Abstract

本发明涉及制动系统的控制装置(电子控制装置(ECU))的结构,本发明的制动系统的控制装置的特征在于,为如下的冗余(Redundancy)结构,即,依次层叠第一控制部、第一盖及第二控制部,通过第一盖从空间上分离第一控制部和第二控制部,当第一控制部发生故障时,第二控制部并不受影响并执行第一控制部的功能。

制动系统的控制装置结构
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车,尤其,涉及控制汽车的制动器的技术。
背景技术
对于汽车而言,制动系统是必须的。原因在于,不能停下的汽车不能行驶。因此,为了乘客的安全,过分强调制动系统的稳定性也不为过。
近来,自动驾驶汽车或电动汽车的关注日益增加,制动系统也需要进一步提高的强制动力和稳定性。为此,代替现有的液压式系统,使用电子主增压器,并研发了通过集成防抱死制动系统(ABS:Anti-lock Brake System)和电子稳定控制系统(ESC:ElectricStability Control)来构建而成的集成动态制动器(IDB:Integrated Dynamic Brake)。通过使用这种集成动态制动器系统,实现了制动系统的小型化和轻量化,在提供各种功能的同时大幅提高稳定性。
但是,如上所述的集成动态制动器系统的许多部分由电子设备组成,因此,始终具有故障风险。若在汽车的行驶过程中发生故障而处于制动系统不工作的状态,则可引起严重事故,从而需要为制动系统的不工作状态做好准备。
本发明的发明人努力解决这种现有技术的制动系统的问题。为了完成如下的系统而努力,即,即使制动系统的一部分发生故障,也可应对突发情况来使制动系统正常工作,最终完成了本发明。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明的目的在于,提供如下的制动系统:即使系统的一部分发生故障,也可使整个系统正常工作。
另外,本发明的未明确的其他目的将在下述详细说明及其效果容易推断的范围内追加考虑。
技术方案
本发明的制动系统的控制装置结构的特征在于,包括:第一控制部,配置有第一微控制单元(MCU);第一盖,位于上述第一控制部的下部;第二控制部,位于上述第一盖的下部,配置有第二微控制单元;第二盖,位于上述第二控制部的下部;以及外壳,位于上述第一控制部的上部,双绕组电机与上述第一控制部及上述第二控制部相连接,电机位置传感器、线圈、踏板传感器及压力传感器与上述第一控制部或上述第二控制部相连接。
优选地,上述第一控制部及上述第二控制部位于通过上述第一盖物理分离的空间为佳。
并且,上述第一控制部及第二控制部通过汇流排相连接为佳。
上述双绕组电机的第一连接器与第一控制部相连接,上述双绕组电机的第二连接器与第二控制部相连接,为了使上述双绕组电机的第二连接器与第二控制部相连接,在上述第一盖可形成开口部。
本发明的特征在于,上述压力传感器通过接触弹簧与上述第一控制部相连接,上述压力传感器通过上述第一控制部的图案及上述第一控制部与上述第二控制部之间的汇流排与上述第二控制部相连接。
上述压力传感器包括第一压力传感器、第二压力传感器以及第三压力传感器,上述第一压力传感器及第二压力传感器与上述第一控制部直接连接来通过述第一控制部的图案与上述第一微控制单元相连接,上述第三压力传感器与上述第一控制部相连接来通过上述第一控制部的图案与汇流排相连接,上述汇流排用于连接上述第一控制部和上述第二控制部,通过与上述汇流排相连接的上述第二控制部的图案与上述第二微控制单元相连接为佳。
上述第三压力传感器在上述第一压力传感器及第二压力传感器发生故障时执行与上述第一压力传感器及第二压力传感器相同的功能,能够以性能与在上述第一压力传感器及第二压力传感器同时进行工作时相比降级的状态执行功能。
用于检测上述双绕组电机的旋转位置的上述电机位置传感器与上述第一控制部相连接,可通过上述第一控制部与上述第二控制部之间的汇流排与第二控制部相连接。
本发明的特征在于,上述线圈由第一线圈及第二线圈构成,上述第一线圈及上述第二线圈与上述第一控制部相连接,上述第二线圈通过上述第一控制部的图案及汇流排与上述第二控制部相连接,上述汇流排用于连接上述第一控制部与上述第二控制部之间。
发明的效果
根据本发明,具有如下的效果:提供相同结构的冗余印制电路板(PCB),由此,即使一个印制电路板发生故障,冗余印制电路板也执行相同的功能,从而可应对紧急情况并提高稳定性。
并且,本发明提供印制电路板的层叠结构,从而具有可使制动系统小型化的优点。
