Abstract
本发明提供能够显示出高的经时粘接力、且粘合片与被粘物之间的排气性良好的粘合片。根据本发明,可提供一种粘合片,其具备薄膜状基材、和设置于该薄膜状基材的至少一侧的表面的粘合剂层。该粘合片具备覆盖所述粘合剂层表面的局部的涂层,由此使该粘合剂层表面具有涂层配置部和涂层非配置部。另外,所述粘合剂层表面中的所述涂层非配置部的面积比例为70%以上。进而,在从上方观察所述粘合剂层表面时,所述涂层配置部具有从该粘合剂层的一端向另一端延伸成线状的部分。而且,所述延伸成线状的部分的宽度在0.1~2mm的范围内。

技术领域
本发明涉及粘合片。
本申请基于2014年11月28日申请的日本专利申请2014-242183号和2015年8月21日申请的日本专利申请2015-164270号主张优先权,这些申请的全部内容作为参照引用至本说明书中。
背景技术
通常,粘合剂(也称为压敏粘接剂。以下相同。)在室温附近的温度区域呈现出柔软的固体(粘弹性体)的状态,具有通过压力容易地粘接于被粘物的性质。利用这样的性质,粘合剂以在基材的至少一侧的表面设置有粘合剂层的带有基材的粘合片的形态,出于例如固定各种物品、或各种物品的表面保护、或者装饰等得到期望的外观等目的而被广泛使用。作为公开这种现有技术的文献,可列举出专利文献1。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
以往的粘合片中,在将粘合片粘贴至被粘物时,在粘合片和被粘物之间残留空气等流动性异物,该异物成为气泡等(空气积存等)而导致外观品质的降低。上述那样的气泡等在降低粘接力等对粘合特性产生不良影响方面也是不期待的。为了预防这样的气泡等的产生、或赋予将产生了的气泡等除去的性质(以下也称为“排气性”。),而提出了在粘合剂层的表面局部层叠非粘合性层的技术(专利文献1)。然而,专利文献1所述的技术中,非粘合性层在粘合剂层表面所占的面积比例高,因此不能充分应对粘接力呈降低倾向等对于粘合特性的影响。通过本发明人等的研究证实,特别是对于在粘贴后继续要求高的粘接力的用途,并不是可靠性高的粘接手段。
本发明是鉴于上述的情况而创造出来的,其目的在于提供能够显示出高的经时粘接力、且粘合片与被粘物之间的排气性良好的粘合片。
用于解决问题的方案
根据本发明,提供一种粘合片,其具备薄膜状基材、和设置于该薄膜状基材的至少一侧的表面的粘合剂层。该粘合片具备覆盖所述粘合剂层表面的局部的涂层,由此使该粘合剂层表面具有涂层配置部和涂层非配置部。另外,所述粘合剂层表面中的所述涂层非配置部的面积比例为70%以上。进而,在从上方观察所述粘合剂层表面时,所述涂层配置部具有从该粘合剂层的一端向另一端延伸成线状的部分。而且,所述延伸成线状的部分的宽度在0.1~2mm的范围内。
作为通常的倾向,关于粘合片,若其粘合面的面积变小,则与其成比例地粘接性也降低。在粘合片的粘合面配置了涂层的情况下,可认为粘合面的露出面积仅减少涂层的被覆的量,因此显示出相同的倾向。实际上,在后述的实施例中,粘合剂层表面的涂层的面积变大、粘合剂层的露出面积减少时,与其成比例地刚粘贴后的初始粘接力降低。然而,本发明人等的研究证实,对于经时粘接力显示出与上述初始粘接力不同的倾向。具体而言,证实了:在将涂层配置在粘合剂层表面的局部的构成中,在将粘合剂层表面的涂层非配置部的面积比例设为低于70%的情况下,难以表现出刚粘贴后的粘接力上升,与上述面积比例为70%以上的情况相比,经时粘接力的不足倾向增大(参照后述的实施例)。因此,此处公开的技术中,将上述涂层非配置部的面积比例设为70%以上而得到高的经时粘接力。当然,涂层非配置部的面积变大时,涂层配置部的面积相对变小。因此,可能会损害在粘合片和被粘物之间赋予排气性这样的涂层原本的作用。因此,此处公开的技术中,以从上方观察粘合剂层表面时具有从粘合剂层的一端向另一端延伸成线状的部分的方式配置涂层,且将该延伸成线状的部分的宽度设在0.1~2mm的范围内。由此,对于可显示出高的经时粘接力的粘合片,能够实现良好的排气性。上述延伸成线状的部分的宽度优选设为0.2mm以上(例如0.3mm以上、进而0.5mm以上),另外优选设为1.2mm以下(更优选为0.7mm以下、进一步优选为0.4mm以下)。需要说明的是,在该说明书中经时粘接力是指自向被粘物的粘贴起经过24小时以上后的粘接力。
此处公开的粘合片的优选的一方式中,在所述粘合剂层表面配置有多个所述延伸成线状的部分。另外,所述多个延伸成线状的部分中的构成一组的多个延伸成线状的部分在其宽度方向上隔开间隔配置,由此使所述涂层配置部具有条纹状图案。通过以此方式构成,从而通过构成条纹状图案的多个延伸成线状的部分,可有效地除去会滞留在被粘物表面和粘合面之间的空气等。
此处公开的粘合片的优选的一方式中,所述涂层配置部包含第1条纹状图案部和第2条纹状图案部,所述第2条纹状图案部以与该第1条纹状图案部交叉的方式配置,由此使所述涂层配置部具有格子状图案。通过以此方式构成,从而可有效地除去会滞留在被粘物表面和粘合面之间的空气等。
此处公开的粘合片的优选的一方式中,在所述涂层配置部,构成一个条纹状图案的多个延伸成线状的部分的间隔在1.0~10mm的范围内。通过以此方式构成,从而平衡良好地兼顾高的经时粘接力和排气性。上述延伸成线状的部分的间隔更优选为1.5~8mm、进一步优选为2.5~5mm。
此处公开的粘合片的优选的一方式中,局部配置有所述涂层的粘合性表面显示出13N/25mm以上的经过24小时后的180度剥离强度。根据此处公开的技术,在设置涂层的构成中,能够实现上述的剥离强度。
另外,根据本发明,提供一种带有剥离衬垫的粘合片,其具备:此处公开的任意的粘合片、和保护该粘合片的粘合剂层表面的剥离衬垫。而且,该剥离衬垫的表面的所述粘合剂层侧的表面平滑地形成。通过以此方式构成,从而有使粘合特性提高的倾向。另外,根据此处公开的技术,在采用上述构成,并将剥离衬垫作为涂层转印用薄膜利用时,能够实现良好的涂层转印性。
另外,根据本发明,提供一种粘合片用剥离衬垫,其具备至少一侧的表面为剥离性表面的剥离性支撑体。该剥离衬垫的所述剥离性支撑体的剥离性表面上设置有可转印于粘合片的涂层,由此,该剥离性表面具有涂层配置部和涂层非配置部。另外,所述剥离性表面的所述涂层非配置部的面积比例为70%以上。进而,所述涂层具有从所述剥离性表面的一端向另一端延伸成线状的部分。而且,所述延伸成线状的部分的宽度在0.1~2mm的范围内。通过使用这样的剥离衬垫而将涂层转印至粘合片的粘合剂层表面上,从而能够优选地实现高度兼顾了高的经时粘接力和良好的排气性的粘合片。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的优选的实施方式进行说明。需要说明的是,对于除了在本说明书中特别提及的事项以外的实施本发明所需的事项,本领域技术人员可以基于本说明书所记载的有关发明的实施的教导和申请时的技术常识来理解。本发明可以基于本说明书所公开的内容和该领域中的技术常识来实施。另外,在以下的附图中,有时使用相同符号对发挥相同作用的构件/部位进行说明,重复的说明有时省略或简化。另外,为了清楚地对本发明进行说明而对附图中记载的实施方式进行了示意化,其并不一定准确地表示作为产品实际提供的本发明的粘合片的大小、比例尺。
另外,本说明书中的粘合片的概念中包括可称为粘合带、粘合标签、粘合薄膜等的物质。另外,此处公开的粘合片可为卷状、也可为片状。或者,也可为进一步加工成各种形状的形态的片。
图1是示意性地示出一实施方式的粘合片的俯视图,图2是图1的II-II线的截面图。一边参照附图一边对该实施方式的粘合片进行说明。
如图1、2所示,该实施方式的粘合片1具有薄膜状基材10和粘合剂层20的层叠结构。薄膜状基材10支撑粘合剂层20。在粘合片1中,粘合剂层20侧的表面20A构成粘合性表面1A。粘合片1的另一表面(薄膜状基材10侧的表面)1B为非粘合性的表面。
在粘合剂层20的表面20A局部配置有涂层30。换言之,粘合剂层表面20A被涂层30局部覆盖,其具有:配置了涂层30的涂层配置部50、和未配置涂层30而粘合剂层20在表面露出的涂层非配置部51。该涂层30在粘合片1粘贴至被粘物时,在粘合片1与被粘物之间成为空气等通过的通路,赋予排气性。需要说明的是,关于涂层30,其表面可与粘合剂层表面20A为同面,也可厚度方向的至少一部相对于粘合剂层表面20A突出。
在从上方观察粘合剂层表面20A时,涂层配置部50呈现出规定的图案(涂层图案)60。在该实施方式中,涂层配置部50呈现出格子状图案60。基于涂层30的格子状图案60具体而言,在从上方观察粘合剂层表面20A时,包含第1条纹状图案部70、和第2条纹状图案部80,所述第2条纹状图案部80以与第1条纹状图案部70交叉的方式配置。
第1条纹状图案部70由从粘合剂层20的一端向另一端延伸成直线状的多个长条部(带状部分)75A、75B、75C构成,这些多个长条部75A、75B、75C在其宽度方向上隔开间隔平行地配置。在该实施方式中,长条部75A、75B、75C以使其长度方向与粘合片1的宽度方向的端部交叉的角度进行配置,分别达到粘合剂层20的两端。需要说明的是,在该说明书中“长条部”是指具有长度方向和宽度方向(与长度方向垂直的方向)的部分,典型的是,无论直线状、曲线状,为延伸成带状的部分。长条部可换言为延伸成线状的部分。
