Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αυτή κατευθύνεται προς τα νέα προϊόντα αμμωνόλυσης όπως νέες σιλαζάνες και πολυσιλαζάνες που χαρακτηρίζονται από επαναλαμβανόμενες μονάδες πυριτίου -αζώτου σε μια πολυμερή ένωση που έχει μια μειωμένη ποσότητα των δεσμών Si-H σε σχέση με την ποσότητα των δεσμών Si-H στην αρχική ένωση. Η παρασκευή αυτών των νέων προϊόντων αμμωνόλυσης περιλαμβάνει την εισαγωγή μιας αρχικής ένωσης που περιέχει τουλάχιστον έναν δεσμό Si-H, όπως η αλοσιλάνη σε μια στοιχειομετρική υπέρμετρη ποσότητα άνυδρης υγρής αμμωνίας όπου ένα αλογονίδιο του αμμωνίου παράγεται δρώντας ως καταλύτης οξέος για να παρασχεθεί ένα ιονικό ή/και οξειδικό περιβάλλον για την παρασκευή νέων ενώσεων αμμωνόλυσης. Τα παρασκευασμένα νέα προϊόντα αμμωνόλυσης διατηρούνται σε μια ξεχωριστή στρώση υγρής φάσης και ξεχωριστά από την άνυδρη υγρή αμμωνία που περιέχει το ιονισμένο αλογονίδιο του αμμωνίου. Επίσης παρέχονται οι μέθοδοι για τον καθαρισμό των προϊόντων αμμωνόλυσης και για την τροποποίηση των προϊόντων αμμωνόλυσης με ελεγχόμενα αυξανόμενο ιξώδες από ένα υγρό σε ένα στερεό και τα ιξώδη μεταξύ αυτών.