另外,即使未在此文中明确提及的效果,由本发明的技术特征所预期的以下说明书中记载的效果及潜在效果均当成记载于本发明的说明书。

“第一”、“第二”等的术语可用于说明各种结构要素,但上述结构要素并不限定于该术语。上述术语仅用于区别一个结构要素与另一个结构要素。例如,在不超出本发明的发明要求保护范围内,可将“第一结构要素”命名为“第二结构要素”,相似地,可将“第二结构要素”命名为“第一结构要素”。并且,除非在文脉上明确表示不同,否则单数的表达包括复数的表达。除非另行定义,否则在本发明的实施例中使用的术语可解释为本技术领域的普通技术人员通常周知的含义。
以下,参照附图说明本发明的各种实施例所传达的本发明的结构和由该结构产生的效果。
图1为本发明优选一实施例的整个制动系统的简要结构图。
制动系统包括贮液器1110、主缸1120、液压供给装置1130、液压控制单元1140、转储控制部1180、用于控制流路的多个阀和多个传感器以及用于控制它们的电子控制装置(ECU:Electric Control Unit)。
在贮液器1110储存沿着流路流动而生成压力的加压介质。加压介质根据阀的调节流向所需的位置。在贮液器1110的流路生成的模拟器阀1111a用于控制贮液器1110与主缸1120之间的加压介质的流动。当正常进行工作时,模拟器阀1111a开启,使用人员使贮液器1110与主缸1120联动,在非正常工作模式中,模拟器阀1111a关闭,主缸1120的加压介质通过备用流路传递至用于控制轮缸的多个阀。
若驾驶人员踩下制动踏板,则主缸1120加压并排出收容在内部的制动油等的加压介质。由此,向驾驶人员提供根据制动踏板力的反作用力。截止阀1121a用于控制主缸1120与多个阀之间的备用流路的流动,上述多个阀用于控制轮缸。
液压供给装置1130根据踏板的位置生成液压并传递至车轮1011、1012、1013、1014的轮缸,由此进行汽车的制动。为了生成液压,液压供给装置1130包括电机。
液压控制单元1140用于控制在液压供给装置1130中提供的液压。
转储控制部1180用于控制贮液器1110与液压供给装置1130之间的加压介质的流动。
各个阀开启或关闭在贮液器1110与主缸1120之间或贮液器1110与液压供给装置1130之间形成的流路来控制加压介质的流动。多个阀由无需控制且仅朝向一侧方向流动的止回阀或者通过电子控制装置10的控制来控制开启和关闭的电磁阀组成。
多个入口阀1161a、1161b、1151a、1151b用于控制从液压供给装置1130供给至轮缸的加压介质的流动。
多个出口阀1162a、1162b用于控制从轮缸向贮液器1110排出的加压介质的流动。
其他多个出口阀1171a、1171b用于控制轮缸与主缸1120之间的加压介质的流动。
诊断阀1191在执行检查其他阀的故障或流路的泄漏(leak)的诊断模式时使用。
电子控制装置10通过从多个传感器40、62、64、66接收信号来控制包括在各个阀或液压供给装置1130的电机,从而控制制动系统的操作。
图2为分解电子控制装置的整体结构的分解立体图。
如图所示,在本发明的电子控制装置100中,在第二盖150的上部配置第二控制部140,在其上部配置第一盖130、第一控制部120及外壳110,在外壳110的内部可配置垫圈。
第二盖150起到第二控制部140的散热器功能来向外部排出电子控制装置100的热量。第二控制部140负责子印制电路板的作用。
第一控制部120为主印制电路板,第一盖130执行第一控制部120的散热器功能。并且,第一盖130通过与第二盖150相连接来向电子控制装置100的外部排出热量。第一盖130位于物理分离第一控制部120与第二控制部140的空间。因此,第一控制部120与第二控制部140可通过贯通第一盖130的汇流排进行通信。
本发明的电子控制装置100的大小可以为W196×H172×L73.5(mm),可在外壳110的内部配置14个电磁线圈,连接器可以为46针。
图3为示出本发明优选一实施例的电子控制装置板中的压力传感器、电机位置传感器及踏板传感器的配置的图。
图3的(a)部分示出压力传感器的配置及连接结构。
压力传感器150能够以压配合(Press Fit)方式与第一控制部120相连接。压力传感器150的接触弹簧(contact spring)与第一控制部120相连接来使压力传感器150的输入通过第一控制部120的图案121与第一汇流排161相连接,第一汇流排161经过第一盖130与第二控制部140相连接。压力传感器中的踏板模拟器压力(PSP,Pedal SimulatorPressure)传感器、电路压力(CIRP,Circuit Pressure)传感器与第一控制部120相连接,子电路压力(SCIRP,Sub CIRP)传感器可与第二控制部140相连接。
