Abstract
Description
近年、電子機器、とりわけパソコン、デジタルビデオカメラ、電子手帳、携帯電話、PHS、スマートフォン、ゲーム機器、電子書籍等の携帯電子端末には小型化と薄型化とが求められており、これに伴って、前記携帯電子端末を構成する粘着テープ等にもまた、薄型化が求められている。
本発明の粘着テープは、発泡体層(A)、樹脂フィルム層(C)、樹脂フィルム(C)側に2以上の粘着部(B)を有する粘着テープであって、前記2以上の粘着部(B)の間には粘着部(B)を有しない領域が存在し、前記領域が前記粘着テープの端部に通じたものであることを特徴とする。
まず、本発明の粘着テープを構成する粘着部(B)について説明する。
前記粘着部(B)は、前記樹脂フィルム(C)に、直接または他の層を介して設けられる。前記2以上の粘着部(B)の間には、前記粘着部(B)を構成する成分が存在しない、または、粘着性を奏しない程度に存在してもよい領域がある。
前記粘着部(B)の厚みは特に限定されるものではないが、0.5~30μmが好ましく、さらに好ましくは1~10μmのものが好ましく、最も好ましくは2~5μmである。
(1)剥離ライナー(D)の離型処理面に、乾燥後の厚さが50μmになるように、前記粘着剤を塗工したものを、100℃の環境下で3分間乾燥した後、40℃の環境下で2日間エージングさせることによって粘着剤層を形成した。
(2)前記粘着剤層を縦50mm及び横50mmの正方形に裁断したものを試験片とした。
(3)上記試験片の質量(G1)を測定した後、23℃の環境下で、上記試験片をトルエンに24時間浸漬させた。
(4)前記浸漬後、前記試験片とトルエンとの混合物を、300メッシュ金網を用いて濾過することによって、トルエンへの不溶成分を抽出した。前記不溶成分を110℃の環境下で1時間乾燥させたものの質量(G2)を測定した。
(5)前記質量(G1)と質量(G2)と下記式に基づいて、そのゲル分率を算出した。

次に、本発明の粘着テープを構成する樹脂フィルム層(C)について説明する。
樹脂フィルム層(C)としては、ポリエステルフィルム、ポリイミドフィルム、ポリオレフィンフィルム、ポリアミドフィルム、ポリウレタンフィルム等が使用できる。そのなかでも耐熱性、強度に優れ、低コストであるポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムが最も好ましい。
樹脂フィルム層(C)の厚みとしては、1~100μmのものが好ましい。更に好ましくは1.5~50μmであり、1.5~6μmのものが薄型でクッション性を低下させないため好ましい。
本発明の粘着テープは前記粘着部(B)と接する面に剥離ライナー(D)を有していてもよい。
剥離ライナー(D)は樹脂フィルムに離型剤をコートしたものである。樹脂フィルムとしてはポリエステルフィルム、ポリイミドフィルム、ポリオレフィンフィルム等が使用できる。そのなかでも、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムが耐熱性・強度が良好であり、低コストであるため、好ましい。樹脂フィルムの厚みは特に限定されるものではないが、25μm~100μmが好ましく、さらに好ましくは50μm~100μmである。上記範囲にあると、発泡体層(A)を形成する際に発泡体層のムラが発生しにくいため、好ましい。
離型剤は特に限定されるものではないが、シリコーン系のものが剥離力の調整が容易なため好ましい。
本発明の粘着テープを構成する発泡体層(A)の厚みとしては、特に限定されるものではないが、好ましくは250μm以下、より好ましくは30μm~200μm、さらに好ましくは50μm~100μmの厚さのものを使用することができる。前記範囲の厚さを有する発泡体層(A)を使用することによって、粘着テープを薄型化できる。また、粘着テープの一部に穴等を設けない場合であっても、前記粘着部(B)を有する面と被着体との界面から気泡を容易に除去することができ、その結果、前記粘着テープの膨れ等に起因した外観不良や、クッション性や接着力等の性能低下をより効果的に防止できるためより好ましい。
上記ポリイソシアネートは特に限定されず、従来、ポリウレタン発泡体の製造に用いられるポリイソシアネートを用いることができる。このポリイソシアネートとしては、通常、4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、トリレンジイソシアネート等が用いられる。これらの他に、1,6-ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、1,5-ナフタレンジイソシアネート、パラフェニレンジイソシアネート、2,2,4-トリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、4,4’―ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート等の芳香族系又は脂肪族系のポリイソシアネート、プレポリマー型のポリイソシアネート等を用いることもできる。上記ポリイソシアネートは、2種類以上を併用する事も、1種類胆道を用いることもできる。
