Abstract
本申请提供一种试剂盒,试剂盒包括:阀门组件、液袋和接头,液袋用于容纳液体,阀门组件有插接管,接头被配置用于控制液袋内的液体能够自接头流出或者用于密封液袋。接头有对接口,对接口设于管道背离液袋的一端,并与管道连通,对接口用于引导插接管进入管道内以对密封件施加作用力。插接管能够插入对接口以及管道的至少一部分,并且插接管位于管道的至少一部分和位于对接口的部分外径相同。对接口内设有密封环,密封环弹性套接于插接管。上述方式,插接管位于管道的至少一部分和位于对接口的部分外径相同,因此,插接管与对接口即使有插入深度差异,密封环均由一样外径的插接管撑开,达到一样的密封效果,确保增强插接管和接头之间的密封性能。

技术领域
本申请的所公开实施例涉及一种试剂盒。
背景技术
本申请人所开发的医疗检测设备的试剂盒中设有多个液袋,液袋的开口处设有接头,接头再与阀门组件连接,液袋中的液体可以通过接头和阀门组件进入检测组件,以对检测组件中的样品进行检测。更加具体的,接头和液袋之间存在管道,接头处设有密封环,用以密封接口和插接管间的缝隙,防止液体流出,阀门组件上设有插接管,将插接管插入接口的密封环中,液袋中的液体将通过管道和接口中的插接管,再从试剂盒的阀门组件流向检测组件。
但在上述结构中,将插接管设置为圆锥形,插入接口一端的外径逐渐变小,接口也对应设置为远离管道一端的内径逐渐变大的斜面,当插接管插入接口,插入的深度不足,插接管的内径最小的末端未到达预设安装位,造成插接管和密封环之间存在缝隙,液体将通过插接管和密封环之间的缝隙流出。
实用新型内容
根据本申请的实施例,本申请提出一种试剂盒,以解决上述问题。
本申请提供一种试剂盒,所述试剂盒包括:阀门组件、液袋和接头,所述液袋用于容纳液体,所述阀门组件具有插接管,所述接头被配置为用于控制所述液袋内的液体能够自所述接头流出或者用于密封所述液袋,所述接头具有连通所述液袋内部空间的管道以及设于所述管道内的密封件,所述密封件能够在所述插接管的推动下在所述管道内移动以打开所述管道。所述接头具有对接口,所述对接口设于所述管道背离所述液袋的一端,并与所述管道连通,所述对接口用于引导所述插接管进入所述管道内以对所述密封件施加作用力,其中,所述管道靠近所述对接口一端的内径小于所述对接口的内径。所述插接管能够插入所述对接口以及所述管道的至少一部分,并且所述插接管位于所述管道的至少一部分和位于所述对接口的部分外径相同。所述对接口内设有密封环,所述密封环弹性套接于所述插接管。
本申请的有益效果有:插接管位于管道的至少一部分和位于对接口的部分外径相同,因此,插接管与对接口即使有插入深度差异,密封环均由一样外径的插接管撑开,达到一样的密封效果,能够确保增强插接管和接头之间的密封性能。

请参阅图1、图2、图3、图4和图5,图1是本申请一实施例的插接管和接头连接示意图,图2是本申请一实施例的试剂盒结构示意图,图3是图2实施例的液袋沿D-D向的截面结构示意图,图4是图3实施例中试剂盒的截面局部放大结构示意图,图5是图3实施例中E区域的局部放大结构拆分示意图。本申请的试剂盒实施例包括:阀门组件400、液袋10和接头20。液袋10用于容纳液体,比如样本,阀门组件400具有插接管450,接头20被配置为用于控制液袋10内的液体能够自接头20流出或者用于密封液袋10,接头20具有连通液袋10内部空间的管道210以及设于管道210内的密封件220,密封件220能够在插接管450的推动下在管道210内移动以打开管道210,可选的,在插接管450撤出时恢复初始位置以密封管道210。
可以理解的,液袋10具有开口101,接头20设于液袋10的开口101处,并与液袋10密封装配,以避免液袋10中的液体自接头20与开口101之间泄露,并具有可供液袋10内液体流出的管道210。其中,接头20可通过螺接、卡接、或者粘接等连接方式实现与液袋10密封装配。密封件220设于管道210的内部,并被配置为用于打开管道210或者密封管道210。可选地,定义密封件220密封管道210时的状态为密封件220的初始状态,密封件220在初始状态时,可以对管道210进行密封以保证液袋10内的液体不会流出。定义密封件220打开管道210时的状态为密封件220的目标状态,即密封件220在目标状态时可以打开管道210以使得液袋10内的液体能够经由管道210流出。可选的,当插接管450进入接头20时,密封件220从初始状态变成目标状态,液袋10内的液体从管道210流向插接管450。可选的,当插接管450撤出接头20时,密封件220从目标状态变成初始状态,密封件220对管道210进行密封,使液袋10内的液体不能从管道210流出。