第2条纹状图案部80也与第1条纹状图案部70相同地,由从粘合剂层20的一端向另一端延伸成直线状的多个长条部(带状部分)85A、85B、85C构成,这些多个长条部85A、85B、85C在其宽度方向上隔开间隔平行地配置。在该实施方式中,长条部85A、85B、85C以使其长度方向与粘合片1的宽度方向的端部交叉的角度进行配置,分别达到粘合剂层20的两端。需要说明的是,在该实施方式中,长条部75A、75B、75C、85A、85B、85C为直线状,但不限定于此,各长条部可延伸成曲线状。此时,多个长条部可形成的条纹状图案可为波状等。
另外,在该实施方式中,关于第1条纹状图案部70与第2条纹状图案部80,以第1条纹状图案部70的长条部75A、75B、75C与第2条纹状图案部80的长条部85A、85B、85C几乎垂直的方式交叉。因此,第1条纹状图案部70的长条部75A、75B、75C与第2条纹状图案部80的长条部85A、85B、85C局部重叠。
需要说明的是,在本说明书中格子状图案典型的是包含相互交叉的2个条纹状图案部的图案,不仅包含如本实施方式那样的斜向格子,而且也包含正方格子、三角格子等各种格子形状。长条部为直线状时,2个条纹状图案部的交叉角度(锐角侧)可设定在10度~90度(优选45度~90度、典型的是60度~90度)的范围内。另外,此处公开的格子状图案中也包含:重复弯曲的含有由多个长条部构成的条纹状图案部的图案、例如六角格子那样的图案。那样的图案可以是相邻的长条部彼此一部分连接而成的图案。从排气性的观点出发,涂层配置部优选具有1或2个以上的条纹状图案部。因此,涂层配置部(典型的是格子状图案)可以具有第3条纹状图案部。
涂层配置部50中的各长条部75A、75B、75C、85A、85B、85C的宽度(W1)设定在0.1~2mm的范围内。由此,能够兼顾高的经时粘接力和良好的排气性。从排气性提高的观点出发,上述长条部的宽度W1优选为0.2mm以上、更优选为0.3mm以上、进一步优选为0.5mm以上。从粘接力、外观等的观点出发,上述长条部的宽度W1优选为1.2mm以下、更优选为1.0mm以下、进一步优选为0.7mm以下、特别优选为0.5mm以下、最优选为0.4mm以下。
在涂层配置部50中构成第1条纹状图案部70的长条部75A、75B、75C的间隔W2优选设定在1.0~10mm的范围内。由此,对于长条部的宽度设定在上述的范围内的构成,平衡良好地兼顾高的经时粘接力和排气性的倾向提高。此处长条部的间隔W2是指在粘合剂层表面中存在于相邻的2个长条部之间的部分的宽度。从经时粘接力提高等的观点出发,上述长条部的间隔W2更优选为1.5mm以上、进一步优选为2.5mm以上。上述长条部的间隔W2可以为8mm以下(例如5mm以下、典型的是3mm以下)左右。构成第2条纹状图案部80的长条部85A、85B、85C的间隔也可从作为上述长条部75A、75B、75C的间隔W2所例示的范围内优选地设定。上述间隔W2优选为等间隔。
从平衡良好地兼顾高的经时粘接力和排气性的观点出发,长条部的间距优选设在1~20mm的范围内。上述长条部的间距更优选为1.5mm以上、进一步优选为2mm以上(例如2.5mm以上)、更优选为15mm以下(例如12mm以下)、进一步优选为5mm以下。需要说明的是,上述间距是指上述长条部的宽度方向的中心线之间的距离(间隔)。
粘合片1可为在使用前如图3所示具有粘合剂层20由至少粘合剂层表面20A侧为剥离面的剥离衬垫40保护的构成的带有剥离衬垫的粘合片1的形态。或者还可为薄膜状基材10的背面(与粘合剂层20侧的表面处于相反侧的面)为剥离面,通过卷绕粘合片1而使粘合剂层20抵接于该背面,粘合剂层20由薄膜状基材10的背面保护的构成。这样的仅单面具有粘接性的单面粘接性的粘合片(单面粘合片)在例如对与粘合性表面处于相反侧的表面要求装饰性、表面保护性等特性的情况、作为涂料代替片使用的情况下是适合的。
另外,此处公开的粘合片为图4所示的双面粘接类型的带有基材的粘合片(双面粘合片)的情况下,粘合片2可具有如下的构成:在薄膜状基材10的各面(均为非剥离性)分别设置粘合剂层21、22,这些粘合剂层21、22分别由至少该粘合剂层侧为剥离面的剥离衬垫41、42保护。需要说明的是,该粘合片2中,仅在粘合剂层21的表面局部配置有涂层30,在粘合剂层22的表面未设置涂层。或者,虽然没有特别图示,但双面粘合片可以具有如下的构成:在薄膜状基材的各面(均为非剥离性)分别设置粘合剂层,这些当中的一个粘合剂层由双面为剥离面的剥离衬垫保护。这种粘合片通过卷绕该粘合片而使另一侧的粘合剂层抵接于剥离衬垫的背面,从而成为由1个剥离衬垫保护2个粘合剂层的构成。上述双面粘合片可优选用于例如接合固定用途等。
<粘合片的特性等>
此处公开的粘合片的特征在于:其粘合剂层表面的涂层非配置部的面积比例(也可为粘合片的粘接面(粘合性表面)中的涂层非配置部的面积比例。)为70%以上。由此,能够确保高的经时粘接力。上述面积比例优选为75%以上、更选为80%以上。从得到良好的排气性的观点出发,上述面积比例优选为90%以下、更优选为85%以下。
在优选的一方式中,粘合片的粘合性表面(典型的是由粘合剂层表面和涂层表面构成)显示出13N/25mm以上的经过24小时后的180度剥离强度(以下也称为“经过24小时后的粘接力”。)。利用上述粘合片,具有良好的空气等排气性的同时能够发挥规定以上的经时粘接力。上述经过24小时后的粘接力优选为14N/25mm以上(例如16N/25mm以上)。需要说明的是,上述经过24小时后的粘接力通过下述的方法测定即可。具体而言,对于将粘合片切成宽度25mm、长度100mm的大小的测定样品,在23℃、50%RH的环境下,将2kg的辊往复1次而使上述测定样品的粘合性表面压接在不锈钢板(SUS304BA板)的表面上。将其在相同环境下放置24小时后,使用万能拉伸压缩试验机,依据JIS Z 0237:2000,在拉伸速度300mm/分钟、剥离角度180度的条件下测定剥离强度(N/25mm)。更具体而言,通过后述的实施例中记载的方法进行测定。
在优选的一方式中,粘合片为透明性(包含半透明。)的粘合片。这样的粘合片中,在粘合片和被粘物之间混入气泡等时,隔着粘合片能辨认出该气泡等而容易使外观性损害。根据此处公开的技术,可防止在粘合片与被粘物之间的气泡等的产生,因此对于具有透明性的粘合片可得到优异的外观性。具体而言,上述粘合片可为显示出80%以上(例如90%以上、典型的是95%以上)的总透光率的粘合片。另外,粘合片的雾度值优选为10%以下(例如5%以下)。上述总透光率和雾度值依据JIS K 7136:2000并使用市售的透过率计(例如,商品名“HAZEMETER HM-150”、村上色彩技术研究所公司制)来测定即可。后述的薄膜状基材的总透光率和雾度值也利用相同的方法进行测定。
此处公开的粘合片(包含粘合剂层和基材,但不包含剥离衬垫。)的总厚度没有特别限定,设在约2~1000μm的范围是适合的,优选为5~500μm(例如10~300μm、典型的是30~100μm)。限制了总厚度的粘合片在应用该粘合片的产品的小型化、轻量化、省资源化等方面变得有利。
<薄膜状基材>
作为此处公开的薄膜状基材,例如可以使用:树脂薄膜、纸、布、橡胶薄膜、发泡体薄膜、金属箔、它们的复合体、层叠体等。其中,从粘贴性、外观性的观点出发,优选包含树脂薄膜层。从尺寸稳定性、厚度精度、加工性、拉伸强度等的观点出发包含树脂薄膜层也是有利的。作为树脂薄膜的例子,可列举出:聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、乙烯/丙烯共聚物等聚烯烃系树脂薄膜;聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯等聚酯系树脂薄膜;氯乙烯系树脂薄膜;醋酸乙烯酯系树脂薄膜;聚酰亚胺系树脂薄膜;聚酰胺系树脂薄膜;氟系树脂薄膜;玻璃纸;等。作为优选例,可列举出:由PE、PP、PET形成的树脂薄膜。在树脂薄膜中,更优选聚酯薄膜,其中进一步优选PET薄膜。薄膜状基材可为单层结构,也可具有2层或3层以上的多层结构。
在优选的一方式中,薄膜状基材为具备发泡体薄膜的基材(含有发泡体的基材)。由此,可对粘合片赋予冲击吸收功能。此处发泡体薄膜是指具备具有气泡(气泡结构)的部分的薄膜状结构体。含有发泡体的基材可为由发泡体薄膜构成的单层结构体,也可为2层以上的多层结构中的至少1层由发泡体薄膜(发泡体层)构成的多层结构体。作为含有发泡体的基材的构成例,可列举出层叠有发泡体薄膜(发泡体层)和非发泡体薄膜(非发泡体层)的复合基材。非发泡体薄膜(非发泡体层)是指未进行为了制成发泡体的刻意的处理(例如气泡导入处理)的薄膜状结构体,是指实质上不具有气泡结构的薄膜。作为非发泡体薄膜的典型例,可列举出发泡倍率低于1.1倍(例如低于1.05倍、典型的是低于1.01倍)的树脂薄膜(例如PET等聚酯系树脂薄膜)。薄膜状基材包含2层以上的发泡体层时,这些发泡体层的材质、结构可以相同也可以不同。另外,发泡体薄膜具有包含发泡体层的多层结构时,从使层间密合性提高的观点出发,各层之间也可配置粘接层。
上述发泡体薄膜的平均气泡直径没有特别限定,通常为10μm~200μm是适合的、优选为20μm~180μm、进一步优选为30μm~150μm。通过将平均气泡直径设为10μm以上,从而有使冲击吸收性提高的倾向。另一方面,通过将平均气泡直径设为200μm以下,从而有使操作性、防水性(止水性)提高的倾向。
