发明的领域

发明的背景
独立的、通过放热/吸热反应加热或冷却的自加热/冷却装置是一种已知技术。例如国际专利申请WO99/41554公开了一种多部件加热室,其可以通过采用易碎密封的破裂而引发放热反应。并且,容纳和释放制品的可破裂小袋也是已知技术。
然而,人们希望提供一种用于向一个目标表面施加物质的相对简单的可破裂容器,而且是自加热/冷却的,并且易于制造和组装。其还可以证明该发明可以用于其它结构。
发明的概述
本发明为一种具有至少一个第一隔室、一个第二隔室的由柔性薄膜形成的制品分配袋。另外,所述袋包括一个容纳制品的第三隔室。一个容纳在第一隔室中的第一成分,一个容纳在第二隔室中的第二成分,并且至少第一和第二成分中的一个是可流动的。另外,所述袋具有一个位于第一隔室和第二隔室之间的易碎密封件。所述袋适于通过向第一和/或第二隔室施加压力以使易碎密封件破裂来提供温度变化反应/活动,并且所述袋适于从第三隔室分配制品。

制品分配隔室:

在图1中,加热/冷却隔室320和322形成一个分别提供加热或冷却效果的放热或吸热系统。该系统可以通过无水反应、溶解热、氧化反应、结晶、合金腐蚀、沸石液系统和/或pH振荡等进行加热/冷却,但并不仅限于利用上述的反应。
加热/冷却元件的一个实施例可以包括固-液或液-液加热/冷却系统,例如一个无水反应系统、一个溶解热系统、一个沸石系统、一个电化学系统等。一个固-液加热/冷却系统包括在两个或更多成分的结合或混合过程中发生放热或吸热变化的任何系统,其中,至少一种成分实质上为自然的液体(例如水)并且至少一种成分实质上为自然的固体(例如无水的盐等)。一个液-液加热/冷却系统包括在两种或更多成分的结合或混合过程中发生放热或吸热变化的任何系统,其中,系统的两种或更多成分实质上为液体形态。
在制品容器部分318和一个热生成成分320之间的所述袋子和密封件的外周可以是永久密封件312。或者,在周边位置上可以是材料325的折边。袋子的放热或吸热成分部分被表示成隔室320和322,并且被易碎密封件或其它可破裂隔离物324分开。
为了在隔室318中加热或冷却制品,加热/冷却隔室320和322可以与制品分配隔室318紧密接触,以便可以有效地进行热传导。这可以通过使制品分配隔室318和加热/冷却隔室320和322中的一个或两个相互邻接或紧密接触布置来实现。所述袋子可以被折叠于袋子的制品容器318和相邻的袋子326的放热或吸热成分隔室320之间,如图3所示。在一些实施例中,当用胶粘或其它本领域已知的粘接方法折叠时,制品分配隔室318和加热/冷却隔室320可以相互粘附在一起。因此,为了加热/冷却元件的激活和制品的释放同时进行,隔室320可以被第一成分的液体所填充,而隔室322可以被第二成分的液体或固体所填充。为了激活加热/冷却元件并从制品分配容器318中连续或以不同间隔地释放制品,例如用以在制品分配容器318中加热/冷却制品,或在制品被从制品分配容器318分配出去之前或之后对一个目标表面进行加热/冷却,隔室320可以被第二固体成分填充,而隔室322可以被第一液体成分填充。对于液-液系统或作为对前述方法的替代,加热/冷却隔室320和322的顺序激活和制品从制品分配隔室318的释放可以按照与前述用于同时激活的方法相同的取向实现,但是位于隔室320和322之间的易碎密封件324和制品容器部分318的易碎密封件314的密封强度不同。在这一实施例中,一个密封件可以在比另一个低的挤压力下被激活,并且使用者可以仅通过较弱的挤压以便易碎密封件中的一个爆裂,然后通过较强的挤压使另一个爆裂。进而,制品分配容器318可以远离加热/冷却隔室320和322的激活部分设置。
在一些实施例中,还可能希望制品从制品分配隔室318流出到加热/冷却隔室320和/或322上。例如,如果被释放制品的质量小,则制品的温度可能在其被施加到较冷的表面上时迅速变化。然而,如果制品被释放到加热/冷却隔室上,则当施加制品时加热/冷却隔室可以被压在目标表面上。因此,加热袋302与表面的确实接触可以提供一个附加的加热/冷却传导效果。制品的实际流出位置可以由制品分配隔室的设计式样、隔室318和320之间的距离以及隔室318和320之间的折叠位置所控制。