图3的(b)部分示出电机位置传感器(MPS,Motor Position Sensor)的配置及连接结构。
电机位置传感器为双管芯1IC(2die 1IC)类型,安装于第一控制部120。双管芯中的第二管芯的数据在第一控制部120中通过图案122与第二汇流排162、第三汇流排163连接来连接至第二控制部140。第二控制部140供给第二管芯的电源。
图3的(c)部分示出踏板位移传感器(PTS,Pedal Travel Sensor)的连接结构。
踏板位移传感器也为双管芯1IC(2die 1IC)类型,使用如压力传感器的接触弹簧,可使用圆形压力传感器接触垫类型。与第一控制部相连接的踏板位移传感器192和与第二控制部相连接的踏板位移传感器194能够以圆形配置。
第二踏板位移传感器194为如下的结构:若接触弹簧与第一控制部相连接且通过第一控制部的图案与汇流排相连接,则通过汇流排与第二控制部相连接。第二控制部140供给第二踏板位移传感器194所在的第二管芯的电源。
能够以连接外置踏板位移传感器的的方式构成电路,而不是连接如上所述的内置踏板位移传感器。在此情况下,一通道的踏板位移传感器(PDT)与第一控制部120相连接,另一通道的踏板位移传感器(PDF)与第二控制部相连接。
图4为本发明优选一实施例的第一控制部及第二控制部的汇流排连接结构图。
汇流排160贯通第一控制部120的一侧面,相同的汇流排160贯通第二控制部140的相对应的位置,由此,可传递第一控制部120与第二控制部140之间所需的信号。
图5为本发明优选一实施例的电机的连接结构图,图6示出电机的第二连接器与第二控制部相连接的结构。
第一控制部120和第二控制部140为层叠结构,因此,电机180的连接器无法与两个印制电路板同时连接。
因此,电机的第一连接器181与第一控制部120直接连接,电机的第二连接器通过金属线183与第二控制部140相连接。
因此,第一控制部120与第二控制部140之间的第一盖130需具有用于与电机的连接器相连接的金属线183的空间。
图6示出用于使如上所述的金属线183与第二控制部相连接的设置于第一盖130的用于使金属线通过的开口132。通过该开口132,金属线可连接电机180的连接器与第二控制部140之间。
图7示出本发明优选一实施例的线圈的连接结构。
在第一控制部120和第二控制部140可连接第一线圈210和第二线圈212。但是,在层叠结构中,第二线圈212不能与第二控制部140直接连接。
因此,第二线圈212与第一控制部120相连接,第二线圈212通过第一控制部120的图案和第四汇流排164与第二控制部140相连接。
图8示出本发明优选一实施例的电机的三相连接器的连接结构。
如图所示,电机180的第一连接器181与第一控制部120直接连接,电机180的第二连接器182通过金属线183与第二控制部140相连接。为此,电机180可以为双绕组结构的电机。在使用双绕组电机和层叠型印制电路板结构的情况下,即使一个印制电路板发生故障,也可使电机以性能降级(Degraded)的状态进行工作。
图9示出本发明优选一实施例的电机位置传感器的连接结构。
电机位置传感器170用于检测电机180的头184的旋转位置。为了电机位置传感器170的最优性能,在电机180的头184的轴上(同轴(On-Axis))设置电机位置传感器170为佳。因此,在第一控制部120的电机180的旋转轴上设置电机位置传感器170,可通过第五汇流排165向第二控制部传递电机位置传感器170的感测值。
或者,本发明还可使用如下的方法:将一个电机位置传感器170位于第一控制部120的一侧面,将另一个电机位置传感器位于第一控制部120的另一侧面后,利用汇流排连接在第二控制部140上。
或者,另一个电机位置传感器还可直接连接在与第二控制部140上的电机180的中心轴一致的位置。
图10示出本发明优选一实施例的踏板传感器的连接结构。
踏板位移传感器190可由第一通道192和第二通道194构成。踏板位移传感器190以压配合方式与第一控制部120相连接,第一通道192通过第一控制部120的第一图案126与第一微控制单元124相连接。踏板位移传感器190位于液压控制单元(HCU)块200,磁铁196位于液压控制单元块200内。
踏板位移传感器190的第二通道194也以压配合方式与第一控制部120相连接,通过第一控制部的第二图案128与第六汇流排166相连接来连接至第二控制部140。在第二控制部140中,第六汇流排166通过第三图案146与第二微控制单元144相连接。