发泡体薄膜的平均气泡直径(μm)可以通过使用市售的低真空扫描电子显微镜来获得发泡体截面的放大图像并进行图像分析而求出。分析的气泡数设为10~20个左右即可。作为低真空扫描电子显微镜,可以使用例如:Hitachi High-Tech Science SystemsCo.,Ltd.制的商品名“S-3400N型扫描电子显微镜”。
上述发泡体薄膜的密度(表观密度)没有特别限定,通常设为0.01g/cm3以上是适合的,优选为0.01~0.7g/cm3、进一步优选为0.02~0.5g/cm3。通过将密度设为0.01g/cm3以上,从而有使发泡体薄膜的强度(甚至是粘合片的强度)提高、耐冲击性、操作性提高的倾向。另一方面,通过将密度设为0.7g/cm3以下,从而有不会使柔软性过度降低,使高度差追随性提高的倾向。
发泡体薄膜的密度(表观密度)依据JIS K 7222:1999中记载的方法进行测定。具体而言,将发泡体薄膜冲裁成100mm×100mm的大小来制作试样,测定该试样的尺寸。另外,使用测定端子的直径为20mm的1/100直读式厚度计来测定试样的厚度。基于这些值计算出发泡体薄膜试样的体积。另外,通过最小刻度0.01g以上的上皿天秤来测定上述试样的重量。可以基于这些值求出发泡体薄膜的表观密度(g/cm3)。
上述发泡体薄膜的50%压缩载荷没有特别限定。从耐冲击性的观点出发,发泡体薄膜显示出0.1N/cm2以上的50%压缩载荷是适合的。通过使50%压缩载荷为规定值以上,从而在例如发泡体薄膜的厚度薄(例如100μm左右的厚度)时,能够在被压缩时也示出充分的阻力(在被压缩时反推的力),保持良好的耐冲击性。上述50%压缩载荷优选为0.2N/cm2以上、更优选为0.5N/cm2以上。另外,从平衡良好地兼顾柔软性和耐冲击性的观点出发,上述50%压缩载荷为8N/cm2以下是适合的、优选为6N/cm2以下、更优选为3N/cm2以下。
发泡体薄膜的50%压缩载荷(硬度)依据JIS K 6767:1999进行测定。具体而言,将发泡体薄膜切成100mm×100mm,以总厚度为2mm以上的方式进行层叠,将其作为测定样品。在室温条件下,使用压缩试验机以10mm/分钟的速度对上述测定样品进行压缩,将压缩率到达50%时(相对于初始厚度,厚度压缩至50%为止的时间点)并保持10秒后的值(回弹应力:N/cm2)作为50%压缩载荷进行记录。对于其它条件(例如夹具、计算方法等)而言,依据JISK 6767:1999即可。
构成此处公开的发泡薄膜的发泡体的气泡结构没有特别限制。作为气泡结构,可为连续气泡结构、独立气泡结构、半连续半独立气泡结构的任一种。从冲击吸收性的观点出发,优选连续气泡结构、半连续半独立气泡结构。
发泡体薄膜的材质没有特别限制。发泡体薄膜典型的是可由包含聚合物成分(例如热塑性聚合物)的材料形成。通常优选由塑料材料的发泡体(塑料发泡体)形成的发泡体薄膜。用于形成塑料发泡体的塑料材料(是包含橡胶材料的含义。)没有特别限制,可以从公知的塑料材料中适当选择。塑料材料(典型的是热塑性聚合物)可以单独使用1种或适当组合使用2种以上。需要说明的是,以下有时将薄膜状基材、发泡体薄膜中所含的聚合物成分的主要成分(典型的是包含超过50重量%的成分)称为“基础聚合物”。
作为发泡体的具体例,可列举出:PE制发泡体、PP制发泡体等聚烯烃制树脂发泡体;PET制发泡体、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯制发泡体、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯制发泡体等聚酯系树脂制发泡体;聚氯乙烯制发泡体等聚氯乙烯系树脂制发泡体;醋酸乙烯酯系树脂制发泡体;丙烯酸系树脂制发泡体;聚苯硫醚树脂制发泡体;聚酰胺(尼龙)树脂制发泡体、全芳香族聚酰胺(芳纶)树脂制发泡体等酰胺系树脂制发泡体;聚酰亚胺系树脂制发泡体;聚醚醚酮(PEEK)制发泡体;聚苯乙烯制发泡体等苯乙烯系树脂制发泡体;聚氨酯树脂制发泡体等氨酯系树脂制发泡体;等。另外,作为发泡体,还可以使用聚氯丁橡胶制发泡体等橡胶系树脂制发泡体。
在优选的一方式中,作为发泡体使用丙烯酸系树脂发泡体(丙烯酸系树脂制发泡体)。此处丙烯酸系树脂发泡体是指包含丙烯酸系聚合物作为基础聚合物的发泡体。本说明书中的丙烯酸系聚合物的定义如后所述。作为构成丙烯酸系聚合物的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯,优选使用具有碳原子数1~20(优选为1~8、典型的是1~4)的链状烷基的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的1种或2种以上。作为(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的优选例,可列举出:丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸2-乙基己酯。作为主要单体的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的量设为丙烯酸系聚合物的全部单体成分中的70重量%以上是适合的,优选为75重量%以上(例如80重量%以上)。另外,上述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的量为全部单体成分中的98重量%以下是适合的、优选为97重量%以下(例如96重量%以下)。
与作为主要单体的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯具有共聚性的副单体可有助于向丙烯酸系聚合物中导入交联点、或使丙烯酸系聚合物的内聚力提高。作为副单体,例如可以使用:含羧基单体、含羟基单体、含酸酐基单体、含酰胺基单体、含氨基单体、含氰基单体、具有含氮原子的环的单体等含官能团的单体的1种或2种以上。副单体还可为醋酸乙烯酯等乙烯基酯系单体、苯乙烯等芳香族乙烯基化合物、含磺酸基单体、含磷酸基单体等。上述副单体的量设为丙烯酸系聚合物的全部单体成分中的0.5重量%以上是适合的,优选为1重量%以上。另外,副单体的量为全部单体成分中的30重量%以下是适合的,优选为10重量%以下。
在使用乳液型的树脂组合物,采用搅拌等机械地混入空气等气体的发泡方法来形成发泡体时,优选使构成丙烯酸系聚合物的单体成分中包含含氮原子单体作为副单体。由此,在发泡时容易产生气泡,另外,在发泡体形成时(典型的是上述树脂组合物的干燥时)上述组合物的粘度上升而可发挥容易使气泡保持在发泡体内这样的作用。
作为上述含氮原子单体,例如可列举出:丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈等含氰基单体;N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮等含内酰胺环单体;(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N-羟基乙基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺、双丙酮丙烯酰胺等含酰胺基单体;等。它们可以单独使用1种或组合使用2种以上。其中优选丙烯腈等含氰基单体、N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮等含内酰胺环单体。
上述含氮原子单体的量设为丙烯酸系聚合物的全部单体成分中的2重量%以上是适合的,优选为3重量%以上(例如4重量%以上)。另外,上述含氮原子单体的量为全部单体成分中的30重量%以下是适合的、优选为25重量%以下(例如20重量%以下)。
得到丙烯酸系聚合物的方法没有特别限定,可以适当采用溶液聚合法、乳液聚合法、本体聚合法、悬浮聚合法、活性能量射线聚合法(例如UV聚合法)等作为丙烯酸系聚合物的合成方法已知的各种聚合方法。例如,可以通过使单体混合物溶解或分散在适当的聚合溶剂(甲苯、醋酸乙酯、水等)中,使用偶氮系聚合引发剂、过氧化物系引发剂等聚合引发剂来进行聚合操作,从而能够得到期望的丙烯酸系聚合物。从起泡性、环境方面出发,优选使用利用乳液聚合法得到的丙烯酸系树脂发泡体(乳液型丙烯酸系树脂发泡体)。
从提高内聚力的观点出发,丙烯酸系树脂发泡体形成用组合物优选包含交联剂。交联剂的种类没有特别限制,可以适当选择并使用各种交联剂的1种或2种以上。作为交联剂的优选例,可列举出:异氰酸酯系交联剂、环氧系交联剂、噁唑啉系交联剂、碳化二亚胺系交联剂、三聚氰胺系交联剂、金属氧化物系交联剂。其中,优选噁唑啉系交联剂。交联剂的用量没有特别限制,从相对于丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份为约10重量份以下(例如约0.005~10重量份、优选为约0.01~5重量份)的范围中选择是适当的。
在其它优选的一方式中,作为发泡体使用聚烯烃系树脂发泡体(聚烯烃制树脂发泡体)。作为构成上述聚烯烃系发泡体的塑料材料,可以没有特别限定地使用公知或惯用的各种聚烯烃系树脂。例如可列举出:低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、直链状低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、茂金属催化剂系直链状低密度聚乙烯等聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物等。这样的聚烯烃系树脂可以单独使用1种或适当组合使用2种以上。
