Abstract

本申请提供一种医疗检测设备和试剂盒,该设备包括:检测组件、座体和试剂盒,检测组件的一侧设有第一接口和第二接口。座体具有收纳槽以及连通收纳槽的取放口,收纳槽用于通过取放口移入或移出检测组件。试剂盒具有第三接口和第四接口,其中,第三接口和第四接口所在区域形成有凹部,座体可至少部分嵌设于凹部中以使得检测组件与试剂盒定位对接。在检测组件与试剂盒对接时,第一接口与第三接口连通,第二接口与第四接口连通。上述方式,通过将座体/检测组件至少部分嵌设试剂盒的凹部中,使得试剂盒在医疗检测设备中无法随意移动,便于试剂盒固定,降低在检测过程中试剂盒接口和检测组件的接口分离的可能,提高检测效率和准确性。

Description

医疗检测设备和试剂盒
技术领域
本申请的所公开实施例涉及样本分析技术领域,且更具体而言,涉及医疗检测设备和试剂盒。
背景技术
医疗检测设备用于对样本进行检测,来获得样本对应的生化参数。其中,医疗检测设备包括:检测组件、处理电路和试剂盒,检测组件用于对样本进行检测,并与处理电路对接以实现检测信号传输;检测组件上设有接口且与试剂盒上的接口连通,以使得试剂盒内的液体能够通过试剂盒接口和检测组件的接口进入检测组件完成相关清洗、定标操作。
其中,医疗检测设备具有在试剂盒上方设置的座体,座体具有收纳槽,用于安装检测组件。将检测组件安装进入座体的收纳槽,且检测组件的接口和试剂盒上的接口对接后,即可对检测组件中的样本进行检测。但在检测过程中,试剂盒容易在医疗检测设备中移动,使检测组件的接口和试剂盒上的接口分离,容易造成检测中断,影响检测结果,降低检测效率。
实用新型内容
根据本申请的实施例,本申请提出医疗检测设备和试剂盒,以解决上述问题。
本申请提供一种医疗检测设备,该设备包括:检测组件、座体和试剂盒,所述检测组件的一侧设有第一接口和第二接口。座体具有收纳槽以及连通所述收纳槽的取放口,所述收纳槽用于通过所述取放口移入或移出所述检测组件。试剂盒具有第三接口和第四接口,其中,所述第三接口和所述第四接口所在区域形成有凹部,所述座体可至少部分嵌设于所述凹部中以使得所述检测组件与所述试剂盒定位对接。在所述检测组件与所述试剂盒对接时,所述第一接口与所述第三接口连通,所述第二接口与所述第四接口连通。
本申请提供另一种试剂盒,包括盒体和接口,接口用于与装设于医疗检测设备的检测组件进行对接,其中,所述盒体的所述接口所在区域形成有凹部,所述凹部用于容纳所述医疗检测设备的座体的至少部分,进而使得所述座体内的所述检测组件与所述接口对接。
本申请提供另一种医疗检测设备,该设备包括:检测组件、座体和试剂盒,所述检测组件的一侧设有第一接口和第二接口。座体,具有收纳槽以及连通所述收纳槽的取放口,所述收纳槽用于通过所述取放口移入或移出所述检测组件。试剂盒,具有第三接口和第四接口,其中,所述第三接口和所述第四接口所在区域形成有凹部,所述检测组件可至少部分嵌设于所述凹部中以使得所述检测组件与所述试剂盒实现对接。
本申请的有益效果有:通过将座体/检测组件至少部分嵌设试剂盒的凹部中,使得试剂盒在医疗检测设备中无法随意移动,便于试剂盒固定,降低在检测过程中试剂盒接口和检测组件的接口分离的可能,提高检测效率和准确性。

为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本申请的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请的技术方案做进一步详细描述。
为了方便下述实施例的理解,先对相关背景和结构做相应说明。
接下来阐述一种医疗检测设备,其利用了血气分析技术。对于血气分析技术是指应用于医疗检测设备,通过测定血样中的H+浓度和溶解在血液中的气体(主要指O2、CO2等),来了解人体呼吸功能与酸碱平衡状态的一种技术手段,它能直接反映肺换气功能及其酸碱平衡状态,采用的标本通常为血样。
