Abstract
本发明公开了一种降血糖刺梨苦荞芽口服液及其制备方法。刺梨苦荞芽口服液是以刺梨、苦荞芽为主要原料按一定比例复配而成的产品。生产方法是将苦荞籽催芽培育成苦荞芽苗,然后采收、清洗、榨汁、浸提得到苦荞芽汁。将脱涩澄清处理后的刺梨汁与苦荞芽汁混合处理后,脱气、杀菌、灌装、冷却,检验合格后即得刺梨苦荞芽口服液。本发明提供的刺梨苦荞芽口服液天然无公害,口感舒适,具有较好的降血糖功效,是一种具有独特风味的饮品。

技术领域
本发明属于口服液制备技术领域,涉及一种降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液及其制备方法。
背景技术
刺梨又名送春归、缫丝花,是一种蔷薇科蔷薇属多年生落叶丛生灌木,主要分布于我国贵州毕节、六盘水等地。全国先后有20多个省市从贵州引种试种,建立了大面积的人工栽培基地。刺梨营养丰富,除含有糖类、蛋白质、维生素、无机盐及多种人体必需的氨基酸等主要营养成分外,还含有丰富的黄酮、有机酸及抗坏血酸、多糖、超氧化物歧化酶、多酚、三萜类、甾醇等生物活性物质,具有较高的药用价值及降血糖作用。传统医学主要将其果实、根入药,用于消食、止泻、解暑及积食腹胀、痢疾、肠炎、高血压、血管破裂出血、维生素C缺乏症等疾病的治疗。此外,刺梨还具有调节机体免疫功能、解毒、镇静、延缓衰老、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗肿瘤等功能。
荞麦芽苗又叫芦丁苦荞苗,是利用荞麦种子萌发生成的幼苗,其茎叶中含有丰富的芦丁。芦丁有扩张及强化血管的功能,对高血压及心血管疾病有很好的预防效果,我国民间早已有食用荞麦嫩茎叶的传统习惯。中国专利申请件中 CN201710222445.8号《一种鱼腥草苦荞饮料及其制备方法》提供了以鱼腥草和苦荞为主要原料制成的鱼腥草苦荞饮料。CN201710838636.7号《蜂蜜苦荞茶及其制备方法》提供了以蜂蜜和苦荞为主要原料的一种蜂蜜苦荞茶制备方法。但这些专利技术产品中的原料用的只是苦荞籽,到目前为止,并未有将苦荞籽发育为苦荞芽菜与刺梨汁复配进行口服液技术生产的专利申请。
发明专利内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种营养价值丰富,降血糖效果显著,风味爽口的刺梨苦荞苗口服液,改善人们的日常生活,对高血糖症有较好的预防和缓解作用。
本发明专利解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选种:剔除破损、虫蛀、霉变、干瘪的种子及杂质,选取新鲜、饱满、发芽率高、成熟度高、贮藏时间不超过两年的苦荞种子;
(2)杀菌催芽:将步骤(1)的苦荞种子用KMnO4溶液杀菌后冲洗干净;在含水量为5-10%沙石基质中引发40-50h催芽;
(3)播种:取适量催芽后的种子,播种于沙石发芽盘中,沙石盘中均匀平铺无菌无土质沙石,种子播于沙层中1-1.5cm处;
(4)芽苗培养:播种后早晚各补水一次,保持沙培湿润,保障种子顺利出芽;播种后48h起,早晚各喷施一次无机盐营养液;
(5)采收:育苗8-12d后苦荞芽子叶展平为绿色,下胚轴呈紫红色,近根部为白色,无猝倒病、无烂脖、无异味,并且当芽长达到10-15cm以上时即可采收;
(6)榨汁:挑选10cm左右的苦荞麦芽,除去种壳及烂根的苦荞麦芽,清洗干净,放入80-100℃的水中热烫3-10min;加50-100倍的水,用榨汁分离机将苦荞麦芽粉碎榨汁,榨汁后放入烧杯中,在55-60℃下浸提1-2h,在 4000-8000r/min转速下离心5-20min,过滤得苦荞芽汁;
(7)刺梨榨汁:挑选黄色和橙黄色刺梨果,去除腐烂、虫蛀的刺梨及沙石,用清水洗去刺梨上的泥土及灰尘杂物;用不锈钢破碎机破碎成0.3-0.5cm的果块后,送入不锈钢榨汁机压榨取汁,加入1‰的单宁酸水解刺梨果中的单宁,进行脱涩处理;加入1g/kg的山梨酸钾、0.03g/kgEDTA进行防腐护色,静置三天后;再加入明胶和硅藻土澄清,三天后过滤得刺梨汁;
(8)苦荞芽汁与刺梨汁调配:将上述步骤中所得的刺梨汁、苦荞芽汁混合得混合果汁,将复合稳定剂、蔗糖与柠檬酸溶于温水中溶解后加入混合果汁中至均匀状态,得到混合汁;
