выбранных из группы, состоящей из молибдат-фосфатов цинка-алюминия и полифосфатов стронция-алюминия.
3. Клеевой состав по п. 1 или п. 2, дополнительно содержащий
от 5 до 15 массовых частей одной или более изоляционных добавок, выбранных из группы, состоящей из каолина и слюды.
4. Клеевой состав по любому из пп. 1-3, дополнительно содержащий
от 0,2 до 8 массовых частей поглощающих добавок, выбранных из группы, состоящей из сажи и оксида железа.
5. Клеевой состав по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно содержащий одну или более добавок, выбранных из группы, состоящей из наполнителей, диспергаторов и пленкообразующих агентов.
6. Клеевой состав по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что эпоксидная смола представляет собой водную дисперсию эпоксидной смолы бисфенола А.
7. Клеевой состав по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что скрытый отверждающий агент содержит: дициандиамид, имидазол, комплекс амин-BF3 или их комбинацию.
8. Клеевой состав по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающийся тем, что скрытый ускоритель содержит производное мочевины и/или имидазол.
9. Применение клеевого состава по любому из пп. 1-8 в способе получения пакета металлических листов из склеенных вместе компонентов из листового металла.
10. Способ получения пакета металлических листов из склеенных вместе компонентов из листового металла, причем по меньшей мере два компонента из листового металла соединяются с клеевым слоем между ними для образования композитного тела, отличающийся тем, что в качестве клеящего материала используется клеевой состав по любому из пп. 1-8, который термически активируется до или во время соединения.
11. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что термическая активация осуществляется посредством инфракрасного излучения.
12. Способ по п. 10 или 11, отличающийся тем, что одна из частей компонента из листового металла покрывается клеевым составом до того, как будет выполнено соединение для образования композитного тела, причем клеевой состав застывает, но не отверждается, до того, как будет выполнено соединение для образования композитного тела, в результате чего свободная поверхность клеевого слоя не обладает клеящими свойствами.
13. Компонент из листового металла, покрытый клеевым составом по любому из пп. 1-8.
14. Компонент из листового металла по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что компонент из листового металла представляет собой стальной лист.
15. Сердечник статора или ротора, содержащий одну или более деталей из листового металла по п. 13 или 14.
