Abstract

"CABO DE FIBRA SINTéTICA PARA UM ELEVADOR". A invenção refere-se a um cabo sintético para um elevador que tem uma resistência aperfeiçoada à compressão e à abrasão e compreende uma pluralidade de cordões que formam as camadas do cabo, cada cordão formado de uma pluralidade de cordões pré-torcidos feitos de filamentos sintéticos de alto módulo. Um ou mais dos cordões ou camadas de cordões pode ser impregnado com um lubrificante, tal como o politetrafluoroetileno, para reduzir a abrasão entre os cordões e sub-cordões, e aumentar a vida útil do cabo. O lado externo do cabo pode ser coberto por uma camisa que provê a tração com a roldana de acionamento. Um sistema de elevador que compreende o cabo reivindicado é também provido.