还可能希望对加热/冷却隔室增加附加的功能。这些特征被示于图4中。例如,锁定密封的区域504允许当隔室522受压且易碎密封件524破裂时容纳在隔室522中的反应物通过隔室520以进行混合。然而,当压力被释放时,区域504将防止或阻碍反应物回流到隔室522中。
图4还表示出了一种提供三种成分的加热/冷却系统的方式。增加了一个带有附加易碎密封件506的附加隔室510。
进一步的设计、反应物、和加热/冷却隔室的特征与由Gary C.Joseph和Piyush N.Zaveri于2000年10月9日提出的题目为“Product Dispenser Having Internal Temperature ChangingElement”的共同申请的未审定美国专利申请No.____(P&G CaseNo.TOM1)中的描述和说明类似,该申请被结合作为参考。
材料和密封保护:
涂敷器中的密封容器优选采用充分隔离的材料,以便允许这些独立的涂敷器即使当被作为独立的单元储存时也可以具有多年的保存期限。所述容器优选采用一个层压薄膜,所述层压薄膜包括:镀有金属的PET、铝箔、SiO2或一些其它的高隔离材料,这些材料可以提供足够的水分和/或氧的隔离,以便允许制品具有合理的保存期限。在一个实施例中,例如,容器可以具有大约2年到3年的保存期限。装有较小量制品的较小容器甚至需要更高的隔离,这是因为流体的表面积显著较大,从而由于运输和扩散而造成更高水平的水分损失。
通过多种不同技术可将所述容器制成可破裂的或“易碎的”。一个优选的技术是,在一个垂直或水平成型/填充/密封设备上制造一个袋子,所述设备能够在所述袋子上以不同的温度、压力或密封时间制造不同的密封件。这允许袋子的一个区域具有不同的密封条件,并从而允许该区域具有较弱的密封强度。一种用于这种类型的“易碎”密封件的适当的密封材料为Dupont制造的Surlyn或聚丁烯与乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物或超低密度的乙烯共聚物、聚烯烃塑性体和/或聚乙烯的混合物。由这些树脂或混合物制成的密封层根据密封温度形成一个具有显著不同的密封强度的密封层。所述混合物对基础聚合物材料提供一种“污染物”,从而允许密封件在特定的密封条件下有选择地碎裂。例如,在200°F下密封层将传递200-400克/线性英寸密封宽度的密封力,并且在300°F下密封件将传递接近3000克/线性英寸密封宽度的密封力。密封强度的这一变化允许袋子被在一个部位“焊接”封闭并可以通过调节当使袋子密封时所用的密封温度、密封时间和/或密封压力很容易地在一个第二部位爆裂(例如,所述袋子可以沿整个一、二、三或更多侧或者其中的一部分被焊合,并且可以容易地沿一、二、三或更多侧的一部分爆裂)。一个用于这种类型的易碎容器的优选薄膜结构为Surlyn密封剂/带/层/镀金属的PET。其它用于制造使用者可使其破裂的容器的技术包括:分层密封、通过例如压纹在薄膜结构中形成强度较弱的区域、激光划痕、机械划痕或其它已知使薄膜结构强度变弱的方法,以及利用具有当挤压时破裂的较薄区域的小热压成型室等(类似于泡沫卷绕)。
在图1中,制品分配隔室318、以及被确信对于容器的整体功能非常重要的反应物隔室320和322的一个方案为,当由使用者将其“激活”时,能够使一个密封的、完全封闭的容器破裂或以其它方式分配容纳在其中的制品,而在制造、包装和运输过程中可防止制品过早的流出。直到对其进行使用的时刻为止,可确保所述容器完整无缺,直到使用时位置可以保证液体的质量和数量。在一些实施例中,当使用者已经使用时,所述袋子能够在相对较低的力的作用下、例如在大约1磅到大约3磅的力的作用下破裂,但当所述手套被装入仓库或在货架上的盒子中进行操作时,所述袋子可以抵抗相对较高的力,例如大约10磅到40磅范围的力。这可以通过将袋子折叠到易碎密封件上或易碎密封件之间来实现,并且所述隔室具有这样的机械优点,即,其可以防止袋子爆裂并且通常能够保护袋子不会意外破裂和流体提前流出。在一些实施例中,例如,这一技术已经表现出可以有效地将爆裂力提高到30磅到40磅的水平。当袋子被组装到另一个结构中时,可以通过将最终的结构折叠成一个紧凑的单元来实现,其还有助于包装和货架陈列。