其中,检测组件20作为测定血样中生化参数的重要结构部件,其一般具有使用次数限制,在使用达到预设使用次数时,需要对其进行更换,以确保检测数据的准确性。可选地,检测组件20可与医疗检测设备相配合以用于测量血液样本中的PH值、血细胞比容、离子浓度(K+、Na+、Cl-、Ca2+)、葡萄糖、乳酸、以及O2、CO2分压等生化参数。其中,该检测组件20一般可利用电化学法或者交流阻抗法完成上述生化参数的测量。
检测组件20中具有流体通道和对流体通道中液体进行检测的电极即相关线路。用户需将检测组件20上的第一接口210和第二接口220和试剂盒50上的第三接口530和第四接口540对接,使试剂盒50中试剂包中的试剂能够到达检测组件20中的流体通道。并且,检测组件20也需要安装进医疗检测设备中,医疗检测设备的处理电路才能与检测组件20上的检测电极接触,形成电连接,进而实现对相关样品进行检测。
可选的,检测组件20的安装位置位于试剂盒50的上方,同时,医疗检测设备包括座体10,座体10具有收纳槽101以及连通收纳槽101的取放口102,收纳槽101用于移入或者移出检测组件20。可选的,座体10设置于试剂盒50的上方,固定检测组件20。
请参阅图1、图2、图3和图4,图1是本申请一实施例的医疗检测设备的结构示意图,图2是本申请另一实施例的医疗检测设备的结构示意图,图3是图2实施例中医疗检测设备的结构拆分示意图,图4是本申请一实施例的检测组件的结构示意图。医疗检测设备包括:检测组件20、座体10和试剂盒50,检测组件20的一侧设有第一接口210和第二接口220。座体10具有收纳槽101以及连通收纳槽101的取放口102,收纳槽101用于通过取放口102移入或移出检测组件20。试剂盒50具有第三接口530和第四接口540,其中,第三接口530和第四接口540所在区域形成有凹部580,座体10可至少部分嵌设于凹部580中以使得检测组件20与试剂盒50定位对接。在检测组件20与试剂盒50对接时,第一接口210与第三接口530连通,第二接口220与第四接口540连通。
可以理解的,试剂盒50安装在医疗检测设备的壳体(图未示)中,壳体上设有镂空部(图未示),镂空部形状与试剂盒50上的凹部580匹配。第一接口210和第二接口220间隔设置,并被配置为用于与试剂盒50连通,以为检测组件20输送样品等液体。将检测组件20通过取放口102移入收纳槽101,驱动座体10向试剂盒50移动,座体10将穿过试剂盒50上方壳体的镂空部,且座体10部分嵌设凹部580中,此时,检测组件20上的第一接口210和第二接口220和试剂盒50上的第三接口530和第四接口540对接,试剂盒50中的试剂自第三接口530流出,通过第一接口210进入试剂盒50中,试剂盒50的液体可以经由第二接口220流出,通过第四接口540排入试剂盒50中的废液袋中。
在此实施例中,通过将座体/检测组件至少部分嵌设凹部中,使得试剂盒在医疗检测设备中无法随意移动,便于试剂盒固定,降低在检测过程中试剂盒接口和检测组件的接口分离的可能,提高检测效率和准确性。同时,由于试剂盒与座体不是一体设置,在医疗检测设备中可拆卸安装,使得医疗检测设备体积不需要设置过大,有利于设备的小型化。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,座体10嵌入凹部580的外部轮廓与凹部580的形状匹配。可以理解的,座体10底部设有收纳槽101,座体10底部的两侧沿着收纳槽101呈阶梯状,凹部580与之对应的两侧面也呈阶梯状。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,检测组件20上设有第一定位件270,凹部580上设有第二定位件590,第一定位件270与第二定位件590相配合以使得检测组件20和试剂盒50实现定位对接。其中,当第一定位件270和第二定位件590中的一者为凸柱时,另一者为槽孔,第一定位件270和第二定位件590可以设有多个且分别一一对应设置。优选地,第一接口210、第二接口220以及第一定位件270设于检测组件20的同侧,以便于检测组件20和试剂盒50完成对接。
