Abstract

缆绳(1)有与电梯箱(13)或负载接纳装置相连的电梯悬吊装置且由合成纤维组成,一包皮(2)包围一最外层多股线层(3),包皮(2)由合成材料最好由聚氨酯组成。多股线(4)由各个芳基酰胺纤维绞合或敷设而成,各多股线(4)用浸渍介质处理以保护纤维(5),一减小摩擦的中间包皮(7)安置在最外多股线层(3)和内多股线层(6)之间。包皮(2)的作用是保证所要求的缆绳与驱动轮之间的摩擦系数并且保护多股线免遭机械、化学和紫外线的损害,在此情况下,负载全部由多股线(4)来承担。

Description

用于电梯悬吊装置的缆绳
本发明与用于电梯悬吊装置的缆绳有关,该缆绳与电梯箱或负载接纳装置相连,其中缆绳是由合成纤维组成。
直到现今,在电梯结构中仍使用了与电梯箱或负载接纳装置和配重相连的钢缆绳,在最简单情况为1∶1的比率,然而使用钢缆绳有一些缺点,由于钢缆绳大的自身重量,电梯装置的提升高度受到限制,而且金属驱动轮与钢缆之间的摩擦系数是如此小,以致必须通过不同的措施诸如特殊的槽形或在驱动轮内特殊的槽衬或通过扩大抱合角来增大其摩擦系数,此外,钢缆还充当驱动轮和电梯箱之间的声音传递桥,这种钢缆连接就会引起乘电梯不适服感。为了减小这些不想要的效果,这就要采用昂贵的结构上的措施,钢缆与合成纤维缆绳相比较,能承受的反复弯曲循环数低,暴露部分易受腐蚀而且必须定期维护。
一个由弹性材料组成可用于衰减噪音和保护缆绳且用作电梯和缆轨上缆辊导槽衬垫的“镶嵌环”已由CH—PS495911专利而成为公知,为了保证更好的去除内热,镶嵌环做成几个相互间隔开的单段,在受热情况下发生的镶嵌环膨胀由单段之间的间隙予以补偿。由于缆绳加载,弹性材料会背离进入槽口,从而会发生某种程度的分离,这样在缆槽内就不会产生撕裂。在镶嵌环局部磨损的情况下,单个环段必须更换。
在前述的发明情况下,呈现有开始提到的缺点的钢缆仍用作悬吊装置,而且由于相对于钢缆长度而言,缆绳辊接触面的长度较短,这就会大大增加弹性嵌入材料的磨损,所以必须频繁更换从而会有高的维护费用。
本发明目的是推荐一种用作上述类型电梯的悬挂装置的缆绳,此缆绳不会呈现上述缺点,并且由此乘电梯舒适程度得以提高。
根据下述权利要求1为特征的本发明可解决此问题。
由于本发明而获得的优点可从下述内容可大致看出,与钢缆绳相比较一种由多层组成的,由浸渍介质处理的或未经处理的多股线的带包皮(或护套)的合成纤维缆绳显示出较高的承载能力而且几乎可不需维护。
通过从属权利要求提到的措施,就可能对权利要求1所示的合成纤维缆绳进行有益的开发和改进。合成纤维缆绳的包皮在驱动轮上产生较大的摩擦系数,这样环绕圈就可减小,由于包皮表面的不同性质都会影响到摩擦系数,因此不再需要在驱动轮上有不同的槽形,故驱动轮可标准化。对钢缆,它的驱动轮直径必须达到钢缆直径的40倍。在使用合成纤维缆绳时,由于其本身性质的原因,所选驱动轮直径就会小得多,与钢缆相比较,在相同直径情况下,合成纤维缆绳允许更多次弯度变化。由于与钢缆相比合成纤维缆的重量较低,除了减小平衡缆绳的数目,也能采用较小的强度重量。由于上述的改进,结果是驱动装置设计要求的起动扭矩和转矩较小,因此也就降低了起动电流和所耗的电能,因此驱动电机自身的总体积减小了,而且在这种结构模式的缆绳中不会发生高频电流的传输,结果由于电缆引起的电梯箱激磁现象不存在了,这样不仅增加了乘客乘电梯的适服感,同时也可减少因需使电梯箱绝缘所采取的结构措施。
在附图中示出了本发明的一个实施例,在下文中结合实施例对本发明作更详细的说明。

