Abstract

本申请提供一种医疗检测设备,该医疗检测设备包括:第一活动支架、第一传感器和驱动组件,第一活动支架用于安装检测组件,第一传感器用于感应所述检测组件在所述第一活动支架是否安装到位,驱动组件响应于满足第一条件而进行压卡。其中,所述第一条件包括所述检测组件在所述第一活动支架安装到位。上述方式,当检测组件在第一活动支架中安装到位,医疗检测组件控制驱动组件进行压卡,实现检测组件安装到位后的自动化操作流程。

一种医疗检测设备
技术领域
本申请的所公开实施例涉及一种医疗检测设备。
背景技术
在现有技术中,医疗检测设备包括:压卡组件、试剂盒和检测组件,检测组件中存放样品,试剂盒中存放试剂,试剂盒上设有接口,在检测过程中,试剂盒上的接口与检测组件上的接口对接,以将试剂盒中的试剂传输进入检测组件中。压卡组件和检测组件组装在试剂盒上方,在检测过程中,压卡组件的处理电路将与检测组件上的检测电极接触,形成电连接,进而对相关样品进行检测。
因此,上述过程需要用户进行两次手动控制,一次是控制检测组件接口与试剂盒接口对接,另一次是控制压卡组件的处理电路将与检测组件上的检测电极接触。
发明内容
根据本申请的实施例,本申请提出一种医疗检测设备,以解决上述问题。
本申请提供一种医疗检测设备,该医疗检测设备包括:第一活动支架、第一传感器和驱动组件,第一活动支架用于安装检测组件,第一传感器用于感应所述检测组件在所述第一活动支架是否安装到位,驱动组件响应于满足第一条件而进行压卡。其中,所述第一条件包括所述检测组件在所述第一活动支架安装到位。
本申请的有益效果有:当检测组件在第一活动支架中安装到位,医疗检测组件控制驱动组件进行压卡,实现检测组件安装到位后的自动化操作流程。

请参阅图1,图1是本申请一实施例的医疗检测设备的结构示意图。在此图中,该医疗检测设备包括:第一活动支架3404g、第一传感器(图未示)和驱动组件3404e,第一活动支架3404g用于安装检测组件,第一传感器用于感应检测组件在第一活动支架3404g是否安装到位,驱动组件3404e响应于满足第一条件而进行压卡。其中,第一条件包括检测组件在第一活动支架3404g安装到位。
在此实施例中,当检测组件插入第一活动支架3404g,且到达预设安装位后,第一传感器感应检测组件在第一活动支架3404g中安装到位,产生电信号,并将该电信号发送给控制器,控制器接收电信号,并向驱动组件3404e发送电信号,用于控制驱动组件3404e进行压卡,即控制驱动组件3404e驱动第一活动支架3404g向试剂盒移动,使第一活动支架3404g中的检测组件向试剂盒移动,从而使检测组件上的接口和试剂盒的接口连接,试剂盒中的液体可以通过试剂盒上的接口和检测组件上的接口流向检测组件中。
在此实施例中,当检测组件在第一活动支架3404g中安装到位,医疗检测组件控制驱动组件3404e进行压卡,实现检测组件安装到位后的自动化操作流程。
请参阅图2、图3和图4,图2是图1实施例中医疗检测设备的部分结构的拆分示意图,图3是图2实施例中医疗检测设备的另一视角的结构示意图,图4是本申请一实施例中医疗检测设备的部分结构示意图。在这些图中,第一活动支架3404g设有插槽3404i(图1所示),用于插设检测组件,医疗检测设备包括:壳体10、门12和第二传感器71(图1所示),第一活动支架3404g设于壳体10内,壳体10设有取放检测组件的窗口11,门12用于遮蔽窗口11,第二传感器71用于感应门12是否遮蔽窗口11。其中,第一条件包括门12遮蔽窗口11。
在此实施例中,壳体10可以呈具有窗口11的盒状结构,并设有在壳体10外且能遮蔽窗口11的门12,医疗检测设备通过窗口11可以更换检测组件等。可选地,窗口11可以为贯穿壳体10的通孔结构,即窗口11连通于壳体10的收纳空间以及壳体10的外部空间。当门12遮蔽窗口11时,第二传感器71产生电信号,并向控制器发送该电信号,控制器接收电信号,并向驱动组件3404e发送电信号,用于控制驱动组件3404e进行压卡。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,壳体10包括:连接组件20,壳体10具有相背的第一侧13和第二侧14,门12设于第一侧13并可相对于壳体10转动,连接组件20设于壳体10的第二侧14。
