Abstract
本申请提供一种试剂盒,包括:容腔、隔板、第一接口、第二接口和通道。其中,隔板位于容腔内,隔板用于间隔液包,第一接口的一端用于连通液包,另一端通过通道连通第二接口,第二接口用于与检测组件的第三接口对接或分离,以在对接时通过第二接口将液包内的试剂输送至检测组件;试剂盒能够移入或者移出血气分析设备,在试剂盒移入时,第一接口和第三接口连通。上述方式,在试剂盒中设置隔板,使得液袋所处的水平面高于第一接口所处的水平面,保证了液袋中的液体从高处顺利流向低处的第一接口,提高液袋向第一接口输出液体的效率,且避免了液袋中的液体上方的少量空气抽入血气分析设备,对检测结果造成影响。
Description
技术领域
本申请的所公开实施例涉及样本分析技术领域,且更具体而言,涉及一种试剂盒。
背景技术
用于血气分析设备的试剂盒中存在多个液袋,包括:清洗液、定标液、参比液等试剂袋和用于盛装废液的废液袋,每个液袋具有一个接口,可以通过接口输入/输出液袋中的液体。
而在现有的试剂盒中,多个液袋层叠堆放,液袋和液袋的接口大致在同一水平。随着液袋中的液体不断输出,处于底层液袋厚度变薄,处于上层的液袋所处的水平面也随之逐渐下降,直至低于接口所处的水平面。此时,从接口输出液体的效率有所下降。且可能存在对液袋抽真空时,未能将所有空气抽出,造成液袋依旧存在少量空气。因此,当液袋所处水平面低于接口所处水平面时,可能会将位于液体上方的少量空气抽入血气分析设备,对检测结果造成影响。
发明内容
根据本申请的实施例,本申请提出一种试剂盒,以解决上述问题。
本申请提供一种试剂盒,包括:容腔、隔板、第一接口、第二接口和通道。其中,所述隔板位于所述容腔内,所述隔板用于间隔液包,所述第一接口的一端用于连通所述液包,另一端通过所述通道连通所述第二接口,所述第二接口用于与检测组件的第三接口对接或分离,以在所述对接时通过所述第二接口将所述液包内的试剂输送至所述检测组件;所述试剂盒能够移入或者移出血气分析设备,在所述试剂盒移入时,所述第一接口和所述第三接口连通。
本申请提供另一种试剂盒,该试剂盒包括:容腔、隔板、第一接口。其中,所述隔板位于所述容腔内,所述隔板用于间隔液包,所述第一接口的一端用于连通所述液包,另一端用于与检测组件对接或分离,以在所述对接时将所述液包内的试剂输送至所述检测组件;所述试剂盒能够移入或者移出血气分析设备。
本申请的有益效果有:在试剂盒中设置隔板,对液袋进行支撑,使得上层液袋的水平高度不受下层液袋体积变小的影响,使液袋中的液体从高处顺利流向低处的第一接口,提高液袋向第一接口输出液体的效率,且避免了液袋中的液体上方的少量空气抽入血气分析设备,对检测结果造成影响。

在本申请中提及“实施例”意味着,结合实施例描述的特定特征、结构或特性可以包含在本申请的至少一个实施例中。在说明书中的各个位置出现该短语并不一定均是指相同的实施例,也不是与其它实施例互斥的独立的或备选的实施例。本领域技术人员显式地和隐式地理解的是,本文所描述的实施例可以与其它实施例相结合。

为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本申请的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请的技术方案做进一步详细描述。
请参阅图1、图2和图3,图1是本申请一实施例的试剂盒结构示意图,图2是本申请另一实施例的试剂盒内部结构示意图,图3是本申请一实施例的试剂盒的结构拆分示意图。在这些图中,该试剂盒包括:容腔301、隔板71、第一接口4601、第二接口303和通道302。其中,隔板71位于容腔301内,隔板71用于间隔液包,第一接口4601的一端用于连通液包,另一端通过通道302连通第二接口303,第二接口303用于与检测组件的第三接口对接或分离,以在对接时通过第二接口303将液包内的试剂输送至检测组件;试剂盒能够移入或者移出血气分析设备,在试剂盒移入时,第一接口4601和第三接口连通。
在此实施例中,试剂盒形成一容腔301,容腔301内包括:隔板71、液袋、第一接口4601和通道302,且试剂盒上存在第二接口303,第二接口303与检测组件的第三接口对接后,液袋中的试剂可以从第一接口4601输出,经过通道302和第二接口303,再通过第三接口输入检测组件中。其中,试剂盒中存在多个液袋,包括:用于盛装清洗检测组件的清洗液的液袋、用于盛装对检测组件中的传感器进行定标的定标液的液袋、用于盛装检测样品电化学参数的参比液的液袋和用于盛装废液的液袋,在试剂盒中,设有至少一个隔板71,将试剂盒的容腔301划分成至少两个容置空间,使多个液袋位于至少两个容置空间中,将多个液袋间隔开。
因此,在此实施例中,在试剂盒中设置隔板,对液袋进行支撑,使得上层液袋的水平高度不受下层液袋体积变小的影响,使液袋中的液体从高处顺利流向低处的第一接口,提高液袋向第一接口输出液体的效率,且避免了液袋中的液体上方的少量空气抽入血气分析设备,对检测结果造成影响。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,隔板71的平面和水平面呈预设夹角,第一接口4601设置在隔板71靠近试剂盒底部的一端。