请参阅图5,图5是本申请一实施例的医疗检测设备的结构拆分示意图,收纳槽101朝向凹部580的一端具有贯穿座体10的避位口101e,检测组件20的第一接口210、第二接口220和第一定位件270暴露于避位口101e。
在此实施例中,收纳槽101具有避位口101e,在检测组件20移入收纳槽101时,第一接口210和第二接口220暴露于座体10外,以用于与试剂盒50实现连通,进而使得试剂盒50中的试剂进入检测组件20中,以及使得检测组件20中的液体能够流出检测组件20。优选地,避位口101e贯穿收纳槽101的底壁。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,医疗检测设备包括:锁紧件110,锁紧件110用于在检测组件20移入收纳槽101时能够将检测组件20锁定于座体10。其中,凹部580的底面设有避让槽591,避让槽591在检测组件20进入收纳槽101时、锁紧件110对检测组件20锁紧固定时、锁紧件110解除对检测组件20的锁紧固定时为锁紧件110的转动提供避让空间。
可以理解的,通过设置锁紧件110可以使得检测组件20可以稳固的置于收纳槽101内,且通过设置锁紧件110可以将检测组件20锁定于座体10以便于进行相应的检测。其中,锁紧件110相对于座体10转动以解除对检测组件20的锁紧固定。由于部分座体10嵌设在试剂盒50上方的凹部580上,试剂盒50和检测组件20之间的空间有限,为了给锁紧件110的转动提供空间,在与锁紧件110位置对应的凹部580上设有避让槽591,使得在锁紧件110解除对检测组件20的锁紧固定时,为锁紧件110的转动提供避让空间,从而检测组件20能够从取放口102取出,便于进行更换。同理,锁紧件110相对于座体10转动以对检测组件20的锁紧固定。由于部分座体10嵌设在试剂盒50上方的凹部580上,当检测组件20进入收纳槽101时、锁紧件110对检测组件20的锁紧固定时,避让槽591为锁紧件110的转动提供避让空间,从而锁紧件110能够对检测组件20锁紧固定。
请参阅图6,图6是本申请一实施例的锁紧件与检测组件配合的结构示意图,检测组件20包括:卡扣部250,锁紧件110与卡扣部250配合的端部大致呈卡勾状,卡扣部250与锁紧件110配合以对检测组件20进行锁紧固定。
在一实施例中,医疗检测设备包括:弹性件120。其中,在检测组件20移入收纳槽101时,检测组件20挤压或者拉伸弹性件120使得弹性件120发生形变产生弹力。在锁紧件110解除对检测组件20的锁紧固定时,检测组件20在弹力作用下自取放口102弹出。
可以理解的,弹性件120可以设置于收纳槽101中与取放口102相对的一侧,当检测组件20移入收纳槽101时,锁紧件110被配置为在检测组件20移入收纳槽101方向上对检测组件20进行限位,弹性件120在检测组件20移入收纳槽101方向上被挤压或者拉伸以发生形变产生弹力。在锁紧件110解除在检测组件20移入收纳槽101方向上对检测组件20的限位时,检测组件20能够在弹性件120的弹力作用下自取放口102弹出,通过设置弹性件120以在锁紧件110解除对检测组件20的锁定时可以弹出检测组件20,以便于快速地对检测组件20进行更换。其中,弹性件120可以为弹簧、泡棉等弹性结构体。
在一实施例中,医疗检测设备包括:顶持件130,顶持件130为沿检测组件20进出方向可移动的柱状体,顶持件130通过弹性件120弹性连接于座体10。在检测组件20移入收纳槽101时,检测组件20抵触于顶持件130以使得弹性件120发生弹力形变。其中,凹部580一端设有阶梯状台阶,用于避让顶持件130。