在此实施例中,壳体10的第一侧13为朝向外部空间的一侧,壳体10的第二侧14为朝向内部容纳空间的一侧,门12设于壳体10的第一侧13,即门12设于窗口11靠近外部空间的一侧并与可相对于壳体10转动。例如,门12可以通过转轴等结构实现与壳体10的转动连接。门12通过窗口11与连接组件20相连接,并可在连接组件20的作用下打开或遮蔽窗口11,即门12可以相对于窗口11转动/移动以呈现出打开或者遮蔽窗口11的两种状态。
进一步的,连接组件20包括:卡合件21、驱动件22以及第二弹性件23,第二弹性件23的一端连接于卡合件21的中部、另一端固定于第二侧14,卡合件21的一端连接于驱动件22、另一端为自由端21b。其中,驱动件22用于驱动卡合件21使卡合件21的自由端21b运动以解除对门12的限制,以使得门12能够相对于壳体10转动进而打开窗口11,在门12遮蔽窗口11且驱动件22未驱动卡合件21时,卡合件21的自由端21b在第二弹性件23的作用下归位进而限制门12,使门12保持在遮蔽窗口11的状态。
具体地,第二弹性件23的一端连接于卡合件21的中部,另一端固定于壳体10的第二侧14。例如,第二弹性件23固定于壳体10的第二侧14的一端可以连接于壳体10,以实现对第二弹性件23的定位装配。卡合件21的一端连接驱动件22,另一端为自由端21b。即卡合件21可以包括相对设置的连接端21a和自由端21b,连接端21a被配置为用于与驱动件22连接,自由端21b被配置为用于与门12配合以实现对门12的限制或者解除对门12的限制。其中,在门12遮蔽窗口11时卡合件21的自由端21b可以限制门12的位置。在无需更换检测卡时,门12通过卡合件21限制在壳体10上并遮蔽窗口11,此时门12不能相对壳体10转动。在需要更换检测卡时,驱动件22驱动卡合件21运动解除对门12的限制,从而使得门12能够相对于壳体10转动进而打开窗口11,此时第二弹性件23发生形变产生弹力;在驱动件22撤销对卡合件21的驱动即驱动件22未驱动卡合件21时,第二弹性件的弹力可以使得卡合件21的自由端21b自动归位,从而可以保证门12可以顺利地被卡合件21的自由端21b限制于壳体10上。即第二弹性件23的弹力用于在驱动件22撤销对卡合件21的驱动时作用于卡合件21进而使得卡合件21归位。进一步地,门12朝向壳体10第二侧14的一侧设有卡合部,门12遮蔽窗时卡合部能够移入窗口11,卡合件21的自由端21b卡入卡合部以限制门12。即自由端21b与卡合部相配合能够对门12的位置进行限制。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,第一条件中的第一传感器感应到检测组件在第一活动支架3404g安装到位先于第一条件中的第二传感器71感应到门12遮蔽窗口11;或第一条件中的第一传感器感应到检测组件在第一活动支架3404g安装到位后于第一条件中的第二传感器71感应到门12遮蔽窗口11;或第一条件中的第一传感器感应到检测组件在第一活动支架3404g安装到位同时于第一条件中的第二传感器71感应到门12遮蔽窗口11。
在此实施例中,当检测组件在第一活动支架3404g安装到位且门12遮蔽窗口11时,第一传感器和第二传感器71都将产生电信号发送给控制器,其中,第一传感器产生电信号的时间可以先于、后于或同时第二传感器71产生电信号的时间。
可选的,第一条件可以为第一传感器感应到检测组件在第一活动支架3404g安装到位,但第二传感器71未感应到门12遮蔽所示窗口11,此时,控制器只接收了第一传感器发送的电信号,控制器向驱动组件3404e发送电信号,控制驱动组件3404e进行压卡,使检测组件和试剂盒对接。第一条件还可以为第一传感器感应到检测组件在第一活动支架3404g安装到位,且第二传感器71感应到门12遮蔽所示窗口11,此时,控制器接收了第一传感器发送的电信号和第二传感器71发送的电信号,控制器向驱动组件3404e发送电信号,控制驱动组件3404e进行压卡,使检测组件和试剂盒对接。第一调节还可以为第一传感器未感应到检测组件在第一活动支架3404g安装到位,但第二传感器71感应到门12遮蔽所示窗口11,此时,控制器只接收了第二传感器71发送的电信号,控制器向驱动组件3404e发送电信号,控制驱动组件3404e进行压卡,使检测组件和试剂盒对接。