ポリイソシアネートはイソシアネートインデックスが、好ましくは0.8~1.2、特に好ましくは0.9~1.1となるように配合される。
上記触媒の含有量としては、ポリオールを100質量部とした場合に、好ましくは0.03~3質量部である。特に好ましくは0.05~2.0質量部である。
上記整泡剤の含有量としてはポリオールを100質量部とした場合に、好ましくは1~20質量部である。特に好ましくは2~10質量部である。
上記ポリウレタン系発泡体層の原料に含まれる架橋剤の含有量は、その種類にもよるが、ポリオールを100質量部とした場合に、好ましくは1~10質量部、特に好ましくは2~5質量部である。
ポリウレタン発泡体層を製造するための原料は、上記構成を有する発泡体原料及び気体を含む気液混合物、並びに、樹脂フィルム層(C)である。上記発泡体原料と混合される気体は、特に限定されず、窒素ガス、不活性ガス、乾燥空気等を用いることができる。これらのうち、窒素ガスが好ましい。以下、ポリウレタン発泡体積層体の製造方法を、図6を用いて具体的に説明する。
上記フォーム原料の調製方法は、特に限定されないが、好ましくは、ポリイソシアネートと、ポリイソシアネートを含まず、ポリオール、難燃剤、触媒等を含有する混合物(以下、「第1混合物」という。)とを混合する方法である。尚、必要に応じて配合される添加剤は、通常、第1混合物に含まれる。
本発明の粘着テープは、例えば、(I)前記発泡体層(A)と樹脂フィルム(C)が一体となったものの樹脂フィルム(C)の面側に、前記粘着剤を間欠状に塗布し乾燥等させ粘着部(B)を形成することによって製造する方法、(II)剥離ライナー(D)に前記粘着剤を間欠状に塗布し乾燥等させ粘着部(B)を形成し、前記発泡体層(A)と樹脂フィルム(C)が一体となったものに貼り合わせる方法、(III)剥離ライナー(D)に前記粘着剤を間欠状に塗布し乾燥等させ粘着部(B)を形成し、次に樹脂フィルム(C)と貼り合せた後、発泡体層(A)を樹脂フィルム(C)に形成する方法、(IV)樹脂フィルム(C)に前記粘着剤を間欠状に塗布し乾燥等させ粘着部(B)を形成し、次に剥離ライナー(D)と貼り合せた後、発泡体層(A)を樹脂フィルム(C)に形成する方法があげられる。そのなかでも、(III)及び(IV)の方法が、樹脂フィルムを相対的に薄くでき、且つ生産性に優れるため、好ましい。特に(IV)の方法が最も好ましい。
n-ブチルアクリレート97.98質量部と、アクリル酸2質量部と、4-ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート0.02質量部とを、アゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.2質量部を重合開始剤として、酢酸エチル溶液中で、80℃で8時間溶液重合させることによって、重量平均分子量90万のアクリル重合体を得た。
前記粘着剤aを用いて得られた粘着剤層のtanδのピーク温度は0℃であり、そのゲル分率は40質量%であった。
n-ブチルアクリレート97.98質量部と、アクリル酸2質量部と、4-ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート0.02質量部とを、アゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.3質量部を重合開始剤として、酢酸エチル溶液中で、90℃で6時間溶液重合させることによって、重量平均分子量50万のアクリル重合体を得た。
前記粘着剤bを用いて得られた粘着剤層のtanδのピーク温度は0℃であり、そのゲル分率は10質量%であった。
n-ブチルアクリレート97.98質量部と、アクリル酸2質量部と、4-ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート0.02質量部とを、アゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.3質量部を重合開始剤として、酢酸エチル溶液中で、90℃で6時間溶液重合させることによって、重量平均分子量50万のアクリル重合体を得た。
前記粘着剤cを用いて得られた粘着剤層のtanδのピーク温度は0℃であり、そのゲル分率は46質量%であった。
n-ブチルアクリレート97.98質量部と、アクリル酸2質量部と、4-ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート0.02質量部とを、アゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.3質量部を重合開始剤として、酢酸エチル溶液中で、90℃で6時間溶液重合させることによって、重量平均分子量50万のアクリル重合体を得た。
前記粘着剤dを用いて得られた粘着剤層のtanδのピーク温度は0℃であり、そのゲル分率は20質量%であった。
n-ブチルアクリレート96.4質量部と、アクリル酸3.5質量部と、4-ヒドロキシ-エチルアクリレート0.1質量部とを、アゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.2質量部を重合開始剤として、酢酸エチル溶液中で、80℃で8時間溶液重合させることによって、重量平均分子量80万のアクリル重合体を得た。
