Abstract

本申请提供一种医疗检测设备的运作方法和医疗检测设备,该方法包括:驱动第一活动支架和第二活动支架向试剂盒移动。驱动第一活动支架和第二活动支架继续向试剂盒移动直至检测组件与试剂盒对接,其中,检测组件与试剂盒对接之前、过程中、或之后检测组件与处理电路连接。上述方法,只需要检测组件和试剂盒的一次对准过程,检测组件和医疗检测设备内的处理电路之间并不需要对准。由于压卡组件的第一活动支架和第二活动支架、处理电路之间早已经是固定的机械配合关系,只要将检测组件通过插槽置入压卡组件,就实现检测组件和医疗检测设备内的处理电路之间的对准,能够降低操作难度,提高操作成功率和准确度。

医疗检测设备的运作方法和医疗检测设备
技术领域
本申请的所公开实施例涉及样本分析技术领域,且更具体而言,涉及医疗检测设备的运作方法和医疗检测设备。
背景技术
在现有技术中,在对检测组件中的样品进行检测前,需将检测组件安装在医疗检测设备中。具体的过程可为:先将检测组件组装在试剂盒上方,使检测组件的接口和试剂盒的接口对接,再装配压卡组件。在检测过程中,压卡组件的处理电路将与检测组件上的检测电极接触,形成电连接,进而对相关样品进行检测。
因此,上述过程需要两次对准,一次是将检测组件与试剂盒对准,另一次是将压卡组件和检测组件对准,造成对准难度高及对准出现问题的概率增大。
发明内容
根据本申请的实施例,本申请提出医疗检测设备的运作方法和医疗检测设备,以解决上述问题。
本申请提供一种医疗检测设备的运作方法,该方法包括:驱动第一活动支架和第二活动支架向试剂盒移动,其中所述第一活动支架位于所述第二活动支架朝向所述试剂盒一侧,所述第一活动支架用于安装所述医疗检测设备的检测组件,所述第二活动支架用于装配所述医疗检测设备的处理电路。驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架继续向所述试剂盒移动直至所述检测组件与所述试剂盒对接,其中,所述检测组件与所述试剂盒对接之前、过程中、或之后所述检测组件与所述处理电路连接。
本申请提供另一种医疗检测设备,该设备包括:驱动组件和控制电路,驱动组件用于驱动第一活动支架和第二活动支架移动,控制电路连接所述驱动组件,用于执行上述方法。
本申请的有益效果有:由于将检测组件安装进入压卡组件,再将检测组件和试剂盒对接,因此,只需要检测组件和试剂盒的一次对准过程,检测组件和医疗检测设备内的处理电路之间并不需要对准。具体缘由为,压卡组件的第一活动支架和第二活动支架、处理电路之间早已经是固定的机械配合关系,只要将检测组件通过插槽置入压卡组件,就实现检测组件和医疗检测设备内的处理电路之间的对准,能够降低操作难度,提高操作成功率和准确度。

其中,为了方便下述实施例的理解,先对相关结构做相应说明。
检测组件3401具有流体通道和对流体通道中液体进行检测的电极即相关线路。用户需将检测组件3401上的第一接口3401c和试剂盒3403上的第二接口3403c对接,使试剂盒中试剂包中的试剂能够到达检测组件3401中的流体通道。并且,检测组件3401也需要安装进医疗检测设备中,医疗检测设备的处理电路(图未示)才能与检测组件3401上的检测电极3401a接触,形成电连接,进而实现对相关样品进行检测。
可选的,检测组件3401的安装位置位于试剂盒3403的上方,同时,医疗检测设备包括压卡组件,压卡组件由第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h组成,第一活动支架3404g用于安装医疗检测设备的检测组件,第二活动支架3404h用于装配医疗检测设备的处理电路。可选的,压卡组件设置于试剂盒3403的上方,固定检测组件3401。
如图1所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S11:驱动第一活动支架和第二活动支架向试剂盒移动,其中第一活动支架位于第二活动支架朝向试剂盒一侧,第一活动支架用于安装医疗检测设备的检测组件,第二活动支架用于装配医疗检测设备的处理电路。
其中,第一活动支架3404g设有用于放置检测组件3401的收纳槽3404i,检测组件3401能够移入或者移出收纳槽3404i,第二活动支架3404h与第一活动支架3404g连接,第二活动支架3404h与第一活动支架3404g位于试剂盒3403上方,第一活动支架3404g位于第二活动支架3404h下方。
步骤S12:驱动第一活动支架和第二活动支架继续向试剂盒移动直至检测组件与试剂盒对接,其中,检测组件与试剂盒对接之前、过程中、或之后检测组件与处理电路连接。
可选的,步骤S11和步骤S12可以融合在一起没有停顿和分界,即可以成为一个步骤。
可选的,当检测组件3401插入收纳槽3404i,且到达预设安装位时,第二活动支架3404h向第一活动支架3404g移动,以使得处理电路能够向检测组件3401移动直至两者接触,实现电连接。随后,第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h以相同移动速度移动,直至第一活动支架3404g中的检测组件3401和试剂盒3403对接。因此,在此实施例中,检测组件3401和试剂盒3403对接之前,检测组件3401与处理电路始终电连接。
可选的,当检测组件3401插入收纳槽3404i,且到达预设安装位后,第一活动支架3404g先向试剂盒3403移动,直至第一活动支架3404g中的检测组件3401和试剂盒3403对接,第二活动支架3404h再向第一活动支架3404g移动,以使得处理电路与检测组件3401电连接。因此,在此实施例中,检测组件3401和试剂盒3403对接之后,检测组件3401再与处理电路电连接。