图11示出本发明优选一实施例的压力传感器的连接结构。
压力传感器150、152、154可使用三个相同的压力传感器。
第一压力传感器150及第二压力传感器152与第一控制部120直接连接。
第三压力传感器154与第一控制部120相连接来通过第四图案129与第七汇流排167相连接。第七汇流排167再次通过第二控制部140的图案147与第二微控制单元144相连接,由此,使第三压力传感器154与第二控制部140的第二微控制单元144相连接。第一压力传感器150可以为踏板模拟器压力传感器,第二压力传感器152可以为电路压力传感器,第三压力传感器154可以为子电路压力传感器。
在第一压力传感器150和第二压力传感器152发生故障的情况下,可通过一个第三压力传感器154执行第一压力传感器150及第二压力传感器152的功能。但是,若通过构成冗余的第三压力传感器154执行功能,则以性能降级的状态进行工作。
如上所述,通过第二控制部构成第一控制部的冗余的制动系统的控制装置结构具有如下的效果:当第一控制部在行驶过程中未正常工作时,利用第二控制部安全地操作制动系统。
本发明的保护范围并不局限于以上明确说明的实施例的记载和表达。并且,再次补充说明的是,本发明的保护范围并不局限于本发明所属技术领域的显而易见的变更或取代。

Claims (8)

1.一种制动系统的控制装置结构,其特征在于,该制动系统的控制装置结构是如下部分依次层叠的结构:
外壳;
第一控制部,位于上述外壳的下部,并配置有第一微控制单元;
第一盖,位于上述第一控制部的下部;
第二控制部,位于上述第一盖的下部,配置有第二微控制单元,其中,上述第一控制部和上述第二控制部位于通过上述第一盖物理分离的空间;以及
第二盖,位于上述第二控制部的下部,
双绕组电机与上述第一控制部及上述第二控制部相连接,
电机位置传感器、线圈、踏板传感器及压力传感器与上述第一控制部或上述第二控制部相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统的控制装置结构,其特征在于,上述第一控制部及第二控制部通过汇流排相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统的控制装置结构,其特征在于,上述双绕组电机的第一连接器与第一控制部相连接,上述双绕组电机的第二连接器与第二控制部相连接,为了使上述双绕组电机的第二连接器与第二控制部相连接,在上述第一盖形成开口部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统的控制装置结构,其特征在于,上述压力传感器通过接触弹簧与上述第一控制部相连接,上述压力传感器通过上述第一控制部的图案及上述第一控制部与上述第二控制部之间的汇流排与上述第二控制部相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统的控制装置结构,其特征在于,上述压力传感器包括第一压力传感器、第二压力传感器以及第三压力传感器,上述第一压力传感器及第二压力传感器与上述第一控制部直接连接来通过述第一控制部的图案与上述第一微控制单元相连接,上述第三压力传感器与上述第一控制部相连接来通过上述第一控制部的图案与汇流排相连接,上述汇流排用于连接上述第一控制部和上述第二控制部,通过与上述汇流排相连接的上述第二控制部的图案与上述第二微控制单元相连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制动系统的控制装置结构,其特征在于,上述第三压力传感器在上述第一压力传感器及第二压力传感器发生故障时执行与上述第一压力传感器及第二压力传感器相同的功能,以性能与在上述第一压力传感器及第二压力传感器同时进行工作时相比降级的状态执行功能。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统的控制装置结构,其特征在于,用于检测上述双绕组电机的旋转位置的上述电机位置传感器与上述第一控制部相连接,通过上述第一控制部与上述第二控制部之间的汇流排与第二控制部相连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统的控制装置结构,其特征在于,
上述线圈由第一线圈及第二线圈构成,
上述第一线圈及上述第二线圈与上述第一控制部相连接,上述第二线圈通过上述第一控制部的图案及汇流排与上述第二控制部相连接,上述汇流排用于连接上述第一控制部与上述第二控制部之间。