(9)脱气杀菌:将步骤(8)所述混合汁脱气,然后采用高压灭菌法灭菌后趁热灌装,然后冷却至40℃以下,即得所述刺梨苦荞苗口服液。
优选的,步骤(2)所述KMnO4溶液浓度为0.10%-0.20%,杀菌时间为10~ 15min。
优选的,步骤(2)所述沙石盘中沙层厚3-5cm,所述沙石是普通河沙经淘洗去掉土质部分,在120℃下烘干,过筛后在150℃高温与紫外灯下杀菌2h后所得。
优选的,步骤(4)中所述培养条件:湿度60-80%,控温23-28℃,光照强度10000Lx,光照时段为前5d黑暗,后5d光照,每日光照时长10-12h。
优选的,步骤(4)中所述无机盐营养液包括如下重量份的原料:Ca(NO3)2·4H2O472mg/L;KNO3 202mg/L;NH4NO3 80mg/L;KH2PO4 136mg/L;K2SO4 174mg/L;MgSO4 120mg/L,其制备方法为:将Ca(NO3)2·4H2O和KNO3混合配制成营养A液,将 MgSO4和NH4H2PO4混合配制成为营养B液。准确称取无机盐质量,分别置于烧杯中加水溶解,完全溶解后混合,将所得各组A、B溶液分别定容至500mL,存于棕色试剂瓶中备用。
优选的,步骤(8)中所述刺梨汁:苦荞芽汁:复合稳定剂:蔗糖:柠檬酸的质量比为:35:16:10:9:0.1,其中所述复合稳定剂由CMC、黄原胶、果胶按质量比为15:3:7组成。
优选的,步骤(9)中所述脱气条件:真空度为90-100KPa,配料温度为 20-25℃,脱气15-30min。
优选的,步骤(9)中所述高压杀菌法,是在100-120℃下灭菌10-20min。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液,以刺梨、苦荞芽为主要原料按一定比例复配制成的产品。
本发明降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的药用机理:
刺梨是现有水果当中维生素C和维生素P含量最高的,倍受美誉的猕猴桃维 C含量也仅有刺梨的11%。此外,刺梨的维生素P含量也远远高于其他果蔬,超出其他水果蔬菜10-150倍不等;刺梨所富含的SOD被誉为“生物黄金”,具有抗癌防癌作用;刺梨果实含有18种氨基酸,包括8种人体必须的氨基酸;刺梨 VE含量2.40-3.61mg/100kg,在生物体内作为抗氧化剂,具有延年益寿的功能。某些动物实验表明,补充VE可抑制动物肿瘤的发生。刺梨中SOD、刺梨多糖与维生素C、微量元素等活性成分协同作用能加速铅、锰、镉、砷、汞等的排泄,降低其在体内含量,从而发挥对重金属的解毒作用。
苦荞中含有大量的抗性淀粉和膳食纤维,使苦荞麦产品具有高的饱腹感,低升糖指数和低胰岛素指数,可以改善糖代谢,降低患冠心病、肥胖、糖尿病的风险,防治胆固醇过高和肥胖等;苦荞麦的蛋白质含量在8%-19%之间,氨基酸均衡,生物价高。苦荞蛋白具有抗癌、降胆固醇作用;苦荞麦籽粒中约含有2.1%-3.0%的脂质,三酰基甘油酯是苦荞麦中性脂质的主要组成部分;苦荞粉中除了钙含量相对较低外,其它铁、锌、锰、铜、镁、钾、磷7种矿物质占推荐日摄食量的10%-80%;苦荞麦富含其它谷物相对缺乏的天然有机硒,硒在人体有助于排解人体中的有毒元素,调节机体免疫功能;苦荞中还含有丰富的三价铬,可增强胰岛素功能以改善葡萄糖耐量;苦荞麦籽粒B族维生素含量约为 0.78mg/100g,富含维生素B1、B2、和B6,以及其它谷物中没有的维生素P。
苦荞经过发芽后所得芽菜具有营养丰富,氨基酸配比合理,蛋白质消化利用率高,单糖含量高,不饱和脂肪酸、维生素和矿物质丰富,抗营养因子低,无过敏机制,富含大量生物黄酮类物质的特点,并具有较强的抗氧化,降三高,降低毛细血管通透性和维持微血管循环等功能活性,是一种优质的的营养保健食品资源。
与现有技术相比,本发明专利的有益效果是:
本发明提供的刺梨苦荞苗口服液是一种具有明显降血糖功效的天然无公害饮品,本发明中以刺梨汁和苦荞汁为主要原材料,添加复合稳定剂、蔗糖与柠檬酸协同作用,制备的口服液风味爽口,口感独特,天然无公害,有显著的降血糖作用,可做日常饮品饮用,也可做膳食药用调理高血糖症,是一种营养丰富的饮品。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明专利的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明专利,并非用于限定本发明专利的范围。