前記粘着剤eを用いて得られた粘着剤層のtanδのピーク温度は-15℃であり、そのゲル分率は40質量%であった。
n-ブチルアクリレート44.9質量部と、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート50質量部と、酢酸ビニル3質量部と、アクリル酸2質量部と、4-ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート0.1質量部とを、アゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.1質量部を重合開始剤として、酢酸エチル溶液中で、70℃で10時間溶液重合させることによって、重量平均分子量80万のアクリル重合体を得た。
前記粘着剤fを用いて得られた粘着剤層のtanδのピーク温度は-25℃であり、そのゲル分率は40質量%であった。
「PET50×1J0」(ニッパ株式会社製、50μmのポリステルフィルムの表面にシリコーン系剥離処理面を有する剥離ライナー)に、グラビアコーターを用いて、前記粘着剤aをドット印刷し、100℃で1分間乾燥させることによって、図1に示す略ひし形形状の厚さ2μmの島状の粘着部を得た。なお、前記粘着部のうち、任意の粘着部とそれに近接する粘着部との距離は、0.1mmであった。次に、2μmポリエステルフィルム(三菱樹脂株式会社製K100-2.0W)を重ねラミネーターで線圧3N/mmで貼付した。これを40℃で二日間養生し、ドット粘着フィルムを得た。次にこのドット粘着フィルムの2μmポリエステルフィルム上に下記方法にて発泡体層を設けた。
粘着部(B)の形状、面積及び粘着部(B)の厚さを、表1~3に記載のものに変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で粘着テープを作製した。
粘着剤aの代わりに粘着剤bを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で粘着テープを得た。
粘着剤aの代わりに粘着剤cを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で粘着テープを得た。
粘着剤aの代わりに粘着剤dを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で粘着テープを得た。
粘着剤aの代わりに粘着剤eを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で粘着テープを得た。
粘着剤aの代わりに粘着剤fを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で粘着テープを得た。
粘着部(B)の形状、面積及び粘着部(B)の厚さを、表4及び5に記載のものに変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で粘着テープを作成した。また、実施例20で得た粘着テープの略円形状の粘着部を有する面を、光学顕微鏡を用い倍率200倍で観察した(図5)。
フォーム層の厚みを100μmから50μmに変更した以外は実施例1と同様の方法で粘着テープを得た。
フォーム層の密度を300kg/m3から200kg/m3に変更した以外は実施例1と同様の方法で粘着テープを得た。
2μmのポリエステルフィルムを25μmのポリエステルフィルムに変更した以外は実施例1と同様の方法で粘着テープを得た。
「PET50×1J0」(ニッパ株式会社製、50μmのポリステルフィルムの表面にシリコーン系剥離処理面を有する剥離ライナー)の代わりに、「PET25×1J0」(ニッパ株式会社製、25μmのポリステルフィルムの表面にシリコーン系剥離処理面を有する剥離ライナー)を用いた以外は実施例1と同様の方法で粘着テープを得た。
三洋化成社製ポリエーテルポリオール「GP-3000」90質量部、三洋化成社製ポリエーテルポリオール「GP-600」10質量部、城北化学社製触媒「スタナスオクトエート」0.1質量部、製泡剤5質量部を混合撹拌し、混合物を調整した。その後、上記混合物と、イソシアネートインデックスが1となる配合量の日本ポリウレタン社製MDI「コロネート1130」とを、オークスミキサに配設されたチャンバーに投入した。そして、同時に、フォーム層の密度が300kg/m3となるよう、窒素ガスを注入した。
粘着剤層をグラビアコーターで島状に設けたものから、ロールコーターを用いて全面に設けた以外は実施例30と同様に粘着テープを得た。
前記粘着剤a~fを、それぞれ剥離ライナーの離型処理面に、乾燥後の厚さが50μmになるように、前記粘着剤を塗工したものを、100℃の環境下で3分間乾燥した後、40℃の環境下で2日間エージングさせることによって粘着剤層を形成した。前記粘着剤層を縦50mm及び横50mmの正方形に裁断したものを試験片とした。
前記質量(G1)と質量(G2)と下記式に基づいて、そのゲル分率を算出した。
ゲル分率(質量%)=(G2/G1)×100