在此实施例中,靠近第一接口4601一端的隔板71与试剂盒底部的距离小于远离第一接口4601一端的隔板71与试剂盒底部的距离,即:靠近第一接口4601一端的隔板71水平面低于远离第一接口4601一端的隔板71,此时,隔板71的平面和水平面呈预设夹角,使得液袋中的液体可以从远离第一接口4601一端的隔板71的位置流向靠近第一接口4601一端的隔板71的位置,即:液袋中的液体从高处顺利流向低处,在从第一接口4601流出,即使液袋中液体流失后变薄,液袋由于最底处被隔板71支撑保持高度不降低,进而液袋中剩余的液体也会在重力作用下流向第一接口4601。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,预设夹角小于30度。
当然,可选的,在本申请的另一实施例中,预设夹角为0度,即:隔板71的平面与水平面平行,第一接口4601与隔板71处于同一水平面上。即使第一接口4601与隔板71处于同一水平面上,液袋中的绝大多数液体也可以顺利从第一接口4601流出。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,试剂盒包括:若干限位件71a和至少两根柱状体71b。其中,隔板71上设有至少两个通孔71c,柱状体71b穿过隔板71的通孔71c,并通过柱状体71b上的限位件71a,限定隔板71的位置。
在此实施例中,将至少两根柱状体71b套设在隔板71的至少两个通孔71c上使隔板71和柱状体71b连接,其中,为了使隔板71平面和水平面呈预设夹角,隔板71间的柱状体71b高度不一致,因此,通过限位件71a来限制隔板71在柱状体71b上的位置。
请参阅图4,图4是本申请一实施例的隔板组件组装结构示意图。在此图中,限位件71a、柱状体71b和隔板71为一体成型。
在此实施例中,一隔板71上的至少两个通孔71c套设在另一隔板71的至少两根柱状体71b上,使不同隔板71间进行组装和拼接。其中,隔板71的平面与水平面呈预设夹角,且不同隔板71的平面互相平行,同时,不同隔板71的柱状体71b高度可以不同,且同一隔板71上存在至少一个柱状体71b高于其他柱状体71b高度,至少两根柱状体71b顶端所处水平面与隔板71水平面平行。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,隔板71上设有镂空部分71d。
在此实施例中,由于隔板71的平面与水平面呈预设夹角,即存在隔板71的一端高于隔板71另一端,若液袋和隔板71的表面皆光滑,则液袋容易从隔板71高处的一端滑向低处的一端。为了防止液袋在隔板71上滑动,在隔板上设置镂空部分71d,当隔板71与液袋接触时,部分含有液体的液袋中穿过隔板71的镂空部分71d,防止了液袋在隔板71上发生位移,便于固定液袋的位置。
请参阅图5,图5是本申请一实施例的试剂盒壳体的结构示意图。在此图中,柱状体71b的数量为四个,隔板71上设有四个通孔71c,柱状体71b穿过通孔71c,柱状体71b与通孔71c对应,柱状体71b固定在容腔301的四个角落。
在此实施例中,柱状体71b穿过隔板71上的通孔71c,并通过限位件71a的作用,使隔板71固定在预设高度,同时,也将隔板71固定在试剂盒中,防止隔板71在试剂盒中发生位移。
可选的,在本申请的另一些实施例中,柱状体71b的数量可以不为四个。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,容腔301的底部设有固定孔301a,固定孔301a的数量与柱状体71b的数量相同,柱状体71b插入固定孔301a,使柱状体71b与试剂盒固定。
在此实施例中,柱状体71b与试剂盒固定的同时,也使隔板71固定在试剂盒中。由于试剂盒是一次性使用的消耗品,因此,在用户更换的过程中,如果不将隔板71与试剂盒固定在一起,可能会造成隔板71在试剂盒中发生位移,进而可能使得隔板71上液袋的接口和试剂盒上对应的第一接口4601分离。
可选的,在本申请的另一些实施例中,将四个柱状体71b插入容腔301底部的四个固定孔301a中,随后将四个限位件71a分别套设在四个柱状体71b上,再将隔板71上利用四个通孔71c分别套在四个柱状体71b。由于限位件71a位于隔板71下方,隔板71被下方的限位件71a抵合支撑,隔板71被限定在固定位置,其中,隔板71下方至少一个限位件71a的高度高于其他限位件71a的高度,使隔板71与水平面呈预设夹角。依次类推,再安装其他隔板71。
请参阅图2,在此图中,隔板71的数量为若干个,靠近试剂盒底部的两隔板71间的间距大于剩余隔板71间的间距。
在此实施例中,当隔板71的数量等于液袋的数量时,每个液袋下方皆对应一个隔板71,防止液袋互相堆积,且使液袋中的液体可以顺着隔板71的平面,从高处流向低处的第一接口4601。其中,在试剂盒的底部的隔板71用于存放废液袋,由于清洗液、定标液、参比液以及检测样本在检测完毕后,都要回收进入废液袋,因此,试剂盒底部的两隔板71间的间距大于剩余隔板71间的间距。
