背景技术
随着生活品质的提高,卡丁车已经成为人们日常生活中常见的竞技、娱乐车辆。
目前,市场上具有多种品牌、型号的卡丁车,虽然其结构不尽相同,但组成卡丁车的大部分构件一般都是采用金属材质,并且各个部件均通过连接件锁紧连接,不仅使得卡丁车的驱动负荷较大,而且也不便于维修拆装,令卡丁车的使用效果并不理想。
因此,如何进一步提高卡丁车的使用效果,已经成为目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种新型的卡丁车,其相对于现有的卡丁车具有多处改进,能够显著提高卡丁车的使用效果。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种卡丁车,包括:
塑料车体,所述塑料车体上设置有安装槽;
铰接在所述塑料车体上,能够通过翻转与所述安装槽实现开合的盖体;
设置在所述塑料车体前端,与轮毂电机集成为一体的前轮;
卡设在所述安装槽内,能够与所述轮毂电机电导通的电池和控制器;
与所述前轮连接的方向盘。
优选的,上述卡丁车中,所述塑料车体为采用吹塑工艺成型的一体结构。
优选的,上述卡丁车中,所述安装槽设置在所述方向盘和所述卡丁车的座椅之间。
优选的,上述卡丁车中,所述盖体为U型盖体,其与所述安装槽靠近所述座椅的一端铰接,以与所述安装槽靠近所述方向盘的一端实现开合。
优选的,上述卡丁车中,还包括设置在所述塑料车体上的安装架,所述安装架上设置有控制电路通断的开关,以及与所述电池导通的充电口。
优选的,上述卡丁车中,所述塑料车体上设置有凸起部,所述方向盘和所述安装架均设置在所述凸起部上,并且所述安装架位于所述安装槽和所述方向盘之间。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供了一种新型的卡丁车,其相对于现有的卡丁车具有多处改进,能够显著提高卡丁车的使用效果。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图1-图7所示,本实用新型实施例提供的卡丁车,包括塑料材质的塑料车体1,其上设置有安装槽2;铰接在塑料车体1上的盖体3,该盖体3能够围绕铰链轴翻转从而实现与安装槽2的开合;设置在塑料车体1前端,与轮毂电机集成为一体的前轮4(在车体的后端,座椅8的两侧也各设置有一个后轮),此前轮4为驱动轮和导向轮;卡设在安装槽2内,能够与轮毂电机电导通的电池5和控制器6,电池5为轮毂电机提供电能,控制器6则控制整个卡丁车的行驶状态;与前轮4连接的方向盘7,此方向盘7优选为外层塑料包裹内层金属的结构。
上述卡丁车,相对于现有的卡丁车,不再使用金属材质的车体,而是使用具有足够强度的塑料制造车体,令整车的重量大大降低,同时方向盘也不再使用金属材质的方向盘,同样将其替换为塑料材质,以进一步降低卡丁车的自身重量,令驱动负荷能够最大程度的得以减小。并且,盖体3和塑料车体1、电池5和安装槽2之间的连接不再采用连接件锁紧的方式,而是采用更加便于拆卸的连接方式:盖体3的一端铰接在塑料车体1上,通过翻转实现与安装槽2的开合;电池5通过卡设的方式固定在安装槽2内。另外,还通过选用轮毂电机,并将其集成于车轮的内圈中而与前轮4成为一体,从而实现对卡丁车整体结构的简化。通过上述的多处改进,令卡丁车的使用效果得到了显著的提升。
为了进一步优化技术方案,本实施例提供的卡丁车中,塑料车体1优选为采用吹塑工艺成型的一体结构。塑料材质车体的制造方法有多种,本实施例优选吹塑工艺制造车体的原因在于,吹塑工艺的操作过程较为简单,生产效率高,有利于本实施例提供的卡丁车的大批量生产,并且,采用吹塑工艺制造得到的塑料车体1,其外观整体性更好,整个塑料车体1为一体结构,令其整体强度更高。
优选的,安装槽2设置在方向盘7和卡丁车的座椅8之间,如图1-图4所示。由于卡丁车的驱动轮为前轮4,而将安装电池5的安装槽2设置在方向盘7和座椅8之间,与原有的电池5设置在座椅8后侧的方式相比,能够减小电池5和位于方向盘7正下方的前轮4的安装距离,减小走线长度,不仅节省材料、方便布线,而且还能够减小线路发生短路、断路等的几率,令卡丁车的使用效果得到进一步的提升。此外,将安装槽2设置在方向盘7和座椅8之间,也使得电池5、控制器6等的维修、更换操作具有较大的操作空间,方便卡丁车的日常维护。
如图1和图2所示,盖体3为U型盖体3,其与安装槽2的靠近座椅8的一端铰接,与安装槽2的靠近方向盘7的一端实现开合。本实施例中,安装槽2靠近塑料车体1的凸起部23设置,而为了保证卡丁车的整体美观性,优选将盖体3设置为U形结构,使得盖体3盖合到安装槽2上以后,能够与凸起部23形成一个整体(也可以将盖体3理解为凸起部23的一部分)。因为安装槽2的设置位置更加靠近方向盘7,其与座椅8的距离大于与方向盘7的距离,安装槽2和座椅8之间具有更大的翻转空间,所以本实施例优选将盖体3靠近座椅8的一端铰接在塑料车体1上,使得盖体3在开启时向靠近座椅8的方向能够实现更大角度的翻转,为后续电池5、控制器6的维修和更换操作提供便利,同时也能够避免与方向盘7发生抵触。
本实施例提供的卡丁车,还包括设置在塑料车体1上的安装架9,安装架9上设置有控制电路通断的开关10以及与电池5导通的充电口11,如图1和图2所示。本实施例中,开关10和充电口11通过安装架9与塑料车体1连接,更加有利于安装操作的进行。