接头20具有对接口230,对接口230设于管道210背离液袋10的一端,并与管道210连通,对接口230用于引导插接管450进入管道210内以对密封件220施加作用力,其中,管道210靠近对接口230一端的内径小于对接口230的内径。可以理解的,对接口230设于管道210背离液袋10的开口101的一端,插接管450可自对接口230进入管道210内并可抵触于密封件220。
插接管450能够插入对接口230以及管道210的至少一部分,并且插接管450位于管道210的至少一部分和位于对接口230的部分外径相同。可以理解的,插接管450大致为柱状,且插接管450的高度大于对接口230的深度,部分插接管450可以穿过对接口230到达与对接口230连通的管道210中。
对接口230内设有密封环240,密封环240弹性套接于插接管450。可选的,在对接口230背对管道210的一端设有密封环240,插接管450可以从密封环240的环形中空区域深入管道210用于密封件220,密封环240可以通过粘接、卡接或抵接等连接方式实现与对接口230的密封装配,以避免液体自密封环240与对接口230之间的缝隙流出。
在此实施例中,插接管450位于管道210的至少一部分和位于对接口230的部分外径相同,因此,插接管450与对接口230即使有插入深度差异,密封环240均由一样外径的插接管450撑开,达到一样的密封效果,能够确保增强插接管450和接头20之间的密封性能。
在本申请的另一实施例中,插接管450的末端为锥状体,对接口230的内径越远离管道210越大。可以理解的,插接管450靠近末端的外径逐渐变小,当插接管450插入对接口230和管道210时,方便进入;同时,因为插接管450靠近末端已经进入了管道210内,不对密封环240的密封效果造成影响。可选的,对接口230可以呈喇叭状,其连接管道210的端部开口101面积小于背离管道210的端部开口101面积。通过设置呈喇叭状的对接口230方便引导插接管450的进入,且利于插接管450找准位置进入管道210。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,密封环240包括第一密封环241和第二密封环242,第一密封环241设于插接管450靠近管道210的一端,第二密封环242设于插接管450远离管道210的一端,并与接头20的对接口230处卡扣固定。
在此实施例中,第一密封环241和第二密封环242均呈环形,且第一密封环241和第二密封环242同轴设置。其中,第一密封环241的外径可以小于第二密封环242的外径,第一密封环241的内径和第二密封环242的内径大体上一致。当然,在其他实施例中,当对接口230大致呈矩形状时,第一密封环241的外径可以与第二密封环242的外径基本上一致。即第一密封环241和第二密封环242的外形轮廓与对接口230的形状相适配,以具有较好的密封性。
在更具体的实施例中,第一密封环241和第二密封环242均为弹性体,插接管450可自第一密封环241和第二密封环242的环形中空部分进入管道210内以对密封件220施加作用力。其中,插接管450对密封件220施加作用力时,插接管450与第一密封环241和第二密封环242中的至少一者过盈装配以密封插接管450与对接口230。
可以理解的,第一密封环241和第二密封环242中的至少一者的内径略小于插接管450的外径,以实现插接管450与第一密封环241和第二密封环242中的至少一者过盈装配。当插接管450接收外力从第一密封环241和第二密封环242中的环形中空穿过到达管道210且抵触密封件220时,密封件220将打开管道210,液袋10中的液体从管道210流出,通过插接管450与第一密封环241和第二密封环242的过盈装配实现插接管450和对接口230之间的密封,防止管道210的液体通过插接管450和对接口230之间的缝隙流出。
可选的,第一密封环241和第二密封环242可以均为诸如硅胶或者橡胶等弹性材料制成的弹性体。也可以是第一密封环241为弹性体,而第二密封环242为刚性件,例如塑料件。还可以是第二密封环242为弹性体,而第一密封环241为刚性件,例如塑料件。