可选的,隔板71的数量可以小于液袋的数量,只需满足隔板71上层叠放置的每个液袋中的液体都可以顺着隔板71的平面,从高处流向低处的第一接口4601。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,试剂盒包括壳体309,壳体309环绕形成容腔301,壳体309内设有若干限位部(图未示),限位部与隔板71抵合,限定隔板71在容腔301的位置。
在此实施例中,壳体中309至少两侧面设有限位部,其中,靠近第一接口4601的一侧面的限位部高度低于另一侧面的限位部,当隔板71与限位部抵合后,隔板71的平面与水平面呈预设夹角,且隔板71靠近第一接口4601一端的高度低于隔板71远离第一接口4601一端的高度,使液袋中的液体可以从高出流向低处的第一接口4601。
可选的,在另一些实施例中,隔板71和试剂盒一体成型。即:试剂盒内存在隔板71,隔板71将试剂盒内的容腔301划分成至少两个容置空间,隔板71的平面与试剂盒底部的平面呈预设夹角,且隔板71靠近第一接口4601一端的高度低于隔板71远离第一接口4601一端的高度。
本申请提供另一种试剂盒,该试剂盒包括:容腔、隔板、第一接口。其中,隔板位于容腔内,隔板用于间隔液包,第一接口的一端用于连通液包,另一端用于与检测组件对接或分离,以在对接时将液包内的试剂输送至检测组件,试剂盒能够移入或者移出血气分析设备,第一接口和检测组件连通。
可以理解的,试剂盒中设有至少一个隔板,隔板可以将容腔划分为至少两个容置空间,容置空间中可以放置至少一个液包,当检测组件安装进入血气分析设备后,且与第一接口的另一端对接后,第一接口一端与液包连通,另一端与检测组件连接。隔板上液包的液体可以从高处流向低处的第一接口,并经过第一接口流向检测组件中。
所属领域的技术人员易知,可在保持本申请的教示内容的同时对装置及方法作出诸多修改及变动。因此,以上公开内容应被视为仅受随附权利要求书的范围的限制。
Claims (11)
1.一种试剂盒,其特征在于,包括:
容腔、隔板、第一接口、第二接口和通道;
其中,所述隔板位于所述容腔内,所述隔板用于间隔液包,所述第一接口的一端用于连通所述液包,另一端通过所述通道连通所述第二接口,所述第二接口用于与检测组件的第三接口对接或分离,以在所述对接时通过所述第二接口将所述液包内的试剂输送至所述检测组件;所述试剂盒能够移入或者移出血气分析设备,在所述试剂盒移入时,所述第一接口和所述第三接口连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,
所述隔板的平面和水平面呈预设夹角,所述第一接口设置在所述隔板靠近所述试剂盒底部的一端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,
所述预设夹角小于30度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,包括:
若干限位件;
至少两根柱状体;
其中,所述隔板上设有至少两个通孔,所述柱状体穿过所述隔板的所述通孔,并通过所述柱状体上的所述限位件,限定所述隔板的位置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,
所述限位件、所述柱状体和所述隔板为一体成型。
6.根据权利要求5所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,
所述柱状体的数量为四个,所述隔板上设有四个所述通孔,所述柱状体穿过所述通孔,所述柱状体与所述通孔对应,所述柱状体固定在所述容腔的四个角落。
7.根据权利要求6所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,
所述容腔的底部设有固定孔,所述固定孔的数量与所述柱状体的数量相同,所述柱状体插入所述固定孔,使所述柱状体与所述试剂盒固定。
8.根据权利要求1所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,
所述隔板的数量为若干个;
靠近所述试剂盒底部的所述两隔板间的间距大于剩余所述隔板间的间距。
9.根据权利要求1所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,环绕形成容腔;
所述壳体内设有若干限位部,所述限位部与所述隔板抵合,限定所述隔板在所述容腔的位置。
10.根据权利要求1所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,包括:
所述隔板上设有镂空部分。
11.一种试剂盒,其特征在于,包括:
容腔、隔板、第一接口;
其中,所述隔板位于所述容腔内,所述隔板用于间隔液包,所述第一接口的一端用于连通所述液包,另一端用于与检测组件对接或分离,以在所述对接时将所述液包内的试剂输送至所述检测组件;所述试剂盒能够移入或者移出血气分析设备。