请参与图5,图5是本申请一实施例的第二传感器的结构示意图,在此图中,第二传感器71包括光耦片71a、光源、第一固定架71b和传动杆71c,光耦片71a用于接收光线,光源与壳体10相对固定,并用于发出光线,光线在无遮挡情况下入射光耦片,第一固定架71b与壳体10相对固定,并设有第一通孔71d,传动杆71c一端穿过第一通孔71d并朝向光线传输路径,并在受外力作用下与第一固定架71b弹性连接/抵顶,另一端为受力端71e,在门12遮蔽窗口11过程中被门12抵压而向光线传输路径移动,进而阻挡光线。
在此实施例中,光耦片设置在第一固定架71b背对传动杆71c受力端71e的一侧,当门12未遮掩窗口11时,传动杆71c的受力端71e未接收到门12抵压的力,与壳体10相对固定的光源将沿着传动杆71c的方向,从第一固定架71b上的第一通孔71d入射在光耦片上。当门12遮掩窗口11时,传动杆71c的受力端71e接收到门12抵压的力,使传动杆71c向第一固定架71b的第一通孔71d移动,使得光源无法从第一固定架71b上的第一通孔71d入射在光耦片上,即传动杆71c阻挡了光线通过传输路径到达光耦片上,此时,光耦片感应光线的变化,产生电信号,并将该电信号发送给控制器。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,医疗检测设备包括:第二固定架71f,第二固定架71f设有第二通孔71g,其中,传动杆71c的受力端71e一侧的杆壁设有轴向的楔形块71h,用于限定传动杆71c的安装方位,且楔形块71h和受力端71e被配置为能够穿过第二通孔71g。
具体的,在此实施例中,第二固定架71f位于第一固定架71b远离光耦片71a的一侧,传动杆71c位于第一固定架71b和第二固定架71f之间。第二固定架71f上设有第二通孔71g,当门12未遮蔽窗口11时,传动杆71c受力端71e将在第二通孔71g中穿出,当门12遮蔽窗口11时,传动杆71c向第一固定架71b移动,受力端71e的平面与第二固定架71f的平面处于同一平面。
其中,受力端71e一侧的杆臂上设有楔形块71h,该楔形块71h用于限定传动杆71c的安装方位,将受力端71e安装进入第二固定架71f时,使楔形块71h所在平面朝上。由于第二通孔71g与第一固定架71b上的第一通孔71d不在同一条轴线上,因此,传动杆71c受力端71e的方形柱体的中轴线与传动杆71c穿过第一通孔71d端的方形柱体的中轴线不是同一轴线。当传动杆71c两端中轴线与第一通孔71d和第二通孔71g对应时,传动杆71c才能顺利地在第一通孔71d和第二通孔71g中活动。因此,若在受力端71e安装进入第二固定架71f时,将楔形块71h所在平面朝下安装,此时,传动杆71c受力端71e的方形柱体的中轴线与第二通孔71g不对应,造成传动杆71c不能顺利地在第二通孔71g中活动。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,医疗检测设备包括第一弹性件71q,第一弹性件71q套设于传动杆71c上,且位于第一通孔71d远离光耦片一侧。其中,传动杆71c上设有限位挡块71z,第一弹性件71q一端抵顶于限位挡块71z,另一端抵顶于第一固定架71b的第一通孔71d边缘。
在此实施例中,第一弹性件71q套设在与传动杆71c的受力端71e相反的一端。当门12遮蔽窗口11时,传动杆71c与门12抵顶,传动杆71c的受力端71e受到门12抵压的力,传动杆71c从第二固定架71f的第二通孔71g向第一固定架71b的第一通孔71d移动,传动杆71c上的限位挡块71z也向第一通孔71d移动,此时,受力端71e的平面与第二固定架71f的平面处于同一平面,且第一弹性件71q被压缩。当门12未遮蔽窗口11时,门12不再抵压传动杆71c的受力端71e,第一弹性件71q恢复到未压缩状态,传动杆71c接收到第一弹性件71q的力而向第二固定架71f移动,传动杆71c上的限位挡块71z远离第一通孔71d,且传动杆71c的受力端71e从第二通孔71g穿出。
在本申请的一些实施例中,医疗检测设备包括:第二活动支架和试剂盒,第二活动支架用于装配医疗检测设备的处理电路,响应于满足第一条件而进行压卡包括:驱动第二活动支架3404h向第一活动支架3404g移动第一行程,以使得与处理电路3402连接的接触电极9043与检测组件3401的检测电极连接。其中,检测电极可以命名为测试头,接触电极可以是处理电路的一部分。
