本发明涉及用于马达驱动自行车变速机构的电控装置。
背景技术
一种上面介绍的控制装置可从本申请人的美国专利No.5470277中了解。其中介绍的电控制装置在固定于自行车车把的支撑体设有两个开关,第一开关通过紧靠制动杆后面的变速杆来操纵,第二开关通过位于支撑体侧壁的按钮来操纵。这两个电开关可以启动在两个相反方向连接到自行车变速机构的电马达。启动第一方向的变速机构马达可以使得链子在第一方向的移动,例如朝更高变速比的方向,启动相反方向的马达对应着链子在相反方向的移动。例如朝低变速比的方向。
美国专利6015036介绍的自行车电控制装置包括支撑于制动杆的控制齿轮变速的开关。控制齿轮变速的第二开关可以布置在制动杆的附近。这样的布置不如两个开关都布置在支撑体上合理,这是因为那就造成了必须电气连接到可相对支撑体摆动的制动杆。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进型的电控制装置,从结构的观点看结构不复杂并比已知的装置功能更强。
根据本发明的上述目的,提供一种用于马达驱动自行车变速机构的电控制装置,包括:一支撑体,带有将其固定到自行车车把的机构;一制动杆,以可摆动的方式固定到所述支撑体;和一对用于控制齿轮变速的电开关,所述电开关支撑于所述支撑体;其中所述电开关安装在一支撑板,所述支撑板又安装在所述支撑体,所述电开关可以在所述支撑板固定到所述支撑体之前预装在所述支撑板上。

具体实施方式
参考附图,标号10代表自行车的马达驱动变速机构的电控制装置。根据本发明的控制装置可以用于控制马达驱动的齿轮变速,例如本申请人的美国专利No.5470277中介绍的那种类型的齿轮变速。
控制装置10包括带有传统的固定到自行车车把14装置的支撑体12。控制装置10包括可以通过轴18相对支撑体12摆动的制动杆16。制动钢缆22的一端20以传统的方式固连到制动杆16的顶部。如从图1和2可看到的,制动杆16可以手动绕轴18摆动以完全传统的方式来控制自行车的制动。
支撑体12支撑一对标号为24和26的用于控制齿轮变速的电开关。所述开关最好设置在固定到支撑体12的支撑板28的两个相对表面。在图中所显示的实施例,支撑板28还支撑第三开关30,设计用来控制周期-计算机(cycle-computer)(未示出)。第一开关(24)设计用来操作电马达,对在第一方向上,如朝大变速比方向移动链子,的齿轮变速进行控制。第二开关26可启动马达在相反的方向,如对应低变速比方向,移动链子。控制装置10可以分别用于控制自行车的前变速机构和后变速机构。在设置在自行车车把右侧的控制装置(通常设计用于控制后变速机构),开关24控制进行低变速比(即,移动链子到带有更多齿的齿轮)齿轮变速,而开关26控制进行高变速比(即,移动链子到较少齿数的齿轮)齿轮变速。要讲的是,在设置在自行车车把左侧的控制装置(通常设计用作控制前变速机构),情况是相反的,即开关24控制进行高变速比(即,朝底支架驱动的带有更多齿的齿轮移动)的齿轮变速,而开关26控制进行低变速比(即,朝着底支架驱动的较少齿数的齿轮移动)的齿轮变速。
参阅图3,在自行车手用手握住支撑体12或车把14的曲线部分,开关26处于可以用拇指操作的位置时,最好通过设置在支撑体12一侧的按钮32来控制开关26。按钮32最好有完全垂直于支撑体12侧壁34的控制表面并可绕完全垂直于枢轴18的轴相对所述侧壁34摆动。
设计用于实施对周期-计算机进行控制的开关30可以通过稍微突出于支撑体12侧壁34的按钮来启动。按钮的操作距离在完全垂直于侧壁34的方向比较短。
根据本发明的控制装置包括紧靠制动杆16后面的变速杆38。变速杆38支撑于中间支撑40故其可作摆动。中间支撑40又安装在支撑体12,其可以绕制动杆16的枢轴18摆动。从图3可以看出,制动杆16有基本上是U形的截面,中间支撑40最好置于制动杆的内侧。中间支撑40可以绕枢轴18自由转动。如图1和2所示,中间支撑40通过一对突出部42靠在制动杆16的内侧表面。接下来,当制动杆16从如图1所示的设置位置摆动到如图2所示的制动位置时,中间支撑40与制动杆16一起绕枢轴18摆动。变速杆38通过完全垂直于制动杆枢轴18的轴44与中间支撑40铰接。在图中所示的实施例,变速杆38和中间支撑40之间的可摆动地连接是通过固定在中间支撑40的螺钉46实现,螺钉套有套管48,变速杆38绕套管转动。所述变速杆38因此可绕轴44自由摆动,此外,在制动动作期间还可与制动杆16一起绕枢轴18的轴自由摆动,如图2所示。