作为此处公开的技术中的发泡体薄膜的优选例,从耐冲击性、防水性等的观点出发,可列举出:实质上由聚乙烯系树脂的发泡体构成的聚乙烯系发泡体薄膜、实质上由聚丙烯系树脂的发泡体构成的聚丙烯系发泡体薄膜等。此处,聚乙烯系树脂是指将乙烯作为主要单体(即,单体中的主要成分)的树脂,除了HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE等以外,还可包含乙烯的共聚比例超过50重量%的乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物等。相同地,聚丙烯系树脂是指将丙烯作为主要单体的树脂。作为此处公开的技术中的发泡体薄膜,可优选采用聚丙烯系发泡体薄膜。
发泡体薄膜的发泡方法没有特别限定,可以根据目的、操作性等单独使用或组合使用化学方法、物理方法等方法。从污染性等的观点出发优选物理发泡法。具体而言,可列举出:使烃等低沸点化合物、热膨胀微球等发泡剂预先包含在薄膜形成材料中,由该发泡剂形成气泡的发泡方法;机械地使空气等气体混入的发泡方法;利用了除去水等溶剂的溶剂除去发泡法;利用了超临界流体的发泡法等。还可优选地采用例如在加压条件下向发泡体薄膜形成用聚合物中注入非活性气体(例如二氧化碳),通过对其进行减压而形成发泡体薄膜的方法。根据该方法,容易将平均气泡直径限制为规定以下、且容易使发泡体薄膜低密度化。
通过采用上述那样的发泡方法,从而可制作发泡体薄膜。发泡体薄膜的形成没有特别限制,例如,在采用机械地使空气等气体混入的发泡方法时,可以之后通过将包含气泡的树脂组合物(例如乳液型树脂组合物)涂布在基材或剥离纸等上并使其干燥而得到发泡体薄膜。从气泡稳定性等的观点出发,干燥优选包括50℃以上且低于125℃的预干燥工序、和125℃~200℃的主干燥工序。或者,也可以使用压延机、挤出机、输送带铸造等来连续地形成薄膜状的发泡体,也可采用以间歇式将发泡体形成材料的混炼物发泡成形的方法。在进行发泡体薄膜的形成时,可以通过切片加工而除去表层部分,调整为期望的厚度、发泡特性。
可包含在上述发泡体薄膜中的热塑性聚合物(例如聚烯烃系聚合物)中可包含在常温下显示出作为橡胶的性质、在高温下显示出热塑性的热塑性弹性体。从柔软性、追随性的观点出发,例如可以使用:乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯-二烯共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚丁烯、聚异丁烯、氯化聚乙烯等烯烃系弹性体;苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物等苯乙烯系弹性体;热塑性聚酯系弹性体;热塑性聚氨酯系弹性体;热塑性丙烯酸系弹性体;等热塑性弹性体中的1种或2种以上,其中,优选使用玻璃化转变温度为室温以下(例如20℃以下)的热塑性弹性体。上述发泡体薄膜中的热塑性弹性体的含有比例优选设为发泡体薄膜中的热塑性聚合物的约10~90重量%(例如20~80重量%)左右。
从气泡形成气体的混入性、气泡的稳定性的观点出发,发泡体薄膜形成材料(例如乳液型丙烯酸系树脂组合物)可以使用例如阴离子性表面活性剂、阳离子性表面活性剂、非离子性表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂等各种表面活性剂作为起泡剂。也可以使用烃系、氟系的表面活性剂。其中,从气泡直径的微细化、气泡稳定性的观点出发,优选阴离子性表面活性剂、更优选硬脂酸铵等脂肪酸铵(典型的是高级脂肪酸铵)系表面活性剂。上述表面活性剂可以单独使用1种或组合使用2种以上。相对于发泡体薄膜的基础聚合物100重量份,上述表面活性剂的含量优选设为0.1~10重量份(例如0.5~8重量份)左右。需要说明的是,本说明书中的起泡剂不仅包含显示出起泡作用的成分,而且还包含使气泡直径微细化的气泡直径调整剂、稳泡剂等气泡稳定剂。
发泡体薄膜形成材料为水性分散液(例如丙烯酸系乳液)时,优选使用有机硅系化合物作为上述起泡剂。由此,有使压缩后的厚度恢复性(恢复的程度、速度)提高的倾向。作为有机硅系化合物,优选硅氧烷键为2000以下的有机硅系化合物。作为有机硅系化合物,例如可列举出:硅油、改性硅油、有机硅树脂等。其中,优选二甲基硅油、甲基苯基硅油。作为有机硅系化合物,还可以使用有机硅改性聚合物(例如,有机硅改性丙烯酸系聚合物、有机硅改性氨酯系聚合物等)。它们可以单独使用1种或组合使用2种以上。相对于发泡体薄膜的基础聚合物100重量份,有机硅系化合物的含量优选设为0.01~5重量份(例如0.05~4重量份、典型的是0.1~3重量份)左右。
另外,从气泡稳定性、成膜性提高的观点出发,发泡体薄膜形成材料(例如乳液型丙烯酸系树脂组合物)还可以包含增稠剂。作为增稠剂,没有特别限制,例如可列举出:丙烯酸系增稠剂、氨酯系增稠剂、聚乙烯醇系增稠剂等。其中,优选聚丙烯酸系增稠剂、氨酯系增稠剂。相对于发泡体薄膜的基础聚合物100重量份,增稠剂的含量优选设为0.1~10重量份(例如0.1~5重量份)左右。
在使用含有发泡体的基材作为上述薄膜状基材时,发泡体薄膜优选包含例如金属氢氧化物(例如氢氧化镁)等气泡成核剂。由此,有使发泡体薄膜中的平均气泡直径的调整变得容易,容易得到期望的冲击吸收性、柔软性等的倾向。气泡成核剂可为金属氧化物、复合氧化物、金属碳酸盐、金属硫酸盐等。相对于发泡体薄膜的基础聚合物100重量份,气泡成核剂的含量优选设为0.5~125重量份(例如1~120重量份)左右。
在使用含有发泡体的基材作为上述薄膜状基材时,从抑制气泡形成时从发泡体透过气体成分的观点出发,发泡体薄膜优选包含脂肪酸酰胺等气体透过抑制剂。脂肪酸酰胺更优选具有双酰胺结构。气体透过抑制剂可为脂肪酸金属盐。相对于发泡体薄膜的基础聚合物100重量份,气体透过抑制剂的含量优选设为0.5~10重量份(例如0.7~8重量份、典型的是1~6重量份)左右。
为了使薄膜形成材料具有期望的流动性而改善柔软性等的特性,上述薄膜状基材(例如发泡体薄膜)还可包含软化剂。另外,通过使发泡体薄膜中包含软化剂,从而可优选地调节薄膜延伸性、发泡倍率等特性。例如可以优选地使用:液体石蜡、固体石蜡、微晶石蜡、聚乙烯蜡等烃系软化剂、硬脂酸单甘油酯等酯系软化剂、脂肪酸系软化剂的1种或2种以上。相对于薄膜状基材(例如发泡体薄膜)的基础聚合物100重量份,软化剂的含量优选设为0.5~50重量份(例如0.8~40重量份、典型的是1~30重量份)左右。
另外,在使用乳液型丙烯酸系树脂发泡体时,为了防止与发泡体薄膜相邻接的金属构件的腐蚀,还可包含任意的防锈剂。作为防锈剂,优选含有唑环的化合物。通过使用含有唑环的化合物,从而能够以高的水平兼顾金属腐蚀防止性和与被粘物的密合性。其中,优选唑环与苯环等芳香环形成稠环的化合物、特别优选苯并三唑系化合物、苯并噻唑系化合物。相对于发泡体薄膜的基础聚合物100重量份,防锈剂的含量优选设为0.2~5重量份(例如0.3~2重量份)左右。
在优选的一方式中,薄膜状基材具有透明性(包含半透明。)。对于具备这样的薄膜状基材的粘合片,在粘合片和被粘物之间混入气泡等时,隔着粘合片能辨认出该气泡等而易使外观性损害。根据此处公开的技术,可防止在粘合片与被粘物之间的气泡等的产生,因此在具有透明性基材的构成中,可得到优异的外观性。具体而言,上述薄膜状基材可显示出80%以上(例如90%以上、典型的是95%以上)的总透光率。另外,薄膜状基材的雾度值优选为10%以下(例如5%以下)。
为了赋予期望的设计性、光学特性,上述薄膜状基材(例如树脂薄膜)还可包含各种着色剂(例如颜料)并着色成黑色、白色及其它颜色。作为黑色系着色剂优选炭黑。另外,也可以采用在薄膜状基材的至少一侧的表面(单面或双面)通过印刷等来层叠1层或2层以上的着色层(例如黑色层、白色层)的方法。
根据需要上述薄膜状基材(例如树脂薄膜基材、发泡体薄膜基材)中还可进一步配混填充剂(无机填充剂、有机填充剂等)、防老剂、抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗静电剂、润滑剂、增塑剂等各种添加剂。
粘合片为单面粘合片时,在薄膜状基材的表面当中,与设置有粘合剂层的面处于相反侧的表面(背面)优选平滑地形成。上述的平滑表面可成为粘合片的外表面,因此在将具有该平滑表面的粘合片作为例如装饰片、表面保护片使用时,可赋予更良好的外观性(设计性)。在优选的一方式中,从粘合特性、外观性(设计性)的观点出发,薄膜状基材的背面的算术平均表面粗糙度可为1μm以下(例如约0.05~0.75μm、典型的是约0.1~0.5μm)。需要说明的是,在本说明书中算术平均表面粗糙度可以使用通常的表面粗糙度测定装置(例如,Veeco公司制的非接触三维表面形状测定装置、型号“Wyko NT-3300”)进行测定。
另外,在对单面粘合片进行卷绕并使粘合剂层的表面抵接于薄膜状基材的背面时,根据需要还可以对该薄膜状基材的背面(与设置有粘合剂层的面处于相反侧的面)实施利用有机硅系、长链烷基系、氟系等剥离处理剂的剥离处理。通过实施剥离处理,可得到容易进行将粘合片卷绕成卷状而成的卷绕体的退卷等效果。另一方面,为了提高基材和粘合剂层的密合性,还可对上述薄膜状基材的粘合剂层侧表面实施电晕放电处理、底涂剂的涂布等现有公知的表面处理。
