本发明公开了一种奶桶肉的制备方法,涉及奶桶肉制备技术领域。具体制备工艺为:将新鲜食材羊肉,南瓜、香菜、圆葱、胡萝卜、土豆按照重量克数配比放入奶桶中,适量放盐,配放烧热的鹅卵石,扣紧奶桶盖,用温火烤奶桶1‑1个半小时,将食材取出;将熟了的食材用专用食用耐高温塑料袋塑封,每袋可放0.75公斤—1公斤食材即可。此种奶桶肉营养丰富,肉质鲜美,没有羊肉的膻味,且含有丰富的营养,经常食用对人体有很大的益处,并且此种奶桶肉为速食食品,方便携带,且吃起来也较为方便。

背景技术
羊是人们熟悉的家畜之一,其饲养在我国已有5000余年的历史。羊全身是宝,其毛皮可制成多种毛织品和皮革制品。在医疗保健方面,羊更能发挥其独特的作用。羊肉、羊血、羊骨、羊肝、羊奶、羊胆等等可用于多种疾病的治疗,具有较高的药用价值。
羊肉营养丰富,历来被用做壮阳的佳品。它富含优质蛋白质12 .3%,脂肪28.8%, 为猪肉的一半。另外含矿物质磷、铁以及维生素B、维生素A等营养素。《本草纲目》载其功用 “羊肉能暖中补虚、补中益气、开胃健力,治虚劳恶冷、五劳七伤。中医学认为其性味甘温,入脾肾经,有益补气补虚、温中暖下之功效,因而可用于虚痨羸瘦、腰膝酸痛、产后虚冷、腹痛、 寒疝、中虚反胃等病症的治疗。现有的羊肉在烹饪过程中如果烹饪不当会有很重的膻味影响口感和营养价值,并且市面上还没有生产一种方便外出携带的速食羊肉,因此需要研究一种营养全面且方便外出携带的速食羊肉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种奶桶肉及制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种奶桶肉包含以下重量克数原料:羊肉1000-1200克、山药50-100克、圆葱8-12克、香菜10-15克、胡萝卜8-12克、南瓜8-12克。
进一步优选,所述的奶桶肉包含以下重量克数原料羊肉1100克、山药80克、圆葱10克、香菜10克、胡萝卜10克、南瓜10克。
一种奶桶肉的制备方法为:步骤一、将新鲜食材羊肉,南瓜、香菜、圆葱、胡萝卜、土豆按照重量克数配比放入奶桶中,适量放盐,配放烧热的鹅卵石,扣紧奶桶盖,用温火烤奶桶1-1个半小时,将食材取出;
步骤二、将熟了的食材用专用食用耐高温塑料袋塑封,每袋可放0.75公斤—1公斤食材即可。
本奶桶肉食用时将食用耐高温袋装食材放入微波炉或烤箱中,高温烘烤15—20分钟即可食用。
本奶桶肉中羊肉具有补脾胃,治疗脾胃虚寒所致的反胃,身体瘦弱,畏寒等,温补肝肾,用于肾阳虚所致的腰膝酸软冷痛,阳痿等症。补血温经,用于产后血虚经寒所致的腹冷痛。
胡萝卜含有胡萝卜素可以益肝明目,健脾除疳,增强免疫力功能。
南瓜具有修复肝功能,改善精子质量,降压,消炎等功效。
山药具有健脾养胃,益肺止咳,降血糖等功效。
香菜具有健脾消食,祛痰解毒,软化血管,强健身体等功效。
圆葱具有促进消化,杀菌消炎,祛痰利尿等功效。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:此种奶桶肉营养丰富,肉质鲜美,没有羊肉的膻味,且含有丰富的营养,经常食用对人体有很大的益处,并且此种奶桶肉为速食食品,方便携带,且吃起来也较为方便。