可以理解的,在检测组件20移入收纳槽101内时,检测组件20抵触于顶持件130使得顶持件130相对于座体10移动,顶持件130与弹性件120装配连接并在移动时作用于弹性件120使得弹性件120发生形变产生弹力。在锁紧件110解除对检测组件20的锁紧固定时,弹性件120的弹力作用于顶持件130使得顶持件130相对于座体10移动,进而使得顶持件130将检测组件20自取放口102顶出。优选地,弹性件120套设于顶持件130上。顶持件130设置在座体10上,且顶持件130突出于座体10尾部,当座体10部分嵌设凹部580后,防止顶持件130与试剂盒50平面抵触,以在凹部580一端设置阶梯状台阶,该台阶所处平面高于凹部580所处平面,低于试剂盒50平面。
请参阅图3,凹部580由试剂盒50的顶面51凹陷形成,并且凹部580邻近顶面51的一侧边,并且凹部580对应一侧边位置的侧壁开设有敞口593,凹部580的垂直于一侧边的两相对侧壁和座体10相互限位。其中,试剂盒50上凹部580的一侧设有平行于一侧边的限位槽592。
可以理解的,凹部580设有敞口593的一边设有第三接口530、第四接口540和第二定位件590,对应敞口593上方设有收纳槽101的取放口102,凹部580的垂直于敞口593一侧边的两相对侧壁的形状与座体10下方的收纳槽101阶梯状侧边相匹配。同时,利用凹部580一侧的限位槽592,使试剂盒50沿着垂直于检测组件20移入收纳槽101的方向安装进入医疗检测设备中,防止试剂盒50在检测组件20移入收纳槽101的方向上移动。
可选的,收纳槽101平行于试剂盒50的顶面51,收纳槽101的取放口102对应凹部580设有敞口593的一边,检测组件20移入收纳槽101的方向和试剂盒50移入医疗检测设备的方向垂直。
可选的,在此实施例中,座体10下方设有平行于一侧边的限位杆(图未示),试剂盒50上凹部580的一侧设有平行于一侧边的限位槽592,限位杆能够嵌入限位槽592,使试剂盒50沿着垂直于检测组件20移入收纳槽101的方向安装进入医疗检测设备中,防止试剂盒50在检测组件20移入收纳槽101的方向上移动。
请参阅图7,图7是本申请一实施例的试剂盒结构示意图,该试剂盒50包括:盒体60和接口70,接口70用于与装设于医疗检测设备的检测组件20进行对接,其中,盒体60的接口70所在区域形成有凹部580,凹部580用于容纳医疗检测设备的座体10的至少部分,进而使得座体10内的检测组件20与接口70对接。
在此实施例中,检测组件20上也设有接口,当检测组件20安装进入座体10后,驱动座体10,将座体10至少部分嵌入凹部580中,此时,凹部580上的接口70与检测组件20上的接口对接,使得试剂盒50的盒体60中的液体可以通过凹部580上的接口70和检测组件20的接口流入检测组件20中。
本申请提供另一种医疗检测设备,该医疗检测设备包括:检测组件20、座体10和试剂盒50,检测组件20的一侧设有第一接口210和第二接口220。座体10具有收纳槽101以及连通收纳槽101的取放口102,收纳槽101用于通过取放口102移入或移出检测组件20。试剂盒50具有第三接口530和第四接口540,其中,第三接口530和第四接口540所在区域形成有凹部580,检测组件20可至少部分嵌设于凹部580中以使得检测组件20与试剂盒50实现对接。
可以理解的,检测组件20嵌入凹部580的外部轮廓与凹部580的形状匹配。将检测组件20通过取放口102移入收纳槽101,驱动座体10向试剂盒50移动,使得检测组件20至少部分嵌设所处凹部580中,此时,检测组件20上的第一接口210和第二接口220和试剂盒50上的第三接口530和第四接口540对接,试剂盒50中的试剂自第三接口530流出,通过第一接口210进入试剂盒50中,试剂盒50的液体可以经由第二接口220流出,通过第四接口540排入试剂盒50中的废液袋中。