薄膜状基材的厚度没有特别限定,可以根据目的适当选择。一般而言,上述厚度通常设为1μm以上(例如2~500μm左右)是适合的,优选设为5~500μm(例如10~200μm、典型的是15~100μm)左右。限制薄膜状基材的厚度在粘合片的薄膜化、小型化、轻量化、省资源化等方面是有利的。
薄膜状基材包含发泡体薄膜时,含有发泡体的基材(例如发泡体薄膜基材)的厚度可以根据粘合片的强度、柔软性、使用目的等进行适当设定。从冲击吸收性等的观点出发,将含有发泡体的基材的厚度设为30μm以上是适合的,优选为50μm以上、更优选为60μm以上(例如80μm以上)。从粘合片的薄膜化、小型化、轻量化、省资源化等的观点出发,通常将含有发泡体的基材的厚度设为1mm以下是适当的。通过使用此处公开的发泡体薄膜,即使上述厚度为350μm以下(更优选为250μm以下、例如180μm以下)左右也能够发挥优异的冲击吸收功能。需要说明的是,含有发泡体的基材中的发泡体薄膜(可为发泡体层。)的厚度也可优选地从作为上述的含有发泡体的基材的厚度所例示的范围中选择。
<粘合剂层>
此处公开的粘合剂层典型的是指在室温附近的温度区域呈现出柔软的固体(粘弹性体)的状态,由具有通过压力容易地粘接于被粘物的性质的材料(粘合剂)构成的层。此处所谓的粘合剂如“C.A.Dahlquist,“Adhesion:Fundamental and Practice”,McLaren&Sons,(1966)P.143”中定义所述,通常是具备满足复数拉伸模量E*(1Hz)<107dyne/cm2的性质的材料(典型的是在25℃下具有上述性质的材料)。
此处公开的粘合剂层可包含在粘合剂的领域中公知的丙烯酸系聚合物、橡胶系聚合物、聚酯系聚合物、氨酯系聚合物、聚醚系聚合物、有机硅系聚合物、聚酰胺系聚合物、氟系聚合物等的1种或2种以上作为基础聚合物。从粘合特性(例如剥离强度、耐回弹性)、分子设计等的观点出发,可优选采用丙烯酸系聚合物。换言之,粘合剂层优选为包含丙烯酸系聚合物作为基础聚合物的丙烯酸系粘合剂层。需要说明的是,粘合剂的“基础聚合物”是指该粘合剂中所含的聚合物成分的主要成分(典型的是包含超过50重量%的成分)。
作为上述丙烯酸系聚合物,例如优选:包含(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯作为主要单体、可进一步包含与该主要单体具有共聚性的副单体的单体原料的聚合物。此处主要单体是指在上述单体原料的单体组成中占有超过50重量%的成分。
作为(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯,例如可以优选地使用由下述通式(1)表示的化合物。

此处,上述通式(1)中的R1为氢原子或甲基。另外,R2为碳原子数1~20的链状烷基(以下,有时将这样的碳原子数的范围表示为“C1-20”。)。从粘合剂的储能模量等的观点出发,优选R2为C1-12(例如C2-10、典型的是C4-8)的链状烷基的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯。上述R2为C1-20的链状烷基的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯可以单独使用1种或组合使用2种以上。作为优选的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯,可列举出丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸2-乙基己酯。
与作为主要单体的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯具有共聚性的副单体可有助于向丙烯酸系聚合物中导入交联点、或提高丙烯酸系聚合物的内聚力。作为副单体,例如可以使用含羧基单体、含羟基单体、含酸酐基单体、含酰胺基单体、含氨基单体、具有含氮原子的环的单体等含官能团的单体的1种或2种以上。副单体还可为醋酸乙烯酯等乙烯基酯系单体、苯乙烯等芳香族乙烯基化合物、含磺酸基单体、含磷酸基单体等。例如,从内聚力提高的观点出发,优选共聚有作为上述副单体的含羧基单体、含羟基单体的丙烯酸系聚合物。作为含羧基单体的优选例,可列举出:丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸。作为含羟基单体的优选例,可列举出:丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、丙烯酸4-羟基丁酯。
上述副单体的量设为丙烯酸系聚合物的全部单体成分中的0.5重量%以上是适合的,优选为1重量%以上。另外,副单体的量为全部单体成分中的30重量%以下是适合的、优选为10重量%以下(例如5重量%以下)。在丙烯酸系聚合物中共聚有含羧基单体时,从兼顾粘合力和内聚力的观点出发,含羧基单体的含量在用于丙烯酸系聚合物的合成的全部单体成分中优选在约0.1~10重量%(例如0.2~8重量%、典型的是0.5~5重量%)的范围内。在丙烯酸系聚合物中共聚有含羟基单体时,从兼顾粘合力和内聚力的观点出发,含羟基单体的含量在用于丙烯酸系聚合物的合成的全部单体成分中优选在约0.001~10重量%(例如0.01~5重量%、典型的是0.02~2重量%)的范围内。另外,在作为上述副单体共聚有醋酸乙烯酯等乙烯基酯系单体时,上述乙烯基酯系单体的含量在用于丙烯酸系聚合物的合成的全部单体成分中优选设为约30重量%以下(典型的是0.01~30重量%、例如0.1~10重量%)。
得到丙烯酸系聚合物的方法没有特别限定,可以适当采用溶液聚合法、乳化聚合法、本体聚合法、悬浮聚合法等作为丙烯酸系聚合物的合成方法已知的各种聚合方法。也可以采用照射UV等来进行的活性能量射线照射聚合。例如,通过使单体混合物溶解或分散在适当的聚合溶剂(甲苯、醋酸乙酯、水等)中,使用偶氮系聚合引发剂、过氧化物系引发剂等聚合引发剂进行聚合操作,从而能够得到期望的丙烯酸系聚合物。
从平衡良好地兼顾粘合力和内聚力的观点出发,此处公开的丙烯酸系聚合物的重均分子量(Mw)优选在10×104以上且100×104以下的范围内。根据Mw为20×104以上且70×104以下(例如30×104以上且50×104以下)的丙烯酸系聚合物,可实现更良好的结果。需要说明的是,在该说明书中Mw是指通过GPC(凝胶渗透色谱)而得到的标准聚苯乙烯换算的值。
从提高内聚力的观点出发,粘合剂组合物优选包含交联剂。交联剂的种类没有特别限制,可以适当选择并使用现有公知的交联剂中的1种或2种以上。作为交联剂的优选例,可列举出:异氰酸酯系交联剂、环氧系交联剂。交联剂的用量没有特别限制,例如,可从相对于丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份为约10重量份以下(例如约0.005~10重量份、优选为约0.01~5重量份)的范围中选择。
此处公开的粘合剂层可为包含增粘剂的组成。作为增粘剂,没有特别限定,例如可以使用:松香系增粘树脂、萜烯系增粘树脂、烃系增粘树脂、环氧系增粘树脂、聚酰胺系增粘树脂、弹性体系增粘树脂、酚系增粘树脂、酮系增粘树脂等各种增粘树脂。这样的增粘树脂可以单独使用1种或组合使用2种以上。
增粘树脂的软化点(软化温度)优选为约60℃以上(优选为约80℃以上、典型的是100℃以上)。由此,可实现粘接力更高的粘合片。增粘树脂的软化点的上限没有特别限制,可以设为约180℃以下(例如约140℃以下)。需要说明的是,此处所谓的增粘树脂的软化点定义为根据JIS K5902:2006和JISK2207:2006的任一个中规定的软化点试验方法(环球法)所测定的值。
增粘剂的用量没有特别限制,可以根据目标粘合性能(粘接力等)进行适当设定。例如,以固体成分基准计,相对于基础聚合物(优选的是丙烯酸系聚合物)100重量份,优选以约10~100重量份(更优选为20~80重量份、进一步优选为30~60重量份)的比例使用增粘剂。
根据需要上述粘合剂组合物可含有流平剂、交联助剂、增塑剂、软化剂、填充剂、抗静电剂、防老剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、光稳定剂等在粘合剂组合物的领域中常用的各种添加剂。对于这样的各种添加剂而言,利用常规方法使用现有公知的物质即可。
此处公开的粘合剂层可为由水系、溶剂型、热熔型、活性能量射线固化型等的粘合剂组合物形成的粘合剂层。水系粘合剂组合物是指在将水作为主要成分的溶剂(水系溶剂)中包含粘合剂(粘合剂层形成成分)的形态的粘合剂组合物,典型的是包括称为水分散型粘合剂组合物(粘合剂的至少一部分分散于水中的形态的组合物)等的物质。另外,溶剂型粘合剂组合物是指在有机溶剂中包含粘合剂的形态的粘合剂组合物。从减少环境负荷的观点出发优选使用水系粘合剂组合物,从粘合特性等的观点出发优选使用溶剂型粘合剂组合物。
此处公开的粘合剂层可以通过现有公知的方法形成。例如,可以优选地采用:在基材上直接赋予(典型的是涂布)粘合剂组合物并使其干燥来形成粘合剂层的方法(直接法)。另外,也可以采用:通过对具有剥离性的表面(剥离面)赋予粘合剂组合物并使其干燥而在该表面上形成粘合剂层,将该粘合剂层转印至基材的方法(转印法)。作为上述剥离面,可利用剥离衬垫的表面、进行了剥离处理的基材背面等。
粘合剂组合物的涂布可以使用例如:凹版辊涂布机、逆转辊涂布机、辊舐涂布机、浸渍辊涂布机、模涂机、棒涂机、刮刀式涂布机、喷涂器等公知或惯用的涂布机来进行。或者,也可利用浸渗、帘幕涂布法等涂布粘合剂组合物。