具体的,请参阅图6和图7,图6是本申请一实施例医疗检测设备移动第一行程的结构示意图,图7是本申请一实施例医疗检测设备移动第一行程的状态示意图。在这些图中,检测组件3401插入第一活动支架3404g的插槽3404i,并到达预设的锁定位后,此时检测组件3401上的检测电极位于接触电极9043的正下方,即检测电极和接触电极9043位于同一个中轴线上,然后驱动第一活动支架3404g向下移动,使得处理电路3402连接的接触电极9043与检测组件3401的检测电极连接。
请参阅图8和图9,图8是本申请一实施例医疗检测设备移动第二行程的结构示意图,图9是本申请一实施例医疗检测设备移动第二行程的状态示意图。在这些图中,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h继续向试剂盒3403移动直至检测组件3401与试剂盒3403对接包括:保持第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h相对固定的情况下,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h向试剂盒3403移动第二行程,以使得第一活动支架3404g接近试剂盒3403,并且检测组件3401的第一接口和试剂盒3403的第二接口连通。
具体的,在此实施例中,处理电路3402连接的接触电极9043与检测组件3401的检测电极连接后,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h向试剂盒3403移动第二行程,为了使接触电极9043与检测电极保持连接,第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h的移动速率相同。当检测组件3401的第一接口和试剂盒3403的第二接口连通后,第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h停止移动。其中,检测组件3401朝向试剂盒3403的一面设有第一接口,试剂盒3403上设有第二接口,第二接口的位置与检测组件3401的第一接口的位置对应,使得试剂盒3403中的试剂可以通过第二接口输出,并从第一接口进入检测组件3401,同理,检测组件3401中的废液可以通过第一接口输出,经过第二接口流入试剂盒3403中的废液袋中。
可选的,为了提高压卡效率,可以在驱动第一活动支架3404g向第二活动支架3404h移动第一行程的同时,驱动第一活动支架3404g和第二活动支架3404h向试剂盒3403移动第二行程,以使得与处理电路连接的接触电极9043与检测组件3401的检测电极连接和检测组件3401的第一接口和试剂盒3403的第二接口连通。
在此实施例中,处理电路连接的接触电极9043与检测组件3401的检测电极实现电连接的同时,检测组件3401的第一接口和试剂盒3403的第二接口连通,这缩短检测时间,加快了检测效率。

Claims (10)

1.一种医疗检测设备,其特征在于,包括:
第一活动支架,用于安装检测组件;
第一传感器,用于感应所述检测组件在所述第一活动支架是否安装到位;
驱动组件,响应于满足第一条件而进行压卡;
其中,所述第一条件包括所述检测组件在所述第一活动支架安装到位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,所述第一活动支架设有插槽,用于插设所述检测组件,所述医疗检测设备包括:
壳体,所述第一活动支架设于所述壳体内,所述壳体设有取放所述检测组件的窗口;
门,用于遮蔽所述窗口;
第二传感器,用于感应所述门是否遮蔽所述窗口;
其中,所述第一条件包括所述门遮蔽所述窗口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,
所述第一条件中的所述第一传感器感应到所述检测组件在所述第一活动支架安装到位先于所述第一条件中的所述第二传感器感应到所述门遮蔽所述窗口;或