在另一些实施例中,第二密封环242背离第一密封环241的端部具有导向斜面240a,导向斜面240a用于引导插接管450进入。可以理解的,导向斜面240a可以自第二密封环242背离管道210的表面朝向靠近第一密封环241的环形中空部分倾斜。换言之,导向斜面240a可以为喇叭状的环形结构,其靠近管道210的端部开口101面积小于其背离管道210的端部开口101面积,以便于引导插接管450通过该导向斜面240a进入管道210内。
请参阅图6和图7,图6是本申请一些实施例中接头的结构拆分示意图,图7是图6实施例中接头沿B-B向的截面结构拆分示意图。在此实施例中,管道210内具有第一抵接部201,密封件220具有第二抵接部202。其中,密封件220在初始位置时第一抵接部201抵触于第二抵接部202以密封管道210。密封件220在插接管450推动下在管道210内移动以使得第一抵接部201和第二抵接部202分离以打开管道210,并在插接管450撤出时恢复初始位置以密封所述管道210。当插接管450撤出时,密封件220可恢复至初始位置以使第二抵接部202抵触于第一抵接部201以重新密封管道210。
其中,密封件220在插接管450推动下在管道210内沿朝向靠近液袋10的方向移动以打开管道210,在撤出插接管450时,密封件220朝向远离液袋10的方向移动以密封管道210。
在更具体的实施例中,管道210包括相通的第一管道211和第二管道212,第一管道211的一端连通液袋10、另一端连通第二管道212,第一管道211的内径大于第二管道212的内径以在第一管道211和第二管道212的连接处形成阶梯状的第一抵接部201;密封件220与第一管道211之间具有缝隙,且第二抵接部202能够对第二管道212连接第一管道211的端部进行封堵。
可以理解的,密封件220可以整体在管道210内移动以使得第二抵接部202和第一抵接部201相抵接或者分离。在第二抵接部202和第一抵接部201分离时,液袋10内的液体可以经由密封件220与第一管道211之间的缝隙到达第二管道212。在第二抵接部202和第一抵接部201相抵触时,第二管道212连接第一管道211的端部被密封件220所封堵。当然,密封件220也可以局部整体在管道210内移动以使得第二抵接部202和第一抵接部201相抵接或者分离。
可选的,密封件220在初始位置时可设于第一管道211内,且密封件220外侧壁形成第二抵接部202以抵触于第一抵接部201。此时,密封件220的外径小于第一管道211的内径,密封件220远离第二管道212的部分的外径大于第二管道212的内径。
在另一些实施例中,密封件220可以具有轴线连接的密封部221和引导部222,密封部221的外径大于引导部222的外径,密封部221的外径小于第一管道211的内径,密封部221的外径大于第二管道212的内径,引导部222的外径小于第二管道212的内径,密封部221位于引导部222的远离第二管道212的一端。
密封件220在初始位置时,密封部221设于第一管道211内,且密封部221和引导部222连接处形成阶梯状,形成第二抵接部202,在第二抵接部202抵接第一抵接部201时,液体无法通过引导部222和第二管道212之间具有缝隙流出。引导部222设于第二管道212内并与第二管道212之间具有缝隙,液体可以通过引导部222和第二管道212之间缝隙流出。引导部222设置于密封部221背离液袋10的一侧,用于接受插接管450推动的力,以使得密封件220能够在向第一管道211移动,当第二抵接部202与第一抵接部201分离,液体可以通过引导部222和第二管道212之间缝隙流出。
其中,引导部222的外径小于第二管道212的内径,引导部222在插接管450推动下使得密封件220在管道210内移动,进而使得第一抵接部201和第二抵接部202分离以打开管道210。
请参阅图1和图8,图8是本申请一实施例的密封件的结构示意图。在这些图中,引导部222的端部设有引流槽223,引流槽223的宽度小于插接管450端部的直径。
可以理解的,在插接管450穿过密封环240并抵触于密封件220的引导部222,推动引导部222向第一管道211移动后,液袋10中液体将从引导部222和第二管道212之间缝隙流出,且经过引导部222端部的引流槽223流向插接管450的管道中。