从交联反应的促进、制造效率提高等的观点出发,粘合剂组合物的干燥优选在加热下进行。干燥温度可设为例如40~150℃左右、通常优选设为60~130℃左右。使粘合剂组合物干燥后,进而,出于粘合剂层内中的成分转移的调整、交联反应的进行、可存在于基材、粘合剂层内的应变的缓和等目的,还可进行熟化。
此处公开的粘合剂层的厚度没有特别限定,可以根据目的适当选择。通常从干燥效率等生产率、粘接特性等的观点出发,设为0.5~200μm左右是适合的,优选设为2~200μm(例如5~100μm、典型的是10~50μm)左右。限制粘合剂层的厚度在粘合片的薄膜化、小型化、轻量化、省资源化等的方面是有利的。此处公开的技术以在基材的双面具备粘合剂层的双面粘合片的形态实施时,各粘合剂层的厚度可以相同,也可以不同。
<涂层>
覆盖粘合剂层表面的局部的涂层只要是可赋予排气性的涂层即可,在这样的条件下,没有特别限制。作为涂层材料的优选例可列举出树脂材料。从外观性的观点出发,优选由透明或半透明的树脂材料形成的涂层。
作为可构成涂层的树脂材料,例如可列举出:聚氨酯系树脂、酚系树脂、环氧系树脂、聚酰胺系树脂、尿素三聚氰胺系树脂、有机硅系树脂、聚硅氮烷系树脂、氟系树脂、苯氧基树脂、甲基丙烯酸系树脂、丙烯酸系树脂、丙烯酸-氨酯系树脂、丙烯酸-苯乙烯系树脂、聚芳酯树脂、聚酯系树脂、聚烯烃系树脂、聚苯乙烯系树脂、聚氯乙烯、氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、纤维素类、聚缩醛等。这些树脂可为选自热固化型树脂、紫外线固化型树脂、电子射线固化型树脂、二组分混合型树脂等各种类型的树脂中的1种或2种以上的树脂。
此处公开的涂层可以根据需要包含填充剂、防老剂、抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、交联剂、润滑剂、着色剂(颜料、染料等)、抗静电剂、流动性调整剂(触变剂、增稠剂等)、成膜助剂等各种添加剂。
涂层优选为非粘合性或弱粘合性。由此能够优选实现良好的排气性。此处,涂层为非粘合性或弱粘合性是指涂层的180度剥离强度低于3N/25mm(典型的是低于1N/25mm,包括粘接力过低而不能测定的情况。)。具体而言,涂层的180度剥离强度用下述的方法进行测定。即,对于将在整个粘合剂层表面配置了涂层的粘合片切成宽度25mm、长度100mm的大小的测定样品,在23℃、50%RH的环境下,将2kg的辊往复1次而使上述测定样品的涂层表面压接(在不粘接时,在该时间点视为非粘合性。)在不锈钢板(SUS304BA板)的表面上,在相同环境下将其放置30分钟后,使用万能拉伸压缩试验机,依据JIS Z 0237:2000,在拉伸速度300mm/分钟、剥离角度180度的条件下测定剥离强度(N/25mm)。
在粘合剂层表面配置涂层的方法没有特别限定。例如可采用如下的方法。具体而言,根据需要将涂层形成用组合物溶解或分散在适当的溶剂中等来制备。接着,采用公知或惯用的各种印刷处理方法中的适当的方法,将该组合物赋予在剥离性支撑体(也称为“涂层转印用薄膜”。典型的是剥离衬垫)的剥离性表面并使其固化。而且,将形成了涂层的剥离性支撑体表面抵接于粘合剂层表面而使涂层转印至粘合剂层表面。以此方式操作,能够在粘合剂层表面局部配置涂层。通过例如采用胶印、丝网印刷、凸版印刷、柔性版印刷、凹版印刷、喷墨印刷等方法,从而能够优选地形成格子状图案等期望的涂层图案。从排气性的观点出发,更优选凹版印刷。或者,也可在粘合剂层表面上直接赋予涂层形成用组合物,并通过例如紫外线固化等方法使其固化,从而在粘合剂层表面上局部配置涂层。
涂层的厚度以可得到期望的排气性的方式来设计即可,没有特别限定,从兼顾排气性和外观性的观点出发,优选设为粘合剂层的厚度的一半以下(例如1/3以下、典型的是1/5以下)。具体而言,从排气性的观点出发,涂层的厚度优选设为0.1μm以上(例如0.5μm以上、典型的是1μm以上)。另外,从外观性的观点出发,涂层的厚度优选设为10μm以下、更优选设为5μm以下(例如3μm以下、典型的是2μm以下)。需要说明的是,涂层的厚度可以通过利用透射式电子显微镜(TEM)对粘合片的截面进行观察来把握。
此处公开的技术以具备保护上述粘合片的粘合性表面的剥离衬垫的带有剥离衬垫的粘合片的形态优选地实施。作为剥离衬垫,可以使用惯用的剥离纸等,没有特别限定。例如可以使用:在PET等树脂薄膜、纸等衬垫基材的表面具有剥离处理层的剥离衬垫、由氟系聚合物(聚四氟乙烯等)、聚烯烃系树脂(PE、PP等)低粘接性材料构成的剥离衬垫等。上述剥离处理层可以是例如通过有机硅系、长链烷基系、氟系、硫化钼等剥离处理剂对上述衬垫基材进行表面处理而形成的剥离处理层。
在优选的一方式中,上述剥离衬垫(剥离薄膜)的剥离性表面(与粘合片的粘合性表面接触侧的面)平滑地形成。在这样的剥离衬垫的剥离性表面局部形成涂层,使粘合剂层的表面抵接于局部形成有该涂层的剥离衬垫表面,而使涂层转印至粘合剂层表面时(此时,剥离衬垫也成为涂层转印用薄膜(剥离薄膜)。),能够实现良好的涂层转印性。并且通过使剥离衬垫的平滑表面转印至粘合剂层表面,有使粘合特性也提高的倾向。另外,通过在上述那样的剥离衬垫的剥离性表面局部形成涂层,在形成有该涂层的剥离性表面上以覆盖该涂层的方式进一步形成粘合剂层,也可得到与上述相同的效果。此时,所形成的粘合剂层被转印至薄膜状基材的表面。根据上述的理由,上述剥离衬垫的剥离性表面的算术平均表面粗糙度优选为1μm以下(例如约0.05~0.75μm、典型的是约0.1~0.5μm)。
另外,如图5所示,用于此处公开的粘合片的制作的剥离衬垫可以是具备具有剥离性表面120A的剥离性支撑体120的带有涂层的剥离衬垫110。剥离性支撑体120可以是在衬垫基材的至少一侧的表面具有剥离处理层的剥离性支撑体,也可为由低粘接性材料构成的支撑体。在该剥离性支撑体120的剥离性表面120A上设置有可转印于粘合片的涂层30。即,涂层30以可通过粘合剂的粘合力等而分离的状态配置在剥离性表面120A上。通过使用这样的、在表面具有可转印的涂层30的剥离衬垫110,从而可优选地制作此处公开的粘合片。设置在剥离性支撑体的剥离性表面上的涂层的构成(形状、配置状态、配置关系、大小、图案等)与上述的粘合片的覆盖粘合性表面的局部的涂层的构成基本相同,因此上述剥离性表面上的涂层配置部和涂层非配置部的构成、相对关系(包含涂层非配置部的面积比例。)也与上述粘合剂层表面的涂层配置部和涂层非配置部的构成、相对关系(包含涂层非配置部的面积比例。)基本相同,因此省略说明。
剥离衬垫的厚度(总厚度)没有特别限定,从剥离作业性、操作性、强度等的观点出发,优选设为10~500μm(例如15~100μm)左右。
此处公开的粘合片在如上所述粘贴至被粘物时,能够有效地防止与被粘物之间的气泡等的产生。因此,手动粘贴(手粘贴)、使用自动粘贴机等的粘贴(自动粘贴)的任意粘贴方法的粘贴性均提高。例如,在通过手动粘贴来粘贴时,可降低对个人的技能的依赖度,因此可得到粘贴效率、粘贴品质的提高、稳定化等优点。另外,在通过自动粘贴来粘贴时,可实现气泡的混入等粘贴不良的降低、重新粘贴作业的降低。因此,手动粘贴、自动粘贴的情况均能实现粘贴效率、品质的提高、品质的稳定化等,由此也使使用粘合片所构建的物品的生产率、品质提高。此处公开的技术能够实现更均匀的粘贴,因此特别适合作为使用自动粘贴机来粘贴的形态的粘合片。
另外,在粘合片和被粘物之间不仅在粘贴时产生气泡,有时在粘贴后随着时间经过也会产生气泡等。典型的是在将粘合片粘贴后,在比较高温(例如35℃以上)的环境下保管、使用等的情况下,上述的气泡等发生在粘合片和被粘物之间,而导致外观性的降低。例如,夏天的工厂内、室外、电子设备内部等容易成为上述那样的高温状态。根据此处公开的技术,即使用于暴露在上述那样的高温环境的用途,也能够防止气泡等的产生。
利用上述那样的特征,此处公开的粘合片可优选用于粘贴在各种物品的表面的用途。在优选的一方式中,可作为各种装饰片、表面保护片、柔性版印刷等的印刷板的固定片、遮光片等使用。例如,适合作为粘贴在车辆的外饰、住宅建材等的装饰片(典型的是涂装代替片)。另外,也适合作为在电视机等电子设备的内部例如为了提高底座外表面的平滑性、为了覆盖各种构件表面的螺丝孔等不均匀部分所使用的被覆片。通过使用这样的被覆片,从而可实现被粘物外表面的外观不均匀的降低、尺寸精度的均匀化。另外,也可优选地作为重视外观性的电池组的外饰片使用。
另外,此处公开的粘合片即使制成厚度薄的构成时,也可防止粘贴后的外观品质的降低、且维持良好的粘合特性。因此,可优选用于要求厚度薄化、轻量化、且期望省资源化的用途(例如便携式电子设备用途)。具体而言,可优选用于:便携式电子设备(例如手机、智能手机、平板型个人电脑、笔记本型个人电脑等)的表面保护片、上述便携式电子设备的液晶显示装置中的接合固定用途、保护上述便携式电子设备的显示部的保护面板(透镜)固定用途、手机的关键模块构件固定用途等。用于上述便携式电子设备时,根据目的等粘合片可以是具有框状(边框状)、带状(条状)等形状的粘合片。需要说明的是,在本说明书中“便携式”解释为仅仅可以携带的话是不充分的,其是指具有个体(标准成人)可以相对容易地搬运的水平的便携性。
根据该说明书所公开的事项中包括如下内容。

