背景技术
已知的是心脏瓣膜功能不全、狭窄和缺陷会导致患者的死亡。迄今为止,已设计各种方法和装置以消除这种状况。一个特别选项为使用置换心脏瓣膜。此外,不同类型的置换心脏瓣膜是经微创技术,例如经导管植入技术而植入的。

发明内容
在一些实施例中,一种置换心脏瓣膜组件包括支架框架和置换心脏瓣膜。在一些实施例中,置换瓣膜具有多个小叶和瓣膜框架。瓣膜小叶被附接至瓣膜框架。在一些实施例中,组件还包括多个被附接至支架框架和瓣膜框架的悬挂支杆。在一些实施例中,瓣膜框架经悬挂支杆悬挂在支架框架内。在一些实施例中,组件还包括密封构件且密封构件被附接至支架框架。在一些实施例中,密封构件被配置成防止瓣周漏血。

参考图1,在一些实施例中,一种置换心脏瓣膜组件10包括支架框架12和置换瓣膜14。置换瓣膜14被附接至支架框架12,且在一些实施例中,其具有多个小叶20。如在图1A中进一步所示,置换心脏瓣膜组件10被插入原生心脏瓣膜2。如在图1A中所示,置换心脏瓣膜组件10处于展开形态17中。

在一些实施例中,支架框架12在展开形态17和无约束形态16中均为圆形的。特别地,在这样一个实施例中,支架框架12包括非均匀的结构,以抵消在第一方向30上被施加至支架框架12的比在第二方向32更大的力。

1.一种置换心脏瓣膜组件,其包括:
支架框架;
置换瓣膜,所述置换瓣膜具有多个小叶和瓣膜框架,所述瓣膜小叶被附接至所述瓣膜框架;
多个被附接至所述支架框架和所述瓣膜框架的悬挂支杆,其中所述瓣膜框架经所述悬挂支杆悬挂在所述支架框架内;以及
密封构件,所述密封构件被附接至所述支架框架,
其中所述悬挂支杆从所述支架框架沿径向向内延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的置换心脏瓣膜组件,其中所述置换瓣膜具有三个小叶。
