技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种莲子荔枝消食蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜是蜜蜂采集植物的花蜜和分泌物,通过充分酿造,储藏在巢脾里的一种黏稠状的营养物质,蜂蜜具有改善人脑循环、增强人体免疫力和应激力的功效。可是市场上的蜂蜜已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的饺子越来越受到消费者的青睐,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种莲子荔枝消食蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种莲子荔枝消食蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
荔枝蜜230-247、芹菜汁3-4、山楂3-4、莲子4-5、梅干菜2-3、茉莉花2-3、鱼头5-6、土豆13-14、香菇柄2-3.5、饼干屑2-3、豆渣2-3、苋菜浆汁4-5、鲜鸭肉2-3、巴巴花1-1.3、麦门冬1.2-2.3、显子草2-2.3、通花根0.9-1、化橘红0.6-1.4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
玄参叶2-2.8、溪黄草2-3.2、花荵2.2-3、半夏曲1.9-2.7、康乃馨花茶3-4、酒心巧克力4-5、糯米12-13、荷叶、小根蒜适量;
制备方法为:(1)将玄参叶、溪黄草、花荵、半夏曲洗净烘干研磨成粉得中药粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)糯米洗净,拌切碎的小根蒜以及精盐,再兑康乃馨花茶并用荷叶包裹严实,上笼屉用中药汁熏蒸10-15分钟,取出晾凉,得熟米;
(3)用少量熟米包裹各个酒心巧克力,做成多个丸状,上烤箱烘烤8-10分钟,取出烘干研磨成粉,即得;
一种莲子荔枝消食蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的麦门冬、显子草、通花根等中草药用5-6倍水浸提后浓缩,得中药汁,冷却待用; 
(2)香菇柄、豆渣、梅干菜混合剁碎,兑苋菜浆汁、芹菜汁的混合液,混合搅拌均匀,土豆洗净挖洞,塞入混合物,开口朝上放入锅中,往锅中倒入中药汁,小火蒸煮,至土豆内菜浆汁、芹菜汁的混合液沸腾,保持2-3分钟,取出土豆,倒出土豆内混合物,将土豆烘干磨粉;
(3)山楂去核剁碎,塞入鱼头中,莲子与鱼头、茉莉花混合入锅,加水煎煮18-20分钟,取出莲子; 
(4)将荔枝蜜与步骤(2)(3)中所得物料以及剩余物料混合在一起使之充分调配均匀,再进行灌装、封口、灭菌处理,最后封装入库即可。
本发明的优点是:
本发明添加的显子草、麦门冬、化橘红等药材,丰富了蜂蜜的口感和保健新功效,使其味呈甘醇、清甜,具有养阴生津,润肺清心、消食解酒毒效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种莲子荔枝消食蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
荔枝蜜247、芹菜汁4、山楂4、莲子4、梅干菜2、茉莉花3、鱼头6、土豆14、香菇柄3.5、饼干屑3、豆渣3、苋菜浆汁5、鲜鸭肉3、巴巴花1.3、麦门冬2.3、显子草2.3、通花根0.9、化橘红1.4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
玄参叶2.8、溪黄草2、花荵2.2、半夏曲1.9、康乃馨花茶3、酒心巧克力4、糯米12、荷叶、小根蒜适量;
制备方法为:(1)将玄参叶、溪黄草、花荵、半夏曲洗净烘干研磨成粉得中药粉,用5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)糯米洗净,拌切碎的小根蒜以及精盐,再兑康乃馨花茶并用荷叶包裹严实,上笼屉用中药汁熏蒸10分钟,取出晾凉,得熟米;
(3)用少量熟米包裹各个酒心巧克力,做成多个丸状,上烤箱烘烤8分钟,取出烘干研磨成粉,即得;

(2)香菇柄、豆渣、梅干菜混合剁碎,兑苋菜浆汁、芹菜汁的混合液,混合搅拌均匀,土豆洗净挖洞,塞入混合物,开口朝上放入锅中,往锅中倒入中药汁,小火蒸煮,至土豆内菜浆汁、芹菜汁的混合液沸腾,保持3分钟,取出土豆,倒出土豆内混合物,将土豆烘干磨粉;
(3)山楂去核剁碎,塞入鱼头中,莲子与鱼头、茉莉花混合入锅,加水煎煮18-20分钟,取出莲子; 
(4)将荔枝蜜与步骤(2)(3)中所得物料以及剩余物料混合在一起使之充分调配均匀,再进行灌装、封口、灭菌处理,最后封装入库即可。

Claims (2)

1.一种莲子荔枝消食蜜,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
荔枝蜜230-247、芹菜汁3-4、山楂3-4、莲子4-5、梅干菜2-3、茉莉花2-3、鱼头5-6、土豆13-14、香菇柄2-3.5、饼干屑2-3、豆渣2-3、苋菜浆汁4-5、鲜鸭肉2-3、巴巴花1-1.3、麦门冬1.2-2.3、显子草2-2.3、通花根0.9-1、化橘红0.6-1.4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
玄参叶2-2.8、溪黄草2-3.2、花荵2.2-3、半夏曲1.9-2.7、康乃馨花茶3-4、酒心巧克力4-5、糯米12-13、荷叶、小根蒜适量;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种莲子荔枝消食蜜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的麦门冬、显子草、通花根等中草药用5-6倍水浸提后浓缩,得中药汁,冷却待用; 
(2)香菇柄、豆渣、梅干菜混合剁碎,兑苋菜浆汁、芹菜汁的混合液,混合搅拌均匀,土豆洗净挖洞,塞入混合物,开口朝上放入锅中,往锅中倒入中药汁,小火蒸煮,至土豆内菜浆汁、芹菜汁的混合液沸腾,保持2-3分钟,取出土豆,倒出土豆内混合物,将土豆烘干磨粉;
(3)山楂去核剁碎,塞入鱼头中,莲子与鱼头、茉莉花混合入锅,加水煎煮18-20分钟,取出莲子; 
(4)将荔枝蜜与步骤(2)(3)中所得物料以及剩余物料混合在一起使之充分调配均匀,再进行灌装、封口、灭菌处理,最后封装入库即可。