实施例1
一种降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选种:剔除破损、虫蛀、霉变、干瘪的种子及杂质,选取新鲜、饱满、发芽率高、成熟度高、贮藏时间不超过两年的苦荞种子;
(2)杀菌催芽:将步骤(1)的苦荞种子用浓度为0.10%KMnO4溶液杀菌15min 后冲洗干净;在含水量为5%沙石基质中引发50h催芽;
(3)播种:取适量催芽后的种子,播种于沙石发芽盘中,沙石盘中均匀平铺沙层厚3cm的无菌无土质沙石,种子播于沙层中1cm处;
(4)芽苗培养:播种后早晚各补水一次,保持沙培湿润,保障种子顺利出芽;播种后48h起,早晚各喷施一次无机盐营养液;设置培养条件:湿度60%,控温23℃,光照强度10000Lx,光照时段为前5d黑暗,后5d光照,每日光照时长12h;其中,无机盐营养液包括如下重量份的原料:Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 472mg/L; KNO3 202mg/L;NH4NO3 80mg/L;KH2PO4 136mg/L;K2SO4 174mg/L;MgSO4 120mg/L;
(5)采收:育苗8d后苦荞芽子叶展平为绿色,下胚轴呈紫红色,近根部为白色,无猝倒病、无烂脖、无异味,并且当芽长达到10cm以上时即可采收;

(9)脱气杀菌:将步骤(8)所述混合汁在真空度为90KPa,配料温度为20℃下脱气30min,然后采用高压灭菌法灭菌,在100℃下灭菌20min后趁热灌装,然后冷却至40℃以下,即得所述刺梨苦荞苗口服液。
实施例2
一种降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选种:剔除破损、虫蛀、霉变、干瘪的种子及杂质,选取新鲜、饱满、发芽率高、成熟度高、贮藏时间不超过两年的苦荞种子;
(2)杀菌催芽:将步骤(1)的苦荞种子用浓度为0.15%KMnO4溶液杀菌12min 后冲洗干净;在含水量为5.7%沙石基质中引发48h催芽;
(3)播种:取适量催芽后的种子,播种于沙石发芽盘中,沙石盘中均匀平铺沙层厚3-5cm的无菌无土质沙石,种子播于沙层中1.5cm处;
(4)芽苗培养:播种后早晚各补水一次,保持沙培湿润,保障种子顺利出芽;播种后48h起,早晚各喷施一次无机盐营养液;设置培养条件:湿度80%,控温25℃,光照强度10000Lx,光照时段为前5d黑暗,后5d光照,每日光照时长12h;其中,无机盐营养液包括如下重量份的原料:Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 472mg/L; KNO3 202mg/L;NH4NO3 80mg/L;KH2PO4 136mg/L;K2SO4 174mg/L;MgSO4 120mg/L;
(5)采收:育苗10d后苦荞芽子叶展平为绿色,下胚轴呈紫红色,近根部为白色,无猝倒病、无烂脖、无异味,并且当芽长达到15cm以上时即可采收;
(6)榨汁:挑选10cm左右的苦荞麦芽,除去种壳及烂根的苦荞麦芽,清洗干净,放入90℃的水中热烫5min;加50倍的水,用榨汁分离机将苦荞麦芽粉碎榨汁,榨汁后放入烧杯中,在60℃下浸提1h,在4500r/min转速下离心10min,过滤得苦荞芽汁;
(7)刺梨榨汁:挑选黄色和橙黄色刺梨果,去除腐烂、虫蛀的刺梨及沙石,用清水洗去刺梨上的泥土及灰尘杂物;用不锈钢破碎机破碎成0.5cm的果块后,送入不锈钢榨汁机压榨取汁,加入1‰的单宁酸水解刺梨果中的单宁,进行脱涩处理;加入1g/kg的山梨酸钾、0.03g/kg EDTA进行防腐护色,静置三天后;再加入明胶和硅藻土澄清,三天后过滤得刺梨汁;
(8)苦荞芽汁与刺梨汁调配:将上述步骤中所得的刺梨汁、苦荞芽汁混合得混合果汁,将复合稳定剂、蔗糖与柠檬酸溶于温水中溶解后加入混合果汁中至均匀状态,得到混合汁;其中刺梨汁:苦荞芽汁:复合稳定剂:蔗糖:柠檬酸的质量比为:35:16:10:9:0.1,其中所述复合稳定剂由CMC、黄原胶、果胶按质量比为15:3:7组成;