在图1中,为了保护制品分配隔室318和加热/冷却隔室318和320,制品分配隔室318的易碎密封件314和独立的加热/冷却隔室320和322的易碎密封件324可以相互靠近地设置,或者至少排列成直线状态,以便一个简单地折叠便可以在各自的易碎密封件处弯曲制品分配隔室318和加热/冷却系统。图5是图1的容器326的前视图,表示采用折叠技术以保护多个易碎密封件提前破裂。如果不在附近或直线上,通过产生包含需要保护的各易碎密封件的多个折叠,也可以保护两个易碎密封件。折叠的容器有效地卷曲或收缩流体通路,并且能够承受比正常所需的易碎或可破裂密封件分配功能所依赖的压力大很多的内部压力,而且不会泄漏。
另一个减少提早爆裂的方法是采用第二卷曲装置,该第二卷曲装置“卷曲”易碎密封件并且直到该卷曲装置被移去为止可防止提前爆裂。该卷曲装置可以是一个低成本的注塑部分,例如一个弹性夹或纸制夹状结构。该卷曲装置应当具有足够的偏压力,以便使袋子基本保持在与易碎密封件相邻或任何防止爆裂所需的区域中的平坦状态。
制造:
本发明特别适于使制造简单化。类似的容器是在一个垂直成型/填充/密封设备上制造的,这种设备可以通过改变密封时间、温度和/或压力同时生产各种强度的密封件,以便形成所需的锁定密封件和易碎密封件,并且可以改变密封强度。图6详细表示了一个制造图1中的容器326的优选方法。如图6所详细表示的那样,该垂直成型填充密封设备可以结合两个薄膜或采用单一的折叠薄膜。因此,在一个实施例中,隔室322容纳有硫酸镁;因而,填充管602将作为一个能够输送数量可控的粉末的粉末螺旋推进器。一种流体反应物、例如水可以通过填充管604被填充到隔室320中。填充管606将适当的制品输送给隔室318。可以利用隔室的几何结构和所保持的流体柱高度来控制填充量。例如,提高加载到制品分配隔室中的流体柱608的高度,将增加最终的填充体积。相反,降低柱608的高度则减小填充的体积。如果柱608的高度大于密封点,则被选择用于容器的材料将不得不具有通过特定的制品或成分进行密封的能力。
可以形成一个折叠,穿孔或其它变形610,以便有助于将制品分配隔室318折叠到加热/冷却隔室320和/或322上。可以对垂直成型/填充/密封设备进行改进以便产生这种变形,施加一个粘结剂并折叠该容器。
例1
如图中的平面图所示,一个用于向一个面上施加被加热的加湿剂的双指手套558被示范为采用一个类似于图1所示的制品释放袋和一个热产生袋326的结合件。如图8中的剖视图所示,顶板564可以由一个75%的聚酯和25%的人造丝的62gsm水缠结无纺布构成。一旦袋子已经破裂,该结构将通过限制制品的溢出来减缓制品的释放,并且其还可以提供有益于作为在涂敷过程中擦过所述面的外表面570的表层的剥离作用。所述袋子可以被折叠于制品隔室318和反应物隔室320之间,以便当组装到手套中时,隔室318被置于隔室320上;这一设计被示于图3中。所述袋子在手套中的取向优选使得隔室322比隔室320更靠近手指尖。隔室320优选容纳1克的水(H2O),而隔室322容纳1克的硫酸镁(MgSO4)。图1中所示的容器326的易碎密封件324可以在比易碎密封件314更小的力的作用下破裂的条件下被密封。因此,当使用者进行挤压时,除非允许混合热产生反应物,否则通过从隔室318释放制品提供的可视提示将不会产生。由于所述袋子的设计和取向,从袋子318而来的制品将被逐出并且将停于隔室322上。因此,由于加热区域、制品逐出的位置和使用者手指的位置,当其被压并相对于所述面摩擦时,加热室加热的所述制品和使用者的皮肤。阻挡层566可以为5mm厚的开口聚氨酯泡沫,以便防止制品到达手指并且将手指与使人感到不舒服的热隔开。进而,阻挡层防止从隔室318释放出的制品的触觉特性被使用者注意到。最后,在图7中,后板568可以由20GSM梳理过的聚乙烯无纺布构成。无纺布的横穿机器方向可以按下述取向,即,当其被置于手上时垂直于使用者手指的长度方向。由于在横穿机器方向上的强度小于无纺布的机器方向上的强度,所以这使得所述手套可以接受各种手指尺寸。为了使用涂敷器,使用者只需要在袋子318上压迫该涂敷器,以便释放制品并同时激活加热袋即可。然后,使用者可以通过相对于表层摩擦将制品施加于所述面上。