可选的,当检测组件3401插入收纳槽3404i,且到达预设安装位后,第一活动支架3404g先向试剂盒3403移动的同时,第二活动支架3404h再向第一活动支架3404g移动,以使得处理电路与检测组件3401电连接。因此,在此实施例中,检测组件3401和试剂盒3403对接的过程中,检测组件3401与处理电路实现电连接。

可选的,为了进一步提高效率,医疗检测设备能自动驱动第一活动支架和第二活动支架移动,实现方式可以包括:响应于检测组件3401到达第一活动支架3404g的锁定位,驱动第二活动支架3404h向第一活动支架3404g移动第一行程,以使得与处理电路连接的接触电极9043与检测组件3401的检测电极3401a连接。其中,检测电极可以命名为测试头,接触电极9043可以是处理电路的一部分。
具体的,请参阅图7和图8,图7是本申请一实施例医疗检测设备移动第一行程的结构示意图,图8是本申请一实施例医疗检测设备移动第一行程的状态示意图。在这些图中,检测组件3401插入第一活动支架3404g的收纳槽3404i,并到达预设的锁定位后,此时检测组件3401上的检测电极3401a位于接触电极9043的正下方,即检测电极3401a和接触电极9043位于同一个中轴线上,驱动第一活动支架3404g向下移动,使得处理电路连接的接触电极9043与检测组件3401的检测电极3401a连接。其中,感知检测组件3401到达第一活动支架3404g的锁定位的方式可以是利用触动传感器、接近传感器或光电传感器等方式。
请参阅图9和图10,图9是本申请一实施例医疗检测设备移动第二行程的结构示意图,图10是本申请一实施例医疗检测设备移动第二行程的状态示意图。在此图中,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h继续向试剂盒3403移动直至检测组件3401与试剂盒3403对接包括:保持第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h相对固定的情况下,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h向试剂盒3403移动第二行程,以使得第一活动支架3404g接近试剂盒3403,并且检测组件3401的第一接口3401c和试剂盒3403的第二接口3403c连通。
具体的,在此实施例中,处理电路连接的接触电极9043与检测组件3401的检测电极3401a连接后,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h向试剂盒3403移动第二行程,为了使接触电极9043与检测电极3401a保持连接,因此第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h的移动速率相同。当检测组件3401的第一接口3401c和试剂盒3403的第二接口3403c连通后,第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h停止移动。其中,检测组件3401朝向试剂盒3403的一面设有第一接口3401c,试剂盒3403上设有第二接口3403c,第二接口3403c的位置与检测组件3401的第一接口3401c的位置对应,使得试剂盒3403中的试剂可以通过第二接口3403c输出,并从第一接口3401c进入检测组件3401,同理,检测组件3401中的废液可以通过第一接口3401c输出,经过第二接口3403c流入试剂盒3403中的废液袋中。
可选的,驱动第二活动支架3404h向第一活动支架3404g移动第一行程的同时,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h向试剂盒3403移动第二行程。
请参阅图11,图11是本申请一实施例医疗检测设备移动第三行程的状态示意图。在此图中,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h继续向试剂盒3403移动直至检测组件3401与试剂盒3403对接,并且完成检测后,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h远离试剂盒3403移动第三行程,以使得检测组件3401的第一接口3401c和试剂盒3403的第二接口3403c分离。
在此实施例中,检测组件3401的第一接口3401c和试剂盒3403的第二接口3403c分离前和分离后,接触电极9043与检测电极3401a皆保持连接,因此,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h远离试剂盒3403移动第三行程过程中,第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h的移动速率相同,直至第一活动支架3404g到达预设位置。在检测完成后,为了实现下一次检测和更换检测组件,需要实现检测组件3401的第一接口3401c和试剂盒3403的第二接口3403c分离。