(9)脱气杀菌:将步骤(8)所述混合汁在真空度为92KPa,配料温度为20℃下脱气15-30min,然后采用高压灭菌法灭菌,在100℃下灭菌20min后趁热灌装,然后冷却至40℃以下,即得所述刺梨苦荞苗口服液。
实施例3
一种降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选种:剔除破损、虫蛀、霉变、干瘪的种子及杂质,选取新鲜、饱满、发芽率高、成熟度高、贮藏时间不超过两年的苦荞种子;
(2)杀菌催芽:将步骤(1)的苦荞种子用浓度为0.20%KMnO4溶液杀菌15min 后冲洗干净;在含水量为10%沙石基质中引发40h催芽;
(3)播种:取适量催芽后的种子,播种于沙石发芽盘中,沙石盘中均匀平铺沙层厚5cm的无菌无土质沙石,种子播于沙层中1.5cm处;
(4)芽苗培养:播种后早晚各补水一次,保持沙培湿润,保障种子顺利出芽;播种后48h起,早晚各喷施一次无机盐营养液;设置培养条件:湿度80%,控温28℃,光照强度10000Lx,光照时段为前5d黑暗,后5d光照,每日光照时长10h;其中,无机盐营养液包括如下重量份的原料:Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 472mg/L; KNO3 202mg/L;NH4NO3 80mg/L;KH2PO4 136mg/L;K2SO4 174mg/L;MgSO4 120mg/L;
(5)采收:育苗12d后苦荞芽子叶展平为绿色,下胚轴呈紫红色,近根部为白色,无猝倒病、无烂脖、无异味,并且当芽长达到15cm以上时即可采收;
(6)榨汁:挑选10cm左右的苦荞麦芽,除去种壳及烂根的苦荞麦芽,清洗干净,放入100℃的水中热烫3min;加100倍的水,用榨汁分离机将苦荞麦芽粉碎榨汁,榨汁后放入烧杯中,在60℃下浸提1h,在8000r/min转速下离心5min,过滤得苦荞芽汁;
(7)刺梨榨汁:挑选黄色和橙黄色刺梨果,去除腐烂、虫蛀的刺梨及沙石,用清水洗去刺梨上的泥土及灰尘杂物;用不锈钢破碎机破碎成0.3-0.5cm的果块后,送入不锈钢榨汁机压榨取汁,加入1‰的单宁酸水解刺梨果中的单宁,进行脱涩处理;加入1g/kg的山梨酸钾、0.03g/kgEDTA进行防腐护色,静置三天后;再加入明胶和硅藻土澄清,三天后过滤得刺梨汁;
(8)苦荞芽汁与刺梨汁调配:将上述步骤中所得的刺梨汁、苦荞芽汁混合得混合果汁,将复合稳定剂、蔗糖与柠檬酸溶于温水中溶解后加入混合果汁中至均匀状态,得到混合汁;其中刺梨汁:苦荞芽汁:复合稳定剂:蔗糖:柠檬酸的质量比为:35:16:10:9:0.1,其中所述复合稳定剂由CMC、黄原胶、果胶按质量比为15:3:7组成;
(9)脱气杀菌:将步骤(8)所述混合汁在真空度为100KPa,配料温度为25℃下脱气15min,然后采用高压灭菌法灭菌,在100℃下灭菌20min后趁热灌装,然后冷却至40℃以下,即得所述刺梨苦荞苗口服液。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明专利不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明专利的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其它的具体形式实现本发明专利。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明专利的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明专利内,不应将权利要求中的任何标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。

Claims (10)
1.一种降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)选种:剔除破损、虫蛀、霉变、干瘪的种子及杂质,选取新鲜、饱满、发芽率高、成熟度高、贮藏时间不超过两年的苦荞种子;