(3)根据上述(2)所述的粘合片,其中,所述涂层配置部包含第1条纹状图案部和第2条纹状图案部,所述第2条纹状图案部以与该第1条纹状图案部交叉的方式配置,由此使所述涂层配置部具有格子状图案。
(4)根据上述(2)或(3)所述的粘合片,其中,在所述涂层配置部,构成一个条纹状图案的多个延伸成线状的部分的间隔在1.0~10mm的范围内。
(5)根据上述(1)~(4)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,局部配置有所述涂层的粘合性表面显示出13N/25mm以上的经过24小时后的180度剥离强度。
(6)根据上述(1)~(5)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述粘合剂层以超过该粘合剂层中所含的聚合物成分的50重量%的比例包含丙烯酸系聚合物,
所述丙烯酸系聚合物以超过50重量%的比例包含(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯作为单体成分,
所述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯由下述通式(1)表示:

(7)根据上述(6)所述的粘合片,其中,所述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯为丙烯酸正丁酯和/或丙烯酸2-乙基己酯。
(8)根据上述(6)或(7)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述丙烯酸系聚合物为作为副单体共聚有含羧基单体和/或含羟基单体的丙烯酸系聚合物。
(9)根据上述(6)~(8)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述丙烯酸系聚合物为共聚有选自由丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯和丙烯酸4-羟基丁酯组成的组中的至少1种副单体的丙烯酸系聚合物。
(10)根据上述(6)~(9)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述丙烯酸系聚合物中共聚有含羧基单体,所述含羧基单体的共聚比例在用于所述丙烯酸系聚合物的合成的全部单体成分中为0.1~10重量%。
(11)根据上述(6)~(10)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述丙烯酸系聚合物中共聚有含羟基单体,
所述含羟基单体的共聚比例在用于所述丙烯酸系聚合物的合成的全部单体成分中为0.001~10重量%。
(12)根据上述(6)~(11)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述粘合剂层包含异氰酸酯系交联剂和/或环氧系交联剂。
(13)根据上述(6)~(12)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述粘合剂层相对于所述丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份以30~60重量份的比例包含软化点为100℃~140℃的增粘树脂,
所述增粘树脂为选自由松香系增粘树脂、萜烯系增粘树脂和烃系增粘树脂组成的组中的至少1种。
(14)根据上述(1)~(13)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述涂层由透明树脂形成。
(15)根据上述(1)~(14)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述涂层包含选自由聚氨酯系树脂、酚系树脂、环氧系树脂、聚酰胺系树脂、尿素三聚氰胺系树脂、有机硅系树脂、聚硅氮烷系树脂、氟系树脂、苯氧树脂、甲基丙烯酸系树脂、丙烯酸系树脂、丙烯酸-氨酯系树脂、丙烯酸-苯乙烯系树脂、聚芳酯树脂、聚酯系树脂、聚烯烃系树脂、聚苯乙烯系树脂、聚氯乙烯、氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、纤维素类和聚缩醛组成的组中的至少1种树脂。
(16)根据上述(1)~(15)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述涂层为聚氨酯系树脂。
(17)根据上述(1)~(16)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述涂层为二组分混合固化型的聚氨酯系树脂。
(18)根据上述(1)~(17)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述薄膜状基材为聚烯烃系树脂薄膜、聚酯系树脂薄膜、氯乙烯系树脂薄膜、醋酸乙烯酯系树脂薄膜、聚酰亚胺系树脂薄膜、聚酰胺系树脂薄膜、氟系树脂薄膜或玻璃纸薄膜。
(19)根据上述(1)~(18)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述薄膜状基材为聚酯薄膜。
(20)根据上述(1)~(19)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述薄膜状基材为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
(21)根据上述(1)~(20)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述薄膜状基材显示出80%以上的总透光率。
(22)根据上述(1)~(17)中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述薄膜状基材为发泡体薄膜。
(23)根据上述(22)所述的粘合片,其中,所述发泡体薄膜的平均气泡直径为10~200μm、密度为0.01~0.7g/cm3。
(24)根据上述(22)或(23)所述的粘合片,其中,所述发泡体薄膜为丙烯酸系树脂发泡体或聚烯烃系树脂发泡体。
(25)一种带有剥离衬垫的粘合片,其具备:上述(1)~(24)中任一项所述的粘合片、和保护该粘合片的粘合面的剥离衬垫,
所述剥离衬垫的表面中,所述粘合面侧的表面平滑地形成。
(26)一种剥离衬垫,其为具备至少一侧的表面为剥离性表面的剥离性支撑体的粘合片用剥离衬垫,
在所述剥离性支撑体的剥离性表面上设置有可转印于粘合片的涂层,由此使该剥离性表面具有涂层配置部和涂层非配置部,
所述剥离性表面的所述涂层非配置部的面积比例为70%以上,
所述涂层具有从所述剥离性表面的一端向另一端延伸成线状的部分,
所述延伸成线状的部分的宽度在0.1~2mm的范围内。
以下,对与本发明相关的一些实施例进行说明,但是,并不意味着将本发明限定于实施例所示的内容。需要说明的是,以下的说明中“份”和“%”在没有特别声明的情况下为重量基准。
<<实验1>>
<例1A>
(粘合剂组合物的制备)
向具备搅拌机、温度计、氮气导入管、回流冷凝器、滴液漏斗的反应容器中投入丙烯酸正丁酯70份、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯30份、丙烯酸3份、丙烯酸4-羟基丁酯0.05份、作为聚合引发剂的偶氮二异丁腈0.08份和作为聚合溶剂的甲苯,在60℃下进行6小时溶液聚合而得到丙烯酸系聚合物的甲苯溶液(粘度28Pa·s、固体成分40%)。得到的丙烯酸系聚合物的Mw为约44万。
相对于上述甲苯溶液中所含的丙烯酸系聚合物100份,加入作为增粘树脂的聚合季戊四醇松香酯(Arakawa Chemical Industries,Ltd.制、商品名“Pensel D-125”、软化点125℃)30份,然后添加异氰酸酯系交联剂(Nippon Polyurethane Industry Co.,Ltd.制、商品名“CORONATE L”)3份,进行混合来制备丙烯酸系粘合剂组合物。
(涂层的形成)
利用凹版印刷将涂层形成材料(氨酯系:2组分混合固化型墨)赋予在厚度75μm的剥离薄膜(Fujiko Co.,Ltd.制、商品名“FMN-75WD(C1-CA1)”)的剥离性表面上,形成具有格子状图案的涂层(涂布厚度约1.5μm、透明)。
(粘合片的制作)
准备厚度75μm的PET薄膜基材(商品名“Lumirror”、Toray Industries,Inc.制),以干燥后的厚度为15μm的方式将上述粘合剂组合物涂布在该PET基材的电晕放电处理面上,在100℃下使其干燥3分钟,在PET薄膜基材的单面形成了粘合剂层。
使上述得到的涂层形成剥离薄膜的涂层形成面抵接于上述粘合剂层的表面,在粘合剂层表面上转印了涂层。剥离薄膜直接用于粘合剂层表面的保护。以此方式操作而制作了本例的粘合片。在该粘合片的粘合剂层表面形成了由图1所示的涂层构成的格子状图案,涂层配置部的长条部的宽度(线宽度)为2mm、间隔为8mm。
<例1B>
将涂层配置部的长条部的间隔变更为13mm,除此以外与例1A相同地制作了本例的粘合片。
<例1C>
未形成涂层,除此以外与例1A相同地制作了本例的粘合片。
[180度剥离强度]