图1示出根据本发明的一合成纤维缆绳的剖视图,一包皮2包围一最外层的多股线3,最好为聚氨酯材料的合成材料制成的包皮2增加了在驱动轮上缆绳1的摩擦系数,最外层的多股线3必须显示对包皮有较高的粘合力,这样由于缆绳在负载作用下引起的剪切力增加时最外层的多股线不会相对于包皮位移或形成有相互错开部位。合成材料包皮2由喷涂(挤压)成形,这样多股线4之间的中间空间就被填满从而形成一大的保留面,由此就具有了这些粘合力,多股线由相互独立的芳族氨基纤维5绞合或敷设而成,各单根多股线用浸渍介质处理,例如用聚氨酯溶液来保护纤维5,缆绳1的弯曲疲劳强度取决于各多股线上的聚氨酯所占比例,聚氨酯比例愈高则弯曲疲劳强度也就愈大,然而合成纤维缆绳的承载能力和弹性模数则随着聚氨酯比例的增大而降低,多股线4浸渍的聚氨酯比例可根据所要的弯曲疲劳强度选取,例如在10%至60%比例之间。各根多股线4也能用编织套或聚酯纤维方便地加以保护。
为了避免在驱动轮上的多股线相互摩擦而引起磨损,为此原因一种减小摩擦的中间包层7加在最外多股线层3和内多股线层6之间。通过把层7下多股线4用硅材料进行处理可取得同样的减小摩擦效果,从而当缆绳弯曲时,在驱动轮处,相对运动最多的最外多股线层3和内多股线层6仍保持低的磨损,另外的在多股线间防止摩擦磨损的手段可以是采用把多股线4相互连在一起的弹性垫料,而且垫料不会很大地降低缆绳1的挠性。
除了纯固定缆绳外,电梯缆绳必须非常紧凑而且牢牢地绞合或编织以便缆绳在驱动轮内不变形或由于自身的扭转或偏斜而开始转动。
因此各层多股线4之间的间隙和空间借助填充股线9来填充,为了得到一几乎圆形的多股线层6和增加其填充度,该填充股线9以支撑方式抵靠着其它多股线4,这些填充股线是由合成材料,诸如聚酰胺所组成。
由高级定向分子链组成的芳族氨基纤维5,显示出一大的拉伸强度,但是与钢相反,芳族氨基纤维由于其原子结构上的原因有一较低的横向强度。为此原因,不能用普通钢缆绳接头来把合成纤维缆绳1的缆绳端系紧,因为作用于这些部件上的夹紧力会大大地减小缆绳1的断裂载荷,通过PCT专利PCT/CH94/00044所公开的内容,一用于合成纤维缆绳1的合适的缆绳端连接装置已为公众所知。
图2示出根据本发明的合成纤维缆绳1结构的透视图,由芳族氨基纤维5绞合或敷设成的多股线4与填充多股线4一起呈层状围绕一轴芯线10并以左手或右手方向敷设。减小摩擦的中间包层7安置在内多股线层6和最外多股线层3之间,而最外多股线层3由包皮2所包覆。外包皮2的表面11结构上可做到所限定的摩擦系数,外包皮2的任务在于保证缆绳相对于驱动轮所需要的摩擦系数,同时还保护多股线4免遭机械和化学损坏以及紫外线损坏。负载全由多股线4来承担,由芳族氨基纤维5所构成的缆绳1与钢缆绳相比较,可显示出较高的承载能力而其重量只相当同样断面钢缆的1/5至1/6。如果在具有相同的承载能力情况下,那么与普通钢缆相比较,合成纤维缆绳的直径就能减小。通过采用上述材料,可完全保护缆绳1免遭腐蚀。例如为了对钢缆进行维护需在其表面涂上油脂,而对合成纤维缆绳就不必进行上述维护。
合成纤维缆绳1实施例的另一种形式在于包皮2的不同设计,它不是用包皮2包住整个最外多股线层3,各单根多股线4设有一单独呈环形的封闭包层最好由聚氨酯或聚芳基酰胺材料组成,然而,合成纤维缆绳1的其它结构与图1和图2所述的实施例形式仍然是相同的。
图3示出一电梯的示意图,在电梯井12内导引的电梯箱13由一带驱动轮15的驱动电机通过本发明的合成纤维缆绳1所驱动,在缆绳1的另一端挂有一配重16作为平衡机构。缆绳1和驱动轮15之间的摩擦系数设计成当配重16C碰到一缓冲器17就可防止电梯箱13进一步移动,电梯箱13处的缆绳1系紧和配重16处的缆绳1系紧是通过缆绳端的连结头18来完成的。
在使用直线电动机的情况下,驱动装置装在配重处或电梯箱处,为了使摩擦损耗低,缆绳1和偏转轮之间的摩擦系数要尽可能地小,在此情况下,偏转轮就不会将驱动转矩传送到缆绳1上,为此目的,为了减小摩擦系数,包皮2也能用聚酰胺材料代替聚氨酯材料。
图4示出具有悬吊比为2∶1的电梯的示意图,合成纤维缆绳端的连接头18,在此种安置中既不装在电梯箱13处也不装在配重处而是都装在上井端19上。
图5示出本发明的合成纤维缆绳1在驱动轮15上的剖面图,连到驱动电动机14上的驱动轮18的槽20的形状最好呈平圆形以便与缆绳1的贴合接触,达到最佳状态,由于缆绳1在负载作用下其承载面上会稍有变形故也可选择椭圆形槽。因为合成材料包皮2会产生足够大的摩擦系数故可用这些简单的槽形,同时,由于较大的摩擦系数,在驱动轮15内的缆绳1的抱合角会自己减小。由于摩擦系数是由表面结构11和包皮2材料来确定,故对各种不同负载的电梯可完全一样地制造驱动轮15的槽形,在个别情况下为了防止配重着地时(着地试验)传送一负载也可借助于控制摩擦系数以使太大的摩擦减小。此外,由于合成纤维缆绳1较小的缆径,与缆绳1相连的驱动轮直径就可较小,故驱动轮15的尺寸就能减小,一较小的驱动轮直径导致较小的驱动转矩从而电动机尺寸也可缩小。驱动轮15的生产和库存也就简化并且成本变得便宜。由于在槽20内缆绳1的承载面较大,同样会产生较小的面压,这就延长缆绳1和驱动轮15的使用寿命。由芳基酰胺纤维生产的缆绳1不会传送发自驱动轮15的高频辐射,这样通过缆绳1传来的使乘客不适服的电梯箱13的激磁就消失。
由于增大了摩擦系数,较小的抱合角和较低的合成纤维缆绳1的重量,随之实现了驱动系统内装置尺寸的进一步减小。所要的起动转矩或运转转矩以及减速箱内轴上的转矩显著地减小,因此电机的起动电流和所耗电能降低,这也就会减小电动机和齿轮尺寸以及向电动机供电的变压器的总尺寸。