(2)杀菌催芽:将步骤(1)的苦荞种子用KMnO4溶液杀菌后冲洗干净;在含水量为5-10%沙石基质中引发40-50h催芽;
(3)播种:取适量催芽后的种子,播种于沙石发芽盘中,沙石盘中均匀平铺无菌无土质沙石,种子播于沙层中1-1.5cm处;
(4)芽苗培养:播种后早晚各补水一次,保持沙培湿润,保障种子顺利出芽;播种后48h起,早晚各喷施一次无机盐营养液;
(5)采收:育苗8-12d后苦荞芽子叶展平为绿色,下胚轴呈紫红色,近根部为白色,无猝倒病、无烂脖、无异味,并且当芽长达到10-15cm以上时即可采收;
(6)榨汁:挑选10cm左右的苦荞麦芽,除去种壳及烂根的苦荞麦芽,清洗干净,放入80-100℃的水中热烫3-10min;加50-100倍的水,用榨汁分离机将苦荞麦芽粉碎榨汁,榨汁后放入烧杯中,在55-60℃下浸提1-2h,在4000-8000r/min转速下离心5-20min,过滤得苦荞芽汁;
(7)刺梨榨汁:挑选黄色和橙黄色刺梨果,去除腐烂、虫蛀的刺梨及沙石,用清水洗去刺梨上的泥土及灰尘杂物;用不锈钢破碎机破碎成0.3-0.5cm的果块后,送入不锈钢榨汁机压榨取汁,加入1‰的单宁酸水解刺梨果中的单宁,进行脱涩处理;加入1g/kg的山梨酸钾、0.03g/kgEDTA进行防腐护色,静置三天后;再加入明胶和硅藻土澄清,三天后过滤得刺梨汁;
(8)苦荞芽汁与刺梨汁调配:将上述步骤中所得的刺梨汁、苦荞芽汁混合得混合果汁,将复合稳定剂、蔗糖与柠檬酸溶于温水中溶解后加入混合果汁中至均匀状态,得到混合汁;
(9)脱气杀菌:将步骤(8)所述混合汁脱气,然后采用高压灭菌法灭菌后趁热灌装,然后冷却至40℃以下,即得所述刺梨苦荞苗口服液。
2.如权利要求1所述的降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述KMnO4溶液浓度为0.10%-0.20%,杀菌时间为10~15min。
3.如权利要求1所述的降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述沙石盘中沙层厚3-5cm,所述沙石是普通河沙经淘洗去掉土质部分,在120℃下烘干,过筛后在150℃高温与紫外灯下杀菌2h后所得。
4.如权利要求1所述的降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述培养条件:湿度60-80%,控温23-28℃,光照强度10000Lx,光照时段为前5d黑暗,后5d光照,每日光照时长10-12h。
5.如权利要求1所述的降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述无机盐营养液包括如下重量份的原料:Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 472mg/L;KNO3 202mg/L;NH4NO380mg/L;KH2PO4 136mg/L;K2SO4 174mg/L;MgSO4 120mg/L。
6.如权利要求1所述的降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(8)中所述刺梨汁:苦荞芽汁:复合稳定剂:蔗糖:柠檬酸的质量比为:35:16:10:9:0.1。
7.如权利要求1所述的降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(8)中所述复合稳定剂由CMC、黄原胶、果胶按质量比为15:3:7组成。
8.如权利要求1所述的降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(9)中所述脱气条件:真空度为90-100KPa,配料温度为20-25℃,脱气15-30min。
9.如权利要求1所述的降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(9)中所述高压杀菌法,是在100-120℃下灭菌10-20min。
10.一种权利要求1制备的降血糖刺梨苦荞苗口服液,其特征在于:以刺梨、苦荞芽为主要原料按一定比例复配制成的产品。