针对各例的粘合片评价了对SUS的180度剥离强度(粘接力)。具体而言,对于将粘合片切成宽度25mm、长度100mm的大小的测定样品,在23℃、50%RH的环境下,将2kg的辊往复1次而使上述测定样品的粘合性表面压接在不锈钢板(SUS304BA板)的表面上。将其在相同环境下放置30分钟、24小时或72小时后,使用万能拉伸压缩试验机,依据JIS Z 0237:2000,在拉伸速度300mm/分钟、剥离角度180度的条件下测定剥离强度(N/25mm)。测定对于各例和各条件(压接后经过的时间)各进行3次,采用其平均值。另外,将涂层非配置部的面积比例为100%的例1C中的180度剥离强度值作为100%,用相对值(%)表示例1A、1B中的180度剥离强度值,评价了伴随涂层非配置部的面积减少的粘接力的降低程度。将结果与涂层非配置部的面积比例(%)一同示于表1。

如表1所示,涂层的面积变大且粘合剂层的露出面积减少时,与其成比例地,粘贴至被粘物且经过30分钟后的初始粘接力降低。另一方面,对于粘贴至被粘物且经过24小时或72小时后的经时粘接力而言,涂层非配置部的面积比例为64%的例1A中,未出现经时粘接力上升,失去初始粘接力那样的比例关系,显示出比基于涂层非配置部的面积比例为75%的例1B、为100%的例1C中的结果所预想的值还显著低的值。由该结果可知,将涂层配置在粘合剂层表面的局部的构成中,为了得到高的经时粘接力,需要涂层非配置部的面积比例为70%以上。
<<实验2>>
<例2A~例2J>
将涂层配置部的长条部的宽度(mm)和间隔(mm)设定为表2所示的值,利用与例1A相同的方法制作了各例的粘合片。将对各例测定的经过24小时后的180度剥离强度(N/25mm)示于表2。其测定方法如上所述。需要说明的是,例2A、例2I、例2J分别具有与例1B、例1A、例1C相同的构成。
[排气性]
针对各例的粘合片,通过目视观察在粘贴至透明被粘物的平滑表面时的排气性,用下述的4阶段进行评价。结果示于表2。
A:显示出优异的排气性,在粘合片和被粘物之间未残留气泡。
B:在粘合片与被粘物之间的气泡以较快的速度排出,未残留气泡。
C:在粘合片与被粘物之间的气泡相对较慢地排出,未残留气泡。
D:在粘合片和被粘物之间残留气泡。

如表2所示,粘合剂层表面的涂层非配置部的面积比例为70%以上、涂层配置部的长条部的宽度为0.1~2mm的范围内的例2A~例2H的粘合片显示出高的经时粘接力(经过24小时后的180度剥离强度),粘合片与被粘物之间的排气性良好。进而,例2C~例2H的粘合片在粘贴至被粘物后,从被粘物侧和粘合片侧观察时,难以辨认涂层,外观性优异。例2C~例2G的粘合片的外观性优异、且平衡良好地兼顾高的经时粘接力和排气性。其中,例2E、例2F、例2G的外观性特别优异。另一方面,涂层非配置部的面积比例低于70%的例2I显示出比例2A~例2H低的经时粘接力。另外,未配置涂层的例2J在粘合片和被粘物之间残留气泡。
以上,对本发明的具体例子进行了详细说明,但这些不过是例示,并不限定保护范围。权利要求书中记载的技术方案包括对以上所例示的具体例子进行各种变形、变更的情况。

Claims (24)
1.一种粘合片,其具备薄膜状基材和配置于该薄膜状基材的至少一侧的表面的粘合剂层,
所述粘合片具备覆盖所述粘合剂层表面的局部的涂层,由此使该粘合剂层表面具有涂层配置部和涂层非配置部,
局部配置有所述涂层的粘合性表面显示出13N/25mm以上的经过24小时后的180度剥离强度,
所述粘合剂层表面中的所述涂层非配置部的面积比例为75%以上且90%以下,
在从上方观察所述粘合剂层表面时,所述涂层配置部具有从该粘合剂层的一端向另一端延伸成线状的部分,
所述延伸成线状的部分的宽度在0.1~2mm的范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘合片,其中,在所述粘合剂层表面配置有多个所述延伸成线状的部分,
所述多个延伸成线状的部分中的构成一组的多个延伸成线状的部分在其宽度方向上隔开间隔配置,由此使所述涂层配置部具有条纹状图案。
3.根据权利要求2所述的粘合片,其中,所述涂层配置部包含第1条纹状图案部和第2条纹状图案部,所述第2条纹状图案部以与该第1条纹状图案部交叉的方式配置,由此使所述涂层配置部具有格子状图案。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的粘合片,其中,在所述涂层配置部,构成一个条纹状图案的多个延伸成线状的部分的间隔在1.0~10mm的范围内。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘合片,其中,所述粘合剂层以超过该粘合剂层中所含的聚合物成分的50重量%的比例包含丙烯酸系聚合物,
所述丙烯酸系聚合物以超过50重量%的比例包含(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯作为单体成分,
所述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯由下述通式(1)表示:

上述通式(1)中的R1为氢原子或甲基,另外,R2为碳原子数1~20的链状烷基。
6.根据权利要求5所述的粘合片,其中,所述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯为丙烯酸正丁酯和/或丙烯酸- 2-乙基己酯。
7.根据权利要求5中任一项所述的粘合片,其中,所述丙烯酸系聚合物为作为副单体共聚有含羧基单体和/或含羟基单体的丙烯酸系聚合物。
8.根据权利要求5所述的粘合片,其中,所述丙烯酸系聚合物为共聚有选自由丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸- 2-羟基乙酯和丙烯酸- 4-羟基丁酯组成的组中的至少1种副单体的丙烯酸系聚合物。
9.根据权利要求5所述的粘合片,其中,所述丙烯酸系聚合物中共聚有含羧基单体,所述含羧基单体的共聚比例在用于所述丙烯酸系聚合物的合成的全部单体成分中为0.1~10重量%。
10.根据权利要求5所述的粘合片,其中,所述丙烯酸系聚合物中共聚有含羟基单体,
所述含羟基单体的共聚比例在用于所述丙烯酸系聚合物的合成的全部单体成分中为0.001~10重量%。
11.根据权利要求5所述的粘合片,其中,所述粘合剂层包含异氰酸酯系交联剂和/或环氧系交联剂。
12.根据权利要求5所述的粘合片,其中,所述粘合剂层相对于所述丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份以30~60重量份的比例包含软化点为100℃~140℃的增粘树脂,
所述增粘树脂为选自由松香系增粘树脂、萜烯系增粘树脂和烃系增粘树脂组成的组中的至少1种。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘合片,其中,所述涂层由透明树脂形成。
14.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘合片,其中,所述涂层包含选自由聚氨酯系树脂、酚系树脂、环氧系树脂、聚酰胺系树脂、尿素三聚氰胺系树脂、有机硅系树脂、聚硅氮烷系树脂、氟系树脂、苯氧树脂、甲基丙烯酸系树脂、丙烯酸系树脂、丙烯酸-氨酯系树脂、丙烯酸-苯乙烯系树脂、聚酯系树脂、聚烯烃系树脂、聚氯乙烯、氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、纤维素类和聚缩醛组成的组中的至少1种树脂。
15.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘合片,其中,所述涂层为聚氨酯系树脂。
16.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘合片,其中,所述涂层为二组分混合固化型的聚氨酯系树脂。
17.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘合片,其中,所述薄膜状基材为聚烯烃系树脂薄膜、聚酯系树脂薄膜、氯乙烯系树脂薄膜、醋酸乙烯酯系树脂薄膜、聚酰亚胺系树脂薄膜、聚酰胺系树脂薄膜、氟系树脂薄膜或玻璃纸薄膜。
18.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘合片,其中,所述薄膜状基材为聚酯薄膜。
19.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘合片,其中,所述薄膜状基材为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
20.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘合片,其中,所述薄膜状基材显示出80%以上的总透光率。
21.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘合片,其中,所述薄膜状基材为发泡体薄膜。
22.根据权利要求21所述的粘合片,其中,所述发泡体薄膜的平均气泡直径为10~200μm、密度为0.01~0.7g/cm3。
23.根据权利要求21所述的粘合片,其中,所述发泡体薄膜为丙烯酸系树脂发泡体或聚烯烃系树脂发泡体。
24.一种带有剥离衬垫的粘合片,其具备:权利要求1~23中任一项所述的粘合片和保护该粘合片的粘合面的剥离衬垫,
所述剥离衬垫的表面中的所述粘合面侧的表面平滑地形成。
