Abstract

본 발명에 따른 케이블(1)은 케이지(13) 또는 하중수용수단에 연결되고, 합성섬유로 이루어지는 리프트용 서스펜션 수단을 갖는다. 피복재료(2)는 최외측스트랜드층(3)을 에워싼다. 피복재료(2)는 합성재료, 양호하게는 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진다. 스트랜드(45)는 각각의 아라미드섬유(5)로 트위스트되거나 꼬여진다. 각각의 스트랜드(4)는 섬유(5)의 보호를 위해 침투성매체로 처리된다. 마찰을 감소시키는 중간 피복재료(7)는 최외측스트랜드층(3)과 내측스트랜드층(6) 사이에 배열된다. 거의 원형의 스트랜드층(6)을 얻기위해 그리고 충전정도를 증가시키기위해 갭이 충전재스트랜드(9)에 의해 증대된다. 피복재료(2)의 목적은 구동풀리에 대한 원하는 마찰효율을 보장하고 기계적 및 화학적손상과 자외선에 대해 스트랜드를 보호하는 것이다. 이 경우에는 하중은 스트랜드(4)만으로 운반된다. 스틸케이블과 비교하여 아라미드섬유(5)로 구성된 케이블(1)은 같은 횡단면에 대해 더 높은 적재량과 특정중량의 5분의 1 내지 6분의 1만을 보여준다.

Claims (10)

  1. 케이지(13) 또는 하중수용수단에 연결되고 구동풀리(15)에 의해 구동되는 리프트용 서스팬션수단인 케이블에 있어서, 합성섬유의 적재스트랜드(4)는 합성재료, 양호하게는 폴리우레탄으로 전체를 둘러싸는 피복재료(2)에 의해 에워싸인것을 특징으로 하는 리프트용 서스팬션수단인 케이블.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최외측스트랜드층(3)과 피복재료(2) 사이의 결속력은 구동풀리(15)와 피복재료(2) 사이에서 일어나는 전단력보다 더 큰것을 특징으로 하는 리프트용 서스펜션수단인 케이블.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스트랜드(4)는 특정농도의 침투성매체, 특히 폴리우레탄용액에 의해 침투되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트용 서스펜션수단인 케이블.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스트랜드(4)는 폴리에스테르섬유인 꼬여진 슬리브에 의해 에워싸인것을 특징으로 하는 리프트용 서스펜션수단인 케이블.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느한 항에 있어서, 마찰을 감소시키는 중간피복재료(7)는 최외측스트랜드층(3)과 내측스트랜드층(6) 사이에 배열됨을 특징으로하는 리프트용 서스펜션수단인 케이블.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느한 항에 있어서, 내측스트랜드층(6)의 스트랜드(4)는 실리콘으로 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 리프트용 서스펜션수단인 케이블.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 피복재료(2)의 표면(11)은 스무스하게 실행됨을 특징으로하는 리프트용 서스펜션수단인 케이블.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느한 항에 있어서, 피복재료(2)의 표면(11)은 조직적으로 짜맞추어진것을 특징으로하는 리프트용 서스펜션수단인 케이블.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 스트랜드(4)는 아라미드섬유(5)로부터 트위스트된 것을 특징으로하는 리프트용 서스펜션수단인 케이블.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트랜드(4)는 아라미드섬유(5)로부터 꼬여지는것을 특징으로 하는 리프트용 서스펜션수단인 케이블.