变速杆38设置有两个侧翼或突片50,52(在所示的示例中与变速杆连成一体)分别构成启动开关24部分和控制部分,可以手动作用于控制部分使变速杆38绕轴44作对应于启动开关24方向的摆动。
变速杆38最好结合限制变速杆38的摆动范围的止动器,以防止开关损坏。如在图4和图5中所详细显示的,所述止动器包括固定到板56的面对车把14的表面的销轴54,板56又固定到制动杆16。销轴54与变速杆38中的凹槽58接合,图4显示处于静止位置的变速杆,其中构成启动开关24部分的凸片50设置成面对开关24和相距很小的距离。发布齿轮变速的指令,车手手动作用于凸片52,使变速杆38沿图4中箭头A指示的方向摆动。图5显示变速杆38的通过销轴54碰撞到凹槽58端部所限定的最大摆动位置。在这个位置凸片50启动控制齿轮变速的开关24。如图2所示,变速杆38的操纵开关24的凸片50可以设有延伸部,由此即使在制动杆16处于制动位置也可面对开关24。以这种方式,自行车手即使在实施制动时也可能变速。相反方向的齿轮变速可通过对按钮32沿与图3显示的平面垂直的方向施加压力,使所述按钮沿对应于操纵开关26的方向摆动。
特别地,根据本发明的另一方面,变速杆38可以不设置,开关24可以带有设置成可以直接操纵的按钮。这样的话,本发明将具有更加创新的特征,其中全部的电开关支撑于支撑板,故可以预先安装在板上,然后通过简单安装该板到支撑制动杆的支撑体12,就可同步设置开关到其最终位置。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于马达驱动自行车变速机构的电控制装置,包括:
一支撑体(12),带有将其固定到自行车车把(14)的机构;
一制动杆(16),以可摆动的方式固定到所述支撑体(12);和
一对用于控制齿轮变速的电开关(24、26),所述电开关支撑于所述支撑体(12);
其中所述电开关(24、26)安装在一支撑板(28),所述支撑板又安装在所述支撑体(12),所述电开关可以在所述支撑板固定到所述支撑体之前预装在所述支撑板(28)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述电开关(24、26)设置在所述支撑板(28)的两相对面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括第三个电开关(30),设计用于实施对周期-计算机的控制,所述第三个开关(30)也支撑于所述支撑板(28)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括变速杆(38),可以用于手动控制所述开关中的第一个(24),所述变速杆(38)安装在一中间支撑(40)上故可以在其上摆动,所述中间支撑又安装在所述支撑体(12)故可在其上绕第一轴(18)摆动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述变速杆(38)与所述中间支撑(40)绕第二轴(44)铰接,所述第二轴与所述第一轴(18)完全直交。
6.根据权利要求4所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述变速杆有一对凸片(50、52),分别构成操作开关部分和控制部分,可以手动作用于所述控制部分以便使所述变速杆(38)绕所述第二轴(44)摆动。
7.根据权利要求4所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述电开关(24、26)固定在所述支撑体(12)支承的支撑板(28)的相对面上。
8.根据权利要求4所述的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括止动装置(54、58),设计用于限制所述变速杆(38)的摆动范围。
9.根据权利要求4所述的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括适当固定的按钮(32)故可以绕完全平行于所述支撑体(12)侧壁的轴摆动,并可以手动进行操作对所述开关的第二个(26)进行控制。