可选的,为了更好地进行下一次检测和更换检测组件3401,请参阅图12,图12是本申请一实施例医疗检测设备移动第四行程的状态示意图。在此图中,可以在检测组件3401的第一接口3401c和试剂盒3403的第二接口3403c分离之后,驱动第二活动支架3404h远离第一活动支架3404g移动第四行程,以使得与处理电路连接的接触电极9043与检测组件3401的检测电极3401a分离的足够远,方便更换检测组件3401。
由于试剂盒3403和检测组件3401皆为一次性消耗品,但是试剂盒3403和检测组件3401的使用寿命不相同,在医疗检测设备的检测过程中,可能试剂盒3403中的试剂还未消耗完毕,但检测组件3401需要更换。因此,在此实施例中,先将试剂盒3403和检测组件3401分离,再驱动第二活动支架3404h远离第一活动支架3404g移动第四行程,使得接触电极9043和检测电极3401a分离,此时,检测组件3401可以从医疗检测设备中拿出,并进行更换,实现在不更换试剂包的情况下,对检测组件3401进行更换。
可选的,为了加快操作速度,提高效率,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h远离试剂盒3403移动第三行程的同时,驱动第二活动支架3404h朝背向试剂盒3403的方向远离第一活动支架3404g。
在此实施例中,第二活动支架3404h的移动速率大于第一活动支架3404g的移动速率,在检测组件3401的第一接口3401c和试剂盒3403的第二接口3403c分离的同时,接触电极9043与检测电极3401a也进行分离,使检测组件3401更快的与试剂盒3403和接触电极9043分离,减少了检测组件3401从医疗检测设备更换的时间,且实现在不更换试剂包的情况下,对检测组件3401进行更换。
请参阅图13,图13是本申请一实施例医疗检测设备移动第五行程的状态示意图。在此图中,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h继续向试剂盒3403移动直至检测组件3401与试剂盒3403对接之后包括:驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h远离试剂盒3403移动第五行程,以使得检测组件3401的第一接口3401c和试剂盒3403的第二接口3403c分离,第五行程的末端,第一活动支架3404g离开试剂盒3403的外侧凹槽3403d顶端,因此检测组件3401以垂直于第一活动支架3404g移动方向的方向更换过程中,能够避让试剂盒3403。
可选的,为了加快操作速度,提高效率,可以在更换试剂盒3403的同时,更换检测组件3401,具体过程可以为:驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h远离试剂盒3403移动第五行程的同时,驱动第二活动支架3404h朝背向试剂盒3403的方向远离第一活动支架3404g。
在此实施例中,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h移动,当第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h都到达预设位置时,检测电极3401a与接触电极9043分离的同时,检测组件3401的第一接口3401c和试剂盒3403的第二接口3403c分离,即可同时对试剂盒3403和检测组件3401进行更换,减少了试剂盒3403和检测组件3401的更换时间。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h继续向试剂盒3403移动直至检测组件3401与试剂盒3403对接之后包括:驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h远离试剂盒3403移动,以使得检测组件3401的第一接口3401c和试剂盒3403的第二接口3403c分离,驱动第二活动支架3404h朝背向试剂盒3403的方向远离第一活动支架3404g,以使得与处理电路连接的接触电极9043与检测组件3401的检测电极3401a分离。沿垂直于第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h远离试剂盒3403移动的方向抽离检测组件3401;或沿垂直于第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h远离试剂盒3403移动的方向抽离试剂盒3403。
在此实施例中,通过驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h,可以在不更换试剂盒3403的情况下,更换检测组件3401;也可以在不更换检测组件3401的情况下,更换试剂盒3403;还可以同时更换检测组件3401和试剂盒3403。其中,试剂盒3403和检测组件3401取出方向皆垂直于第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h移动的方向。
可选的,取出检测组件3401的水平方向与取出试剂盒3403的水平方向可以相同或者不相同,即:若取出检测组件3401的水平方向为东方,则取出试剂盒3403的水平方向可以为东方、西方、北方或南方。
本申请提供另一种医疗检测设备,该医疗检测设备包括:驱动组件和控制电路,驱动组件用于驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h移动,控制电路连接驱动组件,用于执行上述医疗检测设备的运作方法。