Claims (10)

1)作为电梯悬吊装置的缆绳(1)与一电梯箱(13)或负载接纳装置相连并由一驱动轮(15)或一绞车所驱动,其特征在于由合成纤维制成的承载多股线(4)被一包皮(2)所包围,该包皮2由合成材料,最好由聚氨酯材料制成且被全面封闭起来。
2)根据权利要求1所述的缆绳(1),其特征在于最外层多股线(3)与包皮(2)之间的粘结力大于驱动轮(15)和包皮(2)之间产生的剪切力。
3)根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的缆绳(1),其特征在于多股线(4)由特定浓度的浸渍介质,特别如聚氨酯溶液进行浸渍处理。
4)根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的缆绳(1),其特征在于多股线(4)被一聚酯纤维的编织套所包围。
5)根据权利要求1到4中任一项所述的缆绳(1),其特征在于:一减小摩擦的中间包层(7)安置在最外层多股线层(3)和一内多股线层(6)之间。
6)根据权利要求1到4中任一项所述的缆绳,其特征在于一内多股线层(6)的多股线(4)用硅进行处理。
7)根据权利要求1到6中任一项所述的缆绳(1),其特征在于包皮(2)的表面(11)制成光滑面。
8)根据权利要求1到6中任一项所述的缆绳(1),其特征在于包皮(2)的表面(11)具有一定结构。
9)根据权利要求1到8中任一项所述的缆绳(1),其特征在于多股线(4)是由芳基酰胺纤维(5)绞合而成。
10)根据权利要求1到8中任一项所述的缆绳(1),其特征在于多股线(4)是由芳基酰胺纤维(5)敷设而成。