Claims (11)

1.一种医疗检测设备,其特征在于,包括:
检测组件,所述检测组件的一侧设有第一接口和第二接口;
座体,具有收纳槽以及连通所述收纳槽的取放口,所述收纳槽用于通过所述取放口移入或移出所述检测组件;
试剂盒,具有第三接口和第四接口,其中,所述第三接口和所述第四接口所在区域形成有凹部,所述座体可至少部分嵌设于所述凹部中以使得所述检测组件与所述试剂盒定位对接;
在所述检测组件与所述试剂盒对接时,所述第一接口与所述第三接口连通,所述第二接口与所述第四接口连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,
所述座体嵌入所述凹部的外部轮廓与所述凹部的形状匹配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,
所述检测组件上设有第一定位件,所述凹部上设有第二定位件,所述第一定位件与所述第二定位件相配合以使得所述检测组件和所述试剂盒实现定位对接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,
所述收纳槽朝向所述凹部的一端具有贯穿所述座体的避位口,所述检测组件的所述第一接口、所述第二接口和所述第一定位件暴露于所述避位口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,包括:锁紧件;
所述锁紧件用于在所述检测组件移入所述收纳槽时能够将所述检测组件锁定于所述座体;
其中,所述凹部的底面设有避让槽,所述避让槽在所述检测组件进入所述收纳槽时、所述锁紧件对所述检测组件锁紧固定时、所述锁紧件解除对所述检测组件的锁紧固定时为所述锁紧件的转动提供避让空间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,包括:弹性件;
其中,在所述检测组件移入所述收纳槽时,所述检测组件挤压或者拉伸所述弹性件使得所述弹性件发生形变产生弹力;在所述锁紧件解除对所述检测组件的锁紧固定时,所述检测组件在所述弹力作用下自所述取放口弹出。
7.根据权利要求6所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,包括:顶持件,所述顶持件为沿所述检测组件进出方向可移动的柱状体,所述顶持件通过所述弹性件弹性连接于所述座体;
在所述检测组件移入所述收纳槽时,所述检测组件抵触于所述顶持件以使得所述弹性件发生弹力形变;
其中,所述凹部一端设有阶梯状台阶,用于避让所述顶持件。
8.根据权利要求5所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,所述检测组件包括:卡扣部;
所述卡扣部与所述锁紧件配合以对所述检测组件进行锁紧固定。
9.根据权利要求1所述的医疗检测设备,其特征在于,所述凹部由所述试剂盒的顶面凹陷形成,并且所述凹部邻近所述顶面的一侧边,并且所述凹部对应所述一侧边位置的侧壁开设有敞口,所述凹部的垂直于所述一侧边的两相对侧壁和所述座体相互限位;其中,所述试剂盒上所述凹部的一侧设有平行于所述一侧边的限位槽。
10.一种试剂盒,其特征在于,包括:
盒体;
接口,用于与装设于医疗检测设备的检测组件进行对接,其中,所述盒体的所述接口所在区域形成有凹部,所述凹部用于容纳所述医疗检测设备的座体的至少部分,进而使得所述座体内的所述检测组件与所述接口对接。
11.一种医疗检测设备,其特征在于,包括:
检测组件,所述检测组件的一侧设有第一接口和第二接口;
座体,具有收纳槽以及连通所述收纳槽的取放口,所述收纳槽用于通过所述取放口移入或移出所述检测组件;
试剂盒,具有第三接口和第四接口,其中,所述第三接口和所述第四接口所在区域形成有凹部,所述检测组件可至少部分嵌设于所述凹部中以使得所述检测组件与所述试剂盒实现对接。