在此实施例中,用户在使用医疗检测设备时,选择不同的工作模式,例如:只更换试剂盒3403、只更换检测组件3401或同时更换试剂盒3403和检测组件3401,根据用户不同的工作模式,控制器控制驱动组件驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h移动不同的行程,使用户对试剂盒3403或检测组件3401进行更换。

Claims (10)

1.一种医疗检测设备的运作方法,其特征在于,包括:
驱动第一活动支架和第二活动支架向试剂盒移动,其中所述第一活动支架位于所述第二活动支架朝向所述试剂盒一侧,所述第一活动支架用于安装所述医疗检测设备的检测组件,所述第二活动支架用于装配所述医疗检测设备的处理电路;
驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架继续向所述试剂盒移动直至所述检测组件与所述试剂盒对接,其中,所述检测组件与所述试剂盒对接之前、过程中、或之后所述检测组件与所述处理电路连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述驱动第一活动支架和第二活动支架向试剂盒移动包括:
响应于所述检测组件到达所述第一活动支架的锁定位,驱动所述第二活动支架向所述第一活动支架移动第一行程,以使得与所述处理电路连接的接触电极与所述检测组件的检测电极连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架继续向所述试剂盒移动直至所述检测组件与所述试剂盒对接包括:
保持所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架相对固定的情况下,驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架向所述试剂盒移动第二行程,以使得所述第一活动支架接近所述试剂盒,并且所述检测组件的第一接口和所述试剂盒的第二接口连通,所述第一接口用于输入所述试剂盒中液包的试剂进入所述检测组件,所述第二接口用于输出所述试剂盒中液包的试剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架继续向所述试剂盒移动直至所述检测组件与所述试剂盒对接之后包括:
驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架远离所述试剂盒移动第三行程,以使得所述检测组件的第一接口和所述试剂盒的第二接口分离。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测组件的第一接口和所述试剂盒的第二接口分离之后包括:
驱动所述第二活动支架远离所述第一活动支架移动第四行程,以使得与所述处理电路连接的接触电极与所述检测组件的检测电极分离。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架远离所述试剂盒移动第三行程包括:
驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架远离所述试剂盒移动第三行程的同时,驱动所述第二活动支架朝背向所述试剂盒的方向远离所述第一活动支架。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架继续向所述试剂盒移动直至所述检测组件与所述试剂盒对接之后包括:
驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架远离所述试剂盒移动第五行程,以使得所述检测组件的第一接口和所述试剂盒的第二接口分离,所述第五行程的末端,所述第一活动支架离开所述试剂盒的外侧凹槽顶端,所述检测组件避让所述试剂盒以垂直于所述第一活动架移动方向的方向更换。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架远离所述试剂盒移动第五行程包括:
驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架远离所述试剂盒移动第五行程的同时,驱动所述第二活动支架朝背向所述试剂盒的方向远离所述第一活动支架。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架继续向所述试剂盒移动直至所述检测组件与所述试剂盒对接之后包括:
驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架远离所述试剂盒移动,以使得所述检测组件的第一接口和所述试剂盒的第二接口分离,驱动所述第二活动支架朝背向所述试剂盒的方向远离所述第一活动支架,以使得与所述处理电路连接的接触电极与所述检测组件的检测电极分离;
沿垂直于所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架远离所述试剂盒移动的方向抽离所述检测组件;或沿垂直于所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架远离所述试剂盒移动的方向抽离所述试剂盒。
10.一种医疗检测设备,其特征在于,包括:
驱动组件,用于驱动第一活动支架和第二活动支架移动;
控制电路,连接所述驱动组件,用于执行权利要求1-9任一项的所述方法。