所述第一条件中的所述第一传感器感应到所述检测组件在所述第一活动支架安装到位后于所述第一条件中的所述第二传感器感应到所述门遮蔽所述窗口;或
所述第一条件中的所述第一传感器感应到所述检测组件在所述第一活动支架安装到位同时于所述第一条件中的所述第二传感器感应到所述门遮蔽所述窗口。
4.根据权利要求2所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,所述第二传感器包括:
光耦片,所述光耦片用于接收光线;
光源,与所述壳体相对固定,并用于发出光线,所述光线在无遮挡情况下入射所述光耦片;
第一固定架,与所述壳体相对固定,并设有第一通孔;
传动杆,一端穿过所述第一通孔并朝向所述光线传输路径,并在受外力作用下与所述第一固定架弹性连接/抵顶,另一端为受力端,在所述门遮蔽所述窗口过程中被所述门抵压而向所述光线传输路径移动,进而阻挡所述光线。
5.根据权利要求4所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,所述医疗检测设备包括:
第二固定架,设有第二通孔;
其中,所述传动杆的所述受力端一侧的杆壁设有轴向的楔形块,用于限定所述传动杆的安装方位,且所述楔形块和所述受力端被配置为能够穿过所述第二通孔。
6.根据权利要求4所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,所述医疗检测设备包括:
第一弹性件,套设于所述传动杆上,且位于所述第一通孔远离所述光耦片一侧;
其中,所述传动杆上设有限位挡块,所述第一弹性件一端抵顶于所述限位挡块,另一端抵顶于所述第一固定架的所述第一通孔边缘。
7.根据权利要求2所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,壳体包括:连接组件,所述壳体具有相背的第一侧和第二侧,所述门设于所述第一侧并可相对于所述壳体转动,所述连接组件设于所述壳体的所述第二侧;
所述连接组件包括:卡合件、驱动件以及第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件的一端连接于所述卡合件的中部、另一端固定于所述第二侧,所述卡合件的一端连接于所述驱动件、另一端为自由端;
其中,所述驱动件用于驱动所述卡合件使所述卡合件的所述自由端运动以解除对所述门的限制,以使得所述门能够相对于所述壳体转动进而打开所述窗口,在所述门遮蔽所述窗口且所述驱动件未驱动所述卡合件时,所述卡合件的所述自由端在所述第二弹性件的作用下归位进而限制所述门,使所述门保持在遮蔽所述窗口的状态。
8.根据权利要求1所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,所述医疗检测设备包括:第二活动支架和试剂盒,所述第二活动支架用于装配所述医疗检测设备的处理电路,所述响应于满足第一条件而进行压卡包括:
驱动所述第一活动支架向所述第二活动支架移动第一行程,以使得与所述处理电路连接的接触电极与所述检测组件的检测电极连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,所述驱动所述第一活动支架向所述第二活动支架移动第一行程之后包括:
保持所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架相对固定的情况下,驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架向所述试剂盒移动第二行程,以使得所述第一活动支架接近所述试剂盒,并且所述检测组件的第一接口和所述试剂盒的第二接口连通,所述第一接口用于输入所述试剂盒中液包的试剂进入所述检测组件,所述第二接口用于输出所述试剂盒中液包的试剂。
10.根据权利要求1所述的医疗检测设备,所述医疗检测设备包括:第二活动支架和试剂盒,所述第二活动支架用于装配所述医疗检测设备的处理电路,所述响应于满足第一条件而进行压卡包括:
驱动所述第一活动支架向所述第二活动支架移动第一行程的同时,驱动所述第一活动支架和所述第二活动支架向所述试剂盒移动第二行程,以使得与所述处理电路连接的接触电极与所述检测组件的检测电极连接和所述检测组件的第一接口和所述试剂盒的第二接口连通。