Claims (10)
1.一种试剂盒,其特征在于,所述试剂盒包括:阀门组件、液袋和接头;
所述液袋用于容纳液体,所述阀门组件具有插接管,所述接头被配置为用于控制所述液袋内的液体能够自所述接头流出或者用于密封所述液袋,所述接头具有连通所述液袋内部空间的管道以及设于所述管道内的密封件,所述密封件能够在所述插接管的推动下在所述管道内移动以打开所述管道;
所述接头具有对接口,所述对接口设于所述管道背离所述液袋的一端,并与所述管道连通,所述对接口用于引导所述插接管进入所述管道内以对所述密封件施加作用力,其中,所述管道靠近所述对接口一端的内径小于所述对接口的内径;
所述插接管能够插入所述对接口以及所述管道的至少一部分,并且所述插接管位于所述管道的至少一部分和位于所述对接口的部分外径相同;
所述对接口内设有密封环,所述密封环弹性套接于所述插接管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,
所述插接管的末端为锥状体,所述对接口的内径越远离所述管道越大。
3.根据权利要求1所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,所述密封环包括第一密封环和第二密封环,所述第一密封环设于所述插接管靠近所述管道的一端,所述第二密封环设于所述插接管远离所述管道的一端,并与所述接头的所述对接口处卡扣固定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,所述第一密封环和所述第二密封环均为弹性体,所述插接管可自所述第一密封环和所述第二密封环的环形中空部分进入所述管道内以对所述密封件施加作用力;
其中,所述插接管对所述密封件施加作用力时,所述插接管与所述第一密封环和所述第二密封环中的至少一者过盈装配以密封所述插接管与所述对接口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,所述第二密封环背离所述第一密封环的端部具有导向斜面,所述导向斜面用于引导所述插接管进入。
6.根据权利要求1所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,所述管道内具有第一抵接部,所述密封件具有第二抵接部;其中,所述密封件在初始位置时所述第一抵接部抵触于所述第二抵接部以密封所述管道;所述密封件在所述插接管推动下在所述管道内移动以使得所述第一抵接部和所述第二抵接部分离以打开所述管道,并在所述插接管撤出时恢复初始位置以密封所述管道。
7.根据权利要求6所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,所述管道包括相通的第一管道和第二管道,所述第一管道的一端连通所述液袋、另一端连通所述第二管道,所述第一管道的内径大于所述第二管道的内径以在所述第一管道和所述第二管道的连接处形成阶梯状的所述第一抵接部;所述密封件与所述第一管道之间具有缝隙,且所述第二抵接部能够对所述第二管道连接所述第一管道的端部进行封堵。
8.根据权利要求7所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,所述密封件的外径小于所述第一管道的内径,所述密封件远离所述第二管道的部分的外径大于所述第二管道的内径;所述密封件在初始位置时设于所述第一管道内,且所述密封件外侧壁形成所述第二抵接部以抵触于所述第一抵接部。
9.根据权利要求7所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,所述密封件具有轴向连接的密封部和引导部,所述密封部的外径大于所述引导部的外径,所述密封部的外径小于所述第一管道的内径,所述密封部的外径大于所述第二管道的内径,所述引导部的外径小于所述第二管道的内径,所述密封部位于所述引导部的远离所述第二管道的一端;
其中,所述密封件在初始位置时,所述密封部设于所述第一管道内,且所述密封部和所述引导部连接处形成阶梯状,形成所述第二抵接部,在所述第二抵接部抵接所述第一抵接部时所述引导部位于所述第二管道内并与所述第二管道之间具有缝隙,所述引导部用于接受所述插接管推动的力。
10.根据权利要求9所述的试剂盒,其特征在于,所述引导部的端部设有引流槽,所述引流槽的宽度小于所述插接管端部的直径。