Claims (20)
1、一种柔性的制品分配袋,包括:
(a)一个形成一个袋子的柔性薄膜,所述袋子具有至少一个第一隔室,一个第二隔室和一个装有制品的第三隔室;
(b)一个置于所述第一隔室中的第一成分;
(c)一个置于所述第二隔室中的第二成分;至少所述第一成分和所述第二成分之一为可流动的;以及
(d)一个置于所述第一隔室和所述第二隔室之间的第一易碎密封件,
其中,所述袋子适于通过向所述第一隔室和所述第二隔室中的一个或两个施加压力以使所述第一易碎密封件破裂而提供一个温度变化的反应/活动,并且,其中所述袋子适于从所述第三隔室分配所述制品。
2、如权利要求1所述的袋子,其中,所述容纳制品的第三隔室是可破裂的。
3、如权利要求2所述的袋子,其中,通过向所述第三隔室施加压力使所述制品被释放。
4、如权利要求3所述的袋子,其中,所述第三隔室利用易碎密封件表现出可破裂性。
5、如权利要求1所述的袋子,其中,容纳在第三隔室中的制品具有至少一个排出位置。
6、如权利要求1所述的袋子,其中,制品通过从下述组中选出的一种方法在一个可选择的位置上从所述第三隔室释放出来:可以被除去并释放制品的、或者可以通过除易碎密封件之外的方式、例如激光划痕或被弱化区等可破裂的一个拉片、一个穿孔撕带、一个可以被切断的片、一个卷曲装置。
7、如权利要求1所述的袋子,进一步包括一个流体通路,流体通过该流体通路从所述第三隔室分配出去,所述流体通路除了当需要分配流体时通常是被封闭的。
8、如权利要求4所述的袋子,进一步包括至少一个与第三隔室的所述易碎密封件相邻的可折叠部分,并且其中,所述袋子具有一个折叠状态,在该状态下,所述可折叠部分被折叠并且反抗所述易碎密封件的爆裂力显著增强。
9、如权利要求6所述的袋子,进一步包括至少一个与所述选择位置相邻的可折叠部分,并且其中,所述第三隔室具有一个折叠状态,在该状态下,所述可折叠部分被折叠并且制品释放阻力显著增强。
10、如权利要求1所述的袋子,进一步包括至少一个位于第一隔室和第二隔室之间的易碎密封件上的可折叠部分,并且其中,所述袋子具有一个折叠状态,在该状态下,所述可折叠部分被折叠并且反抗所述易碎密封件爆裂的力显著增强。
11、如权利要求1所述的袋子,进一步包括至少一个位于所述容纳制品的第三隔室和第一或第二隔室之间的折叠部分,并且其中,所述袋子具有一个折叠状态,在该状态中,所述可折叠部分被折叠并且第三隔室可以与所述第一隔室、第二隔室或两者相邻。
12、如权利要求5所述的袋子,其中,所述出口位置位于一个分配头中,所述分配头与第三隔室的制品容纳部分相距一定距离。
13、如权利要求12所述的袋子,其中,所述分配包括一个用于调整从所述出口位置出来的制品的流向的导流板。
14、如权利要求1所述的袋子,其中,所述第三隔室包含有多个容器,所述多个容器适于提供从混合、多分配和顺序分配中选出的至少一个功能。
15、如权利要求1所述的袋子,其中,所述第一和第二隔室包含多个容器,所述多个容器适于提供从混合、多分配和顺序分配中选出的至少一个功能。
16、如权利要求4所述的袋子,其中,第三隔室的所述易碎密封件具有至少一个应力集中。
17、如权利要求1所述的袋子,其中,将所述第一隔室和所述第二密封隔室分开的所述易碎密封件具有至少一个应力集中。
18、如权利要求1所述的袋子,其中,所述柔性薄膜袋由一种高阻挡性能材料制成。
19、如权利要求1所述的袋子,其中,所述柔性薄膜袋由一种能够改变密封强度的材料制成。
20、如权利要求7所述的袋子,其中,未密封的区域延伸远离所述第三隔室的定量通道并且适于防止流体通路的卷曲和皱折。