前記粘着剤a~fを、それぞれ剥離ライナーの表面に、乾燥厚さ50μmとなるよう塗工し乾燥させることによって粘着剤層を形成し、40℃の環境下に2日間養生した。前記養生後の粘着剤層を総厚さが2mmとなるまで重ねあわせたものを試験片とした。
損失正接tanδ=G”/G’
剥離ライナーを剥がした粘着テープの層厚さを尾崎製作所製厚み計FFG-6を用いて測定した。
実施例及び比較例で得た粘着テープを20mm幅に切断し、その片側の粘着剤層を、厚さ25μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムで裏打ちしたものを試験片とした。前記裏打ちは、表面が平滑な粘着剤層の表面に対して行い、本発明の構成要件である粘着部(B)に相当する粘着剤層に対して行わないようにした。
実施例及び比較例で得た粘着テープを20mm幅に切断し、その片側の粘着剤層を、厚さ50μmのアルミ箔で裏打ちしたものを試験片とした。前記裏打ちは、表面が平滑な粘着剤層の表面に対して行い、本発明の構成要件である粘着部(B)に相当する粘着剤層に対して行わないようにした。
実施例及び比較例で得た粘着テープを縦50mm×横100mmに切断し、剥離ライナーを剥離し、23℃及び50%RH雰囲気下、前記粘着部の表面に縦70mm×横150mmのアルミ板を置き、アルミニウム板の上から5Nを荷重した状態で5秒放置することによって仮貼付物を得た。
得られた粘着テープの発泡層を蛍光灯下で、前記粘着テープの上面30cmの位置から観察したときに、ムラがあるか否かを評価した。
◎:ムラなし
〇:僅かにムラあり
×:酷いムラあり
粘着テープをアルミニウム板に貼付し、蛍光灯下で、前記粘着テープの上面30cmの位置から観察したときに、粘着部の形状(上記略ひし形状、略丸形状等)を視認できるか否かを基準に評価した。前記粘着部の形状がまったく視認できなかったものを「◎」、前記形状の一部をわずかに視認できたものを「○」、前記形状を明確に視認で来たものを「×」と評価した。なお、比較例1で示すように発泡体基材の全面に粘着剤を塗布し粘着剤層が形成されたものについては、粘着部が所定の形状を形成しておらず、したがってその形状を上記方法で視認できないことから、評価せず「-」とした。
粘着部の個数は、粘着テープの任意の範囲(流れ方向5cm及び幅5cmの正方形)または(流れ方向1cm及び幅方向1cmの正方形)の範囲を電子顕微鏡で観察し数えることによって求めた。

Claims (12)
- 発泡体層(A)、樹脂フィルム層(C)、樹脂フィルム(C)側に2以上の粘着部(B)を有する粘着テープであって、前記2以上の粘着部(B)の間には粘着部(B)を有しない領域が存在し、前記領域が前記粘着テープの端部に通じたものであることを特徴とする粘着テープ。
- 50%圧縮した時の荷重が0.003MPa~1MPaである請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記樹脂フィルム層(C)の厚みが1~25μmである請求項1または2に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記粘着部(B)と接する面に剥離ライナー(D)を有する請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ
- 前記発泡体層(A)の一方の面(a)側から前記粘着部(B)を観察した際の前記粘着部(B)の形状が、略円形状、略四角形状または略六角形状である請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記2以上の粘着部(B)から選択される任意の粘着部(b1)と、前記粘着部(b1)に近接する粘着部(b2)との距離が0.5mm以下である請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記発泡体層(A)の一方の面(a)の面積に占める、前記粘着部(B)を有する領域の割合が10%~99%である請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記粘着テープの流れ方向5cm及び幅方向5cmの範囲に、前記粘着部(B)が10個~1000000個存在する請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記発泡体層(A)が、ポリウレタン系発泡体層またはアクリル系発泡体層である請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記粘着部(B)を有する面に平滑なステンレス板を載置し、2kgローラーを用い1往復させることでそれらを圧着させ、23℃及び50%RHの条件下で1時間放置して得られた試験片を用いて測定される180°ピール接着力が2N/20mm~12N/20mmの範囲である請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 樹脂フィルム層(C)と粘着部(B)と剥離ライナー(D)が一体となったものの樹脂フィルム層(C)上に、発泡層(A)を塗工して形成することを特徴とする粘着テープの製造方法。
- 請求項1~10に記載の粘着テープをディスプレイの非表示面側に設けたことを特徴とするディスプレイ機器。