具体的,优选塑料车体1上设置有凸起部23,方向盘7和安装架9均设置在凸起部23上,并且安装架9位于安装槽2和方向盘7之间,如图1和图2所示。将安装架9设置在凸起部23上,并令其位于安装槽2和方向盘7之间,使得开关10和充电口11位于座椅8的正前方,更加方便于坐在座椅8上的驾驶员对其进行操作。此外,此种设置方式也可以最大程度的减小充电口11和电池5的连线距离,不但节省成本,而且能够令线路的布置更加规范、优化,减少甚至避免了线路短路、断路等情况的发生。
本实施例中,电池5通过压紧机构卡设在安装槽2中,此压紧机构包括:设置在电池5顶部的压条12,以及穿过压条12并与塑料车体1螺纹锁紧的第一螺栓13,如图1和图2所示。电池5卡设置在安装槽2中的方式有多种,而本实施例优选采用结构相对简单的压条12和第一螺栓13以压紧方式将电池5固定在安装槽2中,具体的是令压条12压住电池5,通过拧动第一螺栓13,使压条12相对于塑料车体1下降或上升,而实现对电池5的压紧和松开。
进一步的,方向盘7包括:圆环形的塑料上盖14,塑料上盖14上设置有卡块15;圆环形的塑料下盖16,塑料下盖16的内侧连接有连接架22,并且塑料下盖16上开设有能够与卡块15配合卡紧的卡槽17,如图5-图7所示。本实施例中,也采用具有一定强度的塑料代替完全金属材质的方向盘,并且令方向盘7由塑料上盖14和塑料下盖16拼合形成中空结构,以进一步减小方向盘7的重量。而塑料上盖14和塑料下盖16之间的连接方式,也优选采用便于拆装的卡接方式,具体的是在塑料上盖14上设置卡块15,塑料下盖16上开设卡槽17,通过卡块15和卡槽17的配合卡紧实现塑料上盖14和塑料下盖16的连接。
另外,为了进一步增大方向盘7的结构强度,进一步优选在塑料上盖14和塑料下盖16之间(或者说塑料上盖14和塑料下盖16的内部)设置了具有更大强度的金属骨架。
如图5所示,方向盘7通过转向组件与前轮4连接,此转向组件包括:通过第二螺栓18与连接架22连接的连杆19;连接连杆19和前轮4的前叉20。进一步优选的,连杆19上开设有定位凹槽(图中未示出),连接架22上设置有能够伸入到定位凹槽中的定位凸块(图中未示出),以进一步提高方向盘7和转向组件的连接、定位的牢固性,从而提升操控性能,令卡丁车的使用效果更加突出。
此外,本实施例中还包括设置在塑料车体1上,控制轮毂电机转速的踏板21,如图1和图2所示。此踏板21相当于汽车的油门,其与电池5、轮毂电机所在的电路连通,用于控制前轮4的转速以实现控制卡丁车的车速。
本说明书中对各部分结构采用递进的方式描述,每个部分的结构重点说明的都是与现有结构的不同之处,卡丁车的整体及部分结构可组合上述多个部分的结构而得到。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种卡丁车,其特征在于,包括:
塑料车体,所述塑料车体上设置有安装槽;
铰接在所述塑料车体上,能够通过翻转与所述安装槽实现开合的盖体;
设置在所述塑料车体前端,与轮毂电机集成为一体的前轮;
卡设在所述安装槽内,能够与所述轮毂电机电导通的电池和控制器;
与所述前轮连接的方向盘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡丁车,其特征在于,所述塑料车体为采用吹塑工艺成型的一体结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卡丁车,其特征在于,所述安装槽设置在所述方向盘和所述卡丁车的座椅之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的卡丁车,其特征在于,所述盖体为U型盖体,其与所述安装槽靠近所述座椅的一端铰接,以与所述安装槽靠近所述方向盘的一端实现开合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的卡丁车,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述塑料车体上的安装架,所述安装架上设置有控制电路通断的开关,以及与所述电池导通的充电口。
6.根据权利要求5所述的卡丁车,其特征在于,所述塑料车体上设置有凸起部,所述方向盘和所述安装架均设置在所述凸起部上,并且所述安装架位于所述安装槽和所述方向盘之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的卡丁车,其特征在于,所述电池通过压紧机构卡设在所述安装槽中,所述压紧机构包括:
设置在所述电池顶部的压条;
穿过所述压条并与所述塑料车体螺纹连接的第一螺栓。
8.根据权利要求1所述的卡丁车,其特征在于,所述方向盘包括:
圆环形的塑料上盖,所述塑料上盖上设置有卡块;
圆环形的塑料下盖,所述塑料下盖的内侧连接有连接架,并且所述塑料下盖上开设有能够与所述卡块配合卡紧的卡槽;
包裹在所述塑料上盖和所述塑料下盖之间的金属骨架。
9.根据权利要求8所述的卡丁车,其特征在于,所述方向盘通过转向组件与所述前轮连接,所述转向组件包括:
通过第二螺栓与所述连接架连接的连杆;
连接所述连杆和所述前轮的前叉。
10.根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的卡丁车,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述塑料车体上,控制所述前轮转速的踏板。
